Thunder stood up, between Guardian, Kalder, and The Knight, THunder knew he was outmatched.
THunder smirked,
"I Know when I'm beat, Guardian, You haven't changed a bit Boy Scout". Thunder glanced back over at The knight, "you however, You're interesting. I'll see you later, Knight". Thunder then turned, and before any of them could react, Thunder flew off blasting away. The Knight walked up to wheer THunder was, 5 feet next to Guardian and Kalder. The Knight peered over at Guardian, "Friend of yours?". The Knight said, The Knight turned and walked over to Guardian and Kalder, they were at the same height, The Knight being slightly taller from the Power Suit he was wearing. The Knight saw the immense power stored in these individuals, The Knight was unnerved by the power but saw they weren't the likes of Thunder.

"I'm The Knight, Protector of Chicago", The Knight extended his hand.

Guardian shook the Knight's hand and introduced himself.

"My name is Guardian, and this here is my extraterrestrial friend Kalder."

Kalder extended his hand and was going to introduce himself but he nearly fell over as he grabbed his head. Guardian looked over, a bit worried.

"Are you OK Kalder?"

Kalder shook his head and focused his vision.

"Yeah, I just feel a but lightheaded."

"Anyways, I do know Thunder, as me and him have a complicated history. Let's just say Denver nearly made it out alive of our last confrontation."

The Knight nodded, he saw Kalder almost nearly fall over, Are you OK Kalder?", Yeah, I just feel a bit lightheaded". The Knight nodded, takign note and acknowledging this.
"Anyways, I do know Thunder, as me and him have a complicated history. Let's just say Denver nearly made it out alive of our last confrontation.", The Knight nodded, "He's a tough opponent, however it seems this time Chaotic Damage was averted, thanks to outside intervention". The Knight recieved an attempt at contact from the commissioner. "Excuse me for a moment", The Knight turned around slightly to listen to what the Commissioner had to say, the audio was partly hearable for Guardian and Kalder.

Communications Established....

The Knight stopped talking on comms and turned Guardian and Kalder, "I Need to head off back to my HQ". The Knight walked a bit until he was not under the Under construction building, The VTOL above him. The Knigh peered back at Kalder and The Guardian, "You two have earned my help today, if you need it simply ask". The Knight said before grappeling up and pulling himself up and into the VTOL. The VTOL Flew off, back to The Knight's Domain. Lawbringer Piloted The VTOL Back to the Domain, she noticed the amount of wear and tear on The Knight's power suit. "sooo, How'd it do?", "We stopped him", "That's good". The Knight noticed Lawbringer's tone, "why are you talking like you're my mother asking about my Day", Lawbringer partly laughed, "just trying to have a nice tone". The VTOL Landed and lowered down the Long chute, finally landing in the VTOL Hangar. Lawbringer hopped out, with The Knight barely making it out smoothly from almost falling. Lawbringer took off her mask, "So, Seems you have two new friends" Anna commented.

The Knight walked over to the armor Container, "They Fight on the Right side of Justic eyes, But I Hardly Know them Anna" The Knight said before the Armor Container shut. after a few minutes The Armor Container opened and Macus stepped out, Cracking his neck and stretching out his arms. [The Knight Power suit is at 53% Efficency, IT'll take good amount of time to fix sir], "take your time Sanza". Thomas walked out of the side hallway, meeting Marcus, "so, you done beating up Metahumans? Good, then you can see your new suit". Marcus followed his father over to the Old Armored Suit's case. "care to tell me what the New Version contains?", "The Kevlar and Carbin Fiber Undersuit is more tightly woven, providing more protection to bullet damage from last night, It also contains tri weave titanium coated Carbon Plating, making the suit's Armor much more stronger". The Suit opened to reveal the Darker, more meanacing suit. "it also Looks far more like a Knight than your old suit ever did". Marcus took a good look at the suit. "I Like it", Marcus peered over at his father, "We'll do testing later, for now we need to Survey Thunder's capabilites and prepare incase he, or other Metahuman's attack", "probably for the better, so you don't have to go in a power suit and get knocked about like aRagdoll again".

"It's useless!" Anna yelled banging her fist on a metal table.

I"m old enough to be in Sophmore year, I've never been in freshmen year, and you want me to go back into High school now!?" Anna Yelled at Marcus, who stood on the other side of the metal table. Marcus calmly responded, "It'd be good for you Anna, To not Wallow in the Domain for hours on end, then go outside and Beat up criminals, for Hours on End". Marcus turned to a Side Terminal and started typing in a High School Application for Anna. Anna gave a stern Face, "And WHAT? Learn about useless crap that Won't benefit me in the Long run, In my quest to Avenge My Mother? Marcus I want to Avenge my Mother, i told you everything, And you Don't Want me to-" "NO! GOD DAMMIT!" Marcus yelled in an unexpectedly Strong, Angry Voice, slamming a fist down on a metal table attached to the Wall, Slightly denting it. Marcus turned to Anna.

"What I Don't Want! Is for You to sulk In the Domain for Hours on end, Doing nothing but Brooding In Malice and Contempt! What I Don't Want Is for you to Throw Away the pride of Your Life, having No Friends, Social Skills, or Perosnality!". Marcus looked down at the floor, His voice dropped it's tone a bit, "what I don't want.....is for you to Become Me". Marcus looked up at Anna, Her stern face had dropped and she had a plain face, staring at the table. Marcus went back to typing. "So.....you Never?, "I was Home Schooled for the Entierty of high school, went to a private college. Even when i was in Middle school I was...........Below Sociable at best". Marcus kept typing.

"Anna, We've both felt the pain of Our Mother's deaths....", Marcus Turned his Head towards Anna, "And We've both sulked In it". Anna made Eye contact with Marcus, a Sad look on her face, "I don't want you to throw everything you have in Pursuit of Revenge". Anna nodded, sitting back in her chair, "which high School?", "Glenmore High School, Outside of Chicago. 'provides all of the necessities of High School, giving Students the greatest experience, Sociable and Academically.' " Marcus said, In a Tone that was obviously him reading off of the Website. Marcus paused typing, Anna noticed, "everything Alright?". "You need a Registered Adult Guardian", Marcus Half Turned to Anna, "alright, Dad" Anna said in a calm tone. Marcus nodded, Typing in and finishing the Application. Marcus sent it, taking a breath.

"now, Would you be in the mood for Dinner?", Anna raised a confused eyerbrow, "Aren't we supposed to be on a Diet?", "Look, We've just faced 6 of the World's most dangerous Assassins, and a Superpowered Villain who nearly destroyed Denver, I think We're entitled to endulge a little bit". Marcu gave a smirk, Anna returned it. "ready when you are". Anna and Marcus walked out of the room, the sound of the Domain's doors opening and closing in the background was heard, Thomas watched from the Knightcomputer, Sanza spectating with him. [What do you think sir?], Thomas sat back, "a Twelve year old boy, who'd be traumatized by the Death of his mother, Told me six words. Six words I Didn't believe, Bu you know Sanza....."

Maeya flew away from the two men, recognizing one of them, but she was too confused, too afraid, and too tired to think. Maeya quickly flew to a fenced in area, believing the fencing would give her some sort of safety. Maeya looked down at a pool of water in front of her, astranged and bewildered by the new substance on this planet. Before she could reach out to it, a flashlight on her. "Lady, put your hands up!" A security guard yelled, pointing his flashlight and his handgun at Maeya. Maeya couldn't understand his tongue, his language was too foreign for her to understand.

The security guard shot a warning shot, flying past her head and hitting the wall. Maeya immediatley saw the threat, shooting a blast of energy at the guard knocking him back, then flew away from the lot. Maeya didn't know where she was, one moment she was on her home planet, the next she wakes up from some sort of pod and she's on this strange world. Maeya flew up to a rooftop of a tall structure, trying to catch her breath. She then heard an intimidating toned voice that came from behind her, "I think thats enough chaos". Maeya turned to see The Knight, standing behind her. Maeya attempted to speak in her tongue, the knight didnt understand, she fired an energy blast at the stranger.

The Knight roled to the right, avoiding the emergy blast, "sorry, you've left me no choice" The Knight said as he shot a Tranquilizer that struck Maeya in teh shoulder. Maeya's alien physiology would be able to stand up to most types of tranquilizers, but this was The Knight's prototype, made to take down dangerous extraterestrial threats. Maeya collapsed to her knees, feeling sleep absorb her and finally falling unconcious. The Knigt carefully Picked up Maeya, then shooting a grapple up and climbing up into the VTOL.

45 minutes later....

Guardian and Kalder recieved an unknown communications call on their communicators, ["Guardian, Kalder, This is The Knight. I've intercepted an extraterrestrial woman, her biology and dna scans match Kalder's species. Im sending you some coordinates, head to them and we'll discuss more on this issue"]. The coodinates Guardian and Kalder were sent would lead them to a large cliff overhang in the restricted section of johnson park in chicago.

As soon as Guardian and kalder landed at the requested spot, They waited a moment, before a Secret door that as concealed to looked like Rock and Stoneopened up infront of them. The Stone pulled back and slid in, revealing a very Furnished and Clean base inside, the Intercom on the side wall in the passage turned on and a Voice came through. ["Head in, Quickly"]. Guardian and Kalder reacted, quickly stepping into the Passage, the Passage closed up behind them concealing the door once more. Guardian and Kalder peered back at the now closed entrance, shrugging to each other before walking forward. Guardian and Kalder walked down into a large Examination chamber, The Knight stood at a large Computer at one side of the room, Maeya was laid down on an examination table.

The knight, dawned in his new Suit, Turned to Guardian and Kalder as they entered. The Knight kept his usual straight faced Demeanor, "Your Friend here is Fine, I had to strike her witha Sedative to knock her out since she kept attacking with her energy blast, Hopefully with Kalder here we'll be able to Reason better with her". The Knight turned back to The terminal computer and ran another scan, The large scanner hanging over the bed quickly moved to the end, scannign upwards. The scanner light was red, though harmless as it Scanned over Maeya who was still in her clothing, though a Medical blanket was laid over her. Guardian and Kalder waited as the scans continued, though on one scan, Maeya woke up. The Knight noticed through the monitor as she rose up, Maeya looked to the Right, seeing The Knight, the Stranger who'd previously knocked her out. Maeya said something in Arvoean before shooting an Energy Blast at The Knight.

The Knight quickly Dodged to the right, escapign the Energy Blast, though the computer Terminal was toasted.

Kalder stood in shock, as his sister had survived the ordeal and was surprised by her reaction. Kalder ran up and held Maeya's arm's and she looked him in the eyes. Kalder told her something in Arovean, and tears formed in both their eyes. Kalder hugged his sister and then replied in English.

"My sister is alive."

The Knight was Glad that The Arovean had survived the ordeal, however he Looked to his Right at the charred and partly melted computer.
"You're sister Torched 80,000 Dollars worth of Custom Medical Computer Hardware" The Knight said in his usual Tone. The Knight peered back at the Reunion between the two, "No Matter, Sanza pull up the record On the Holographic Projector", [Of Course Sir]. Guardian raised an eyerbrow when Sanza spoke. The Knight peered back at him, "Sanza is an Advanced Artificial Intelligence", The Holographic Records were projected when a Projector rose from a panel on the floor, displaying a flat record like view of Maeya's records. "Your Sister....." The Knight squinted at the translated name, "Maeya (lovely Name), Is in good health, She's suffering from slighty cryogenic Sickness, She just needs to eat a balanced meal and it'll dissipate". The Knight gestured and moved the Projection from inbetween The Knighty and Guardian, onto the wall.

"Also, a Course in English Wouldn't hurt, For Communication purposes".

Kalder smiled at the Knight's comment about learning English and whispered something to Maeya in Arovean. She smiled back at Kalder before getting up and walking over to the Knight. She then grabbed his head and pulled the Knight in for a kiss. It didn't last no more than 3 seconds before Maeya pulled back.

"Well, this should make contact so much easier."

Kalder let out a small chuckle and Guardian stood puzzled and confused before letting out a small smirk. Kalder then nudged his sister.

"Oh, I'm sorry. This is how Aroveans learn languages. It can be pretty confusing to some foreigners, but it helps us very much."

The Knight was slightly confused as Maeya walked towards him, However he felt a brush of confusion and slight panic hit him as she grabbed his head. Maeya then Kissed The Knight, The Knight's eyes widened with shock peering over at Guardian. The knight saw guardian stick his hands up slightly, signalling "don't look at me". after Maeya stopped, she stopped and said, "Well, this should make contact so much easier.". The Knight kept his demenour through the slight ordeal, nodding, "May I ask why?", "Oh, I'm sorry. This is how Aroveans learn languages. It can be pretty confusing to some foreigners, but it helps us very much.". The Knight nodded, gesturing to the doorway behind him to the right, "Head up Stairs, Sanza will make some food to alieviate the Cryogenic sickness and it's effects". The Domain is Hidden from public eye so we should be uninterrupted". If Kalder and his sister proceeded upstairs, The Knight peered over to Guardian, who'd gained a Smirk on his face.

"Tell. No One".

Guardian walked up to the Quarry, where he saw Kalder and Maeya. He didn't know what they were doing at first, but then he noticed that they were sparring with each other. Maeya kept shooting her energy blasts, which appeared to be a lighter blue as compared to Kalder's dark blue blasts. Kalder ducked and dodged most of her attacks before finally flipping over her and gently blasting her forward. Maeya stumbled before firing back another blast. Kalder fell back as it hit him in the chest and rolled over on his feet. He chuckled before he brushed himself off.

"Impressive, your skills are improving from last time. You actually hit me this time."

"Oh shut up, not all of us had military training on Arovea..."

The two got quiet at the very mention of their now destroyed home planet. Guardian noticed the silence and decided to walk up to them.

"I don't think we've formally met. I'm Guardian, one of Kalder's friends on Earth. Nice to meet you."

Maeya bowed.

"An honor to meet someone of your stature. I thought most humans were fragile meat bags."

Kalder cringed at the comment while Guardian smiled and brushed it off.

"Most of them are, that's why there are people like me. To protect my fellow fragile meat bags."

The Playful Trainign session was interrupted, when a Large ripple effect appeared to their right, then it turned into a Portal. They paused before a large, Hulking Alien walked out of the Portal, Catarock himself.

"Arovean, I'm here for you.." Catarock said, his voice deep and intimidating. Catarock was obviously talking to Maeya, Guardian snapped into action, getting ready and flying at Catarock ready to start pummeling him. Catarock simply back handed Guardian, Hard, sending him crashing through a hunk of solid Marble, 4 Shipping containers, and finally comign to rest in a Crane. Kalder knew who this was, Catarock was a meanace on the inner most part of the Milky way, Endangeriing many species and even catching the Arovean's attention on more than one occasion. Catarock noticed the second Arovean, "a second one? No matter, I'm here for the younger specemin" Catarock said, walking towards Maeya.

Kalder then released a large blast of Energy on Catarock, direcyl aimed at his chest, It did nothing. Catarock simply turned his head, and shot a large disintegration lazer out of his eye, not killing Kalder but knocking him back. Catarock then grabbed Kalder with one of his large hands, smashing him into the ground, then began to hit him with a total of 7 hits, a single one would crush a tank. Catarock grabbed Kalder, holding him close to his face, "I Won't kill you, it'd be too easy, I'll send you to your own personal hell" Catarock said, opening a second portal to an Alternate Dimension. Catarock tossed Kalder in, closing the portal after he was thrown in. Catarock looked at Maeya, too terrified and stunned ti move, "now, onto you". Maeya attempted to fly off, but Catarock shot his Disintegration beams out of his eyes, knocking her out of the sky and sending her crashing into the quarry ground, unconcious.

Catarock grabbed Maeya, walking back to the Portal, "almost to easy..." Catarock said with a devilish Chuckle as he walked back into the Portal to Dathomir, closing it behind him. Out of sight, Guardian had recovered, and saw what had happened to Maeya and Kalder.

Guardian stared in disbelief and pain, as he had a headache from his tumble. He stood sitting there like a duck before getting up and returning to the Knight's Lair. After arriving, he starts telling the Knight everything, from the big rock alien appearing and throwing Kalder in a portal.

"Then the big rock guy picked up Maeya and left through some kind of portal."

Guardian looked at the Knight, as he typed away at his computer, not doing much of anything.

"Did you not just hear me?"

The Knight continued to type at the Knight computer, standing with Guardian standing to his right. "I have been", The Knight displayed an occulance disturbance map of the quarry on the monitor next to Guardian. "the Occulance Disturbance readings show 2 Disturbances, right where you Described the Portals being". on the large central Monitor, The Knight began zooming froma picture to earth, heading outwards from the solar system. "The Technological prowess and Information Gathered from Maeya's Pod, I'm able to Lock onto the Trail left by the Teleportation Portal's Disturbance, " The Monitor stopped at a still iamge of a Purple and red planet.

"This Planet here, Dathomir", The Knight thought back to Kalder, turning his head to Guardian. "If Kalder's in Another Dimension Entierly, Then I won't be able to get to him, However, I can maybe Hotrwire and Reconfigure the transportation technology on Maeya's Pod to attempt to make a Makeshift Portal Generator". The Knight paused, "Of Course this would mean we're heading into a Planet, controlled by an Extraterrestrial Warlord, of whicht he Entire population, Estimated by Sanza to be 3.2 billion Inhabitants, Are All Soldiers. ". The Knight fully turned to Guardian, "this is a Deathwish Mission, Are you Prepared to head into Dathomir?"

The Knight nodded, taking a Mental note of Guardian's words. The Knight turned back to The Knightcomputer and entered a series of code, all the whilte Maeya's pod was lowered infront of The Knight computer. after a few minutes, and a spark of green energy light from The pod, it activated, creating a direct portal to Dathomir. The Knight and Guardian walked over to the Portal, The Knight walking in with Guarian following. The Skies of Dathomir were fiery red, the sounds of fire, howling, and screaming ambient noises. The Knight looked around, keeping a straight face but internally disturbed by the sights of Dathomir, he raised a hand to his right ear and contacted Sanza.

"Sanza, find and track Maeya's Energy signature, display a holographic projection from the sonar readings", [yes sir]. The Knight held his right hand straight, after a few moments a projection of a large portion of Dathomir was displayed, a Red Dot visible ina large Cathedral looking building. The Knight peered over to a large Palace in the distance. The Knight then turned his head to Guardian, "here's the plan, You're going to go and secure Maeya while I Go and Face Catarock". The Knight ended the Holographic projection, just as Guardian was about to take off, the Knight spoke. "Guardian...", The Knight caught Guardian's attention, "If I don't make it back, headback through the portal and go on without me. And Good Luck" The Knight finished, extending a hand Towards Guardian.

The Knight

The Knight shook Guardians hand, nodding as Guardian departed and left off to Rescue Maeya.

The knight ran to the edge of the large platform the portal was based on, once getting to the edge The Knight jumped, extending his cape to allow him to glide. The Knight glided silently, only glaring down to see the terrain below, only to see Many of Catarock's troops down below. the Knight glided, only stopping to grapple upwards to extend his gliding time. The Knight continued to glide, until he noticed a giant robotic Canine structure, standing still. the knight peered at The Structure, only to see it's metal eyelids pop open and stare at the knight. the Creature's metal jaws opened and it's lunged at The Knight, 'Christ' The Knight thought as he dropped down to avoid The creature's jaws. the knight grappled up to a large half cylinder tunnel, climbing on top and running on the top.

The Knight saw as The creature went under into the half cylinder tunnel, The creature smashed into the top as it chased The Knight. The Knight spotted one of Catarock's troops on a standing jet vehicle of sorts, The knight shot his grapple and hooked onto the vehicle, just as The Metal creature smashed it's mead through the stone half cylinder, biting upwards at The Knight. The Knight climbed onto the jet vehicle, kicking the pilot off who fell onto a close platform. The Knight quickly flew off, "Sanza, Catarock's records shows he has an armory of Intergalactic Super weapons, I need to know where they are", [tracking....Knight they're s Mile ahead of you]. The knight flew ahead towards the large building, The Metal creature following behind him. small laser turrets popped out of the creature's head, and started to shoot at The Knight. The Knight dodged and evade, but the jet boosters of the vehicle were finally hit, sending the Knight crashing down through the armory doors. The knight stood up, seeing two very surprised guards. The Metal creature's head layed upwards on the floor, The two guards approached the teeth of the creature. just then, an explosion blew off the top of the creature's mouth. the explosion destroyed the top front part of the mouth, exposing the inside. the smoke cleared, with the two guards laying back on the floor in shock, as The Knight stepped up and out of The creature's mouth. The Knight stared them down, "give me your Armor...", the Two Guards were terrified as they looked at each other, then back at The Knight.

The Knight shook Guardians hand, nodding as Guardian departed and left off to Rescue Maeya.

The knight ran to the edge of the large platform the portal was based on, once getting to the edge The Knight jumped, extending his cape to allow him to glide. The Knight glided silently, only glaring down to see the terrain below, only to see Many of Catarock's troops down below. the Knight glided, only stopping to grapple upwards to extend his gliding time. The Knight continued to glide, until he noticed a giant robotic Canine structure, standing still. the knight peered at The Structure, only to see it's metal eyelids pop open and stare at the knight. the Creature's metal jaws opened and it's lunged at The Knight, 'Christ' The Knight thought as he dropped down to avoid The creature's jaws. the knight grappled up to a large half cylinder tunnel, climbing on top and running on the top.

The Knight saw as The creature went under into the half cylinder tunnel, The creature smashed into the top as it chased The Knight. The Knight spotted one of Catarock's troops on a standing jet vehicle of sorts, The knight shot his grapple and hooked onto the vehicle, just as The Metal creature smashed it's mead through the stone half cylinder, biting upwards at The Knight. The Knight climbed onto the jet vehicle, kicking the pilot off who fell onto a close platform. The Knight quickly flew off, "Sanza, Catarock's records shows he has an armory of Intergalactic Super weapons, I need to know where they are", [tracking....Knight they're s Mile ahead of you]. The knight flew ahead towards the large building, The Metal creature following behind him. small laser turrets popped out of the creature's head, and started to shoot at The Knight. The Knight dodged and evade, but the jet boosters of the vehicle were finally hit, sending the Knight crashing down through the armory doors. The knight stood up, seeing two very surprised guards. After nearly 20 minutes of flying, and fighting off some odd looking creatures, Guardian managed to successfully locate Maeya. She looked a bit different than before, with different clothing and her eyes seemed to be red. He approached her slowly.

"Maeya? It's me Guardian. I'm here to take you home now."

Maeya snickered,
"Oh Look, Guardian is here to Rescue the Damsel in distress, Sorry Meatbag, but Catarock is my new Family now". Guardian gave a confused face, then stayed stern, "Maeya You're being brainwashed, come with me now". Guardian reached out and grabbed Maeya's wrist, only for her to break her grip and push her away, "You Don't Get it, I'm staying with Catarock, and That's my decision, not his". Guardian furrowed his brow, "You're coming home Maeya', "Make me". Maeya then threw a concrete shattering punch at Guardian.

Guardian was sent flying back and hit the floor as it cracked. He sat up and attempted to get up before Maeya kicked him into a pillar.

"I am free to go, if I wanted to and I don't want to."

Maeya put her foot on Guardian's chest before pushing down on him.

"Maeya, I don't want to fight you."

"Good, that makes my job so much easier."

Maeya's hands began to glow light blue as she was prepping an energy blast. Guardian pushed her off before he stood up and took a few steps back. Maeya quickly recovered and punched Guardian before she flew behind him and punched his back and sent him upwards. She hovered above him before she brought her feet down on him. He crashed into the ground as she stood over him and picked him up by his throat.

"All those years of protecting people have made you soft, just like those other meatbags.''

"Maeya...he is controlling you...fight it."

Guardian could then hear Catarock's voice thunder.

"Don't hesitate Maeya! Kill him!"

"As you wish Catarock."

Maeya spun Guardian around and tossed him out through Catarock's palace. He then was sent hurtling into a fire pit. Maeya hovered above the fire pit.

"With your death Guardian, my new life begins here."

"Not if I can help it!"

Guardian then came from behind her and grabbed her. She headbutted him before blasting him and kicking him further more into the pit.

"Catarock said you wouldn't be up to the challenge. Your feelings and beliefs cloud your judgement. He's right you know. Earth needs a new hero."

"But not this version, you think killing me will set you free? He's just using you. Remember what he did to Kalder!"

"Liar! He cares about me!"

"No Maeya, I care about you which is why I'm doing this for Kalder, but you won't listen. His control over you is total, I see that now. That is why I have to do this."

Guardian then clapped his hands strongly in front of Maeya, which sent her hurtling.

Catarock shook his head,

"then it seems I need to step in" Catarock said as he shot his disintegration Beams from his eyes blasting into Guardian hard, knocking him back and smashing him through 2 pillars. Catarock walked down the steps moderatley as he began to speak to Guardian "She wants to remain with me now, Feeble Human, but you and your brovado had to come here and attempt to take her from me". Catarock stopped when he was within 20 feet of Guardian, readying his Disintegration beam eyes, "Now die like you fragile nothing you are". Before he shot his disintegration beams, a Voice from a large side hallway called out to Catarock.

"it's Over Catarock", Catarock turned halfway to The Knight as he walked out, in the same Demigod armor as the his soldiers. "even You shold know the folly of being a King without a Kingdom", if Catarock had any eyebrow's he'd raise one. "You mean this Good for nothing?", "I'm not talking about their fight, Your Warheads, They've been activated". Catarock Laughed,

"Impossible, the Arming Code was encrypted", "Daedelus5637281Dathrothy9, Does that sound Like a Bluff to you?". Catarock Grew Angry, "You DARE?!" Catarock said walking forward and backhanding The Knight hand, causing him to crash into the steps leading up to the throne. "I could Blast you with a single blast of my Disintegration Beams, Killing you", *cough*"you could, but that wouldn't Stop the Warheads". Catarock grew angry, grabbign The Knight, and with a hard smash he smashed The Knight threw The Stained glass window, hanging him out over a large firepit outside. "here's the Deal, Release Maeya, and Promise You'll never bother her again" The Knight said in a scratchy forced voice. Catarock gave a meanacing angry look, "Swear Maeya Arovean", a secone passed befpre Catarock gave a devilish smile, puling The Knight back in and tossing him aside, causing The Knight to land at The Bottom of the stairs on his feet. The Knight tooka breath, "Have The Metahuman or the Arovean taken that Gamble, They would've lost. FIne, Take your little girl and run home. We shall meet Again Knight".

Maeya grew angry, "I WILL NOT GO HOME, I WAM MY OWN PERSON, NOT A SLAV-", Maeya was cut off when The Knight shot her with a supertranqilizer, knocking her out for Guardian to catch her and carry her over his shoulder.

The Knight and Guardian proceeded to approach the Portal, which until now had been locked for reentry to earth by The Knight, as they approached it, Guardian grabbed The Knight's right shoulder with his one free hand, causing The Knight to turn slightly to Guardian. "did you seriously arm planetkilling warheads for a Gamble?" Guardian asked in a stern confused voice, "of Course not, I hacked and foudn the arming code, all I Needed was that to Bluff him". The Knight said, walking through the Portal, Guardian took a minute to think of the Brilliant Gamble before walking back into The portal, and it closing behind him.

Marcus' Black Car pulled up at the curb of the Front of the high school, The many Students walking in and the school bustling with life. Marcus turned to Anna, "This is your Stop" Marcus, said, Anna looked, partly nervous outside. "I'm not sure We should go through with this" Anna turned her head to Marcus. "What if I don't fit in?", Marcus placed his right hand on Anna's shoulder, "you will, trust me. if you need Confidence, Remember, You're The Lawbringer". Anna gave a smile with some renewed Confidence, Anna gave Marcus a hug before climbing out of the car and walking inside. Marcus put the Car into Drive, "Good Luck Kid", Marcus muttered before driving off.

Anna walked inside, the School was large, but a sense of homelyness about the entirety of it. Anna, choking down her Anxiety continued to walk, turning down one of the halls. Anna whispered into her concealed earpiece, "Sanza, You listening?", [yes Anna, what do you need?], "My First Period Class". [Calculating, room 1-0-0-4, should be to your right]. Anna walked nervously into the class, she had Marcus drop her off a bit early to meet the teacher and get settled in. the Teacher looked up from her desk, across the empty classroom over to Anna. "Ah, you must be Anna!" The Teacher said getting up from her desk and trotting over to Anna. "I'm Miss Felderman, Your English teacher". Anna shook the teacher's hand, "Nice to meet you, I'm Anna"."yes, Your Father Called me making sure to help you get settled, Marcus Branston, such a teddy bear". 'Oh if only you knew' Anna thought.

Marcus sat at The Knightcomputer, surveying current reports of crimes, aswell as pondering on Anna's first day. "Sanza", [Yes marcus?], "Do You think Anna will be alright?", [Anna is a Strong willed Girl, She'll be fine". Marcus nodded, "Sanza pull up The message from Copperhead", [yes Marcus]. Sanza pulled up the Message on the large main monitor, it read.

Marcus stood up, walking to a panel slightly out of place on The Knight's Domain's walls. Marcus placed his hand, on the wall, Revealing a hand Scanner, it scanned and opened. the wall panel slid back and into the wall, revealing The Armored Knight suit V2. The Knight put it on, clicking and sliding the Black carbon plates into place. The Knight adjusted and finally prepped the armor, The Knight then walked towards the VTOL hangar. [where are you going sir?] Sanza asked. The Knight climbed into The VTOL, turning on the ignition. "South America, brazil" The Knight said before closing the cockpit and flying the VTOL up and out of the Hangar.

The Knight Placed the VTOL into silent hover mode, Hovering above the small town which Copperhead told him to head to. The Knight opened the VTOL Cockpit, walking into one of the stabalized wings and looking down. [Are you sure about going in their Sir?], "I'll Never break a promis Sanza". The Knight then simply took a step off the wing, shooting down and frefalling before opening up his cape, which slowed the glide and greatly decreased the fall speed.

The Knight looked around, The town was seemingly barren, not a soul in sight. The Knight walked forward into the town, peering around to see if anyone was here. The Knight then saw a small girl attempting to enter a house, quickly grabbing and yanking on the door handle. The Knight stepped forwad towards her, The Girl flinched and backed up against the door.

Copperhead dropped her stance, walking towards The Knight, stopping a foot in front of him. "Come with me", Copperhead said, The Knight nodded and followed her, with the girl running and walking alongside copperhead. The Knight surveyed copperhead, she walked partly like a thug, the other part swayingly and seductively, the Girl continuously peered up at Copperhead, as if she were her friend. Copperhead stopped at a large metal shutter door, knocking on it 5 times. The Knight watched as 2 men opened the metal doors, 4 armed militiamen stomped out, rushing behind copperhead and the girl and pointing their rifles at The Knight. The Knight returned to his usual Intimidating scowl, noticeably scaring a few of the Militiamen. "parar , ele está com a gente". The militiamen peered at copperhead, then lowered their rifles allowing The Knight to follow copperhead into the large undegrround structure. The Knight followed copperhead, the girl running off down a separate hallway. The knight peered to the sides, noticing the large amount of townsfolk, and Militiamen & women, many peering at The Knight, and the sound of whispering abound.

The Knight also peered down at Copperhead's left leg, in a light brace, Mentally The Knight rued the Move he made that night. The Knight followed copperhead into a large room, with a table and a map of western Columbia, The Knight obviously saw this was a War Rom. Copperhead walked to the overside at the table, placing her hands on the edge and peering up at the Knight. "My Sister, Me, and....This entire town, are currently Under seige from a Cartel that's been Stalking Columbia for decades. My sister was an unfortunate casualty of their war". The Knight peered at The table, most of the camps had Xs on them, he peered back up at Copperhead, "most of them have seemingly been taking out, What's there for me to do?", Copperhead pointed at a large red marking just 7 miles from the town, "they've been pulling their smaller camps back, Their Main Encampment has been building up a large force". The Knight placed his hands on the table aswell, taking a look at the map. "for what?", "their planned Seige on this town..." The Knight looked up at Copperhead, who had a Depressed and grim look on her face.

"I Won't let that happen", Copperhead looked up at him, Her eyes glossy. The Knight didn't see sadness when he peered into her eyes, He saw the Death and Saddness she'd been plauged with for all her life. Copperhead dropped her head, looking straight down, then looked back at The Knight, "come on, Let me take you to my sister". The Knight nodded, following Copperhead out of the the room, The Knight peered at the [MEDICAL WARD] sign hanging ontop of the doorway they headed into. as they walked towards a bed, surrounded by a plastic curtain, Copperhead stopped, Placing her hand directly on The Knight's chest stopping him. "Let me go first" She said looking up at The Knight, showing their obvious Height Difference. The Knight nodded, Copperhead walked to the wall side of the bed, entering through the curtain's opening. The Knight heard the murmur of copperhead talking, also hearing a weakly willed and sickly voice answer her. The Drape opened, The Knight saw a woman, no younger than 20, badly hurt, beaten, and bruised, hooked up to a series of tubes and machines. The Knight stood there, peering at the woman, Copperhead gestured to him, telling him to come over. The Knight walked lightly stopping at the opposite side of the bed copperhead was on.

The Knight held out a hand to the Woman, The Woman responded, grabbing The Knight's hand, The Knight felt The Pain from her grip. The Knight made eye contact with the woman, "You're going to be okay, I Promise". Through the Bruises and scars,The Knight thinks he saw her smile. The Knight raised his other hand to his ear, activating the commlink, "Sanza, I'm going to need a Heavy Medical drop pod". The Knight looked to Copperhead, "Her Condition is Bad, But she's more than Savable for my equipment. There'll be a drop pod outside this complex, I'll need two of your men to come with me to help unload the Medical supplies". Copperhead nodded, The Knight left the room, 2 Medical staff following him.

15 Minutes later....

The Knight plugged in the last plug for the Medical terminal, turning it on, The Medical equipment was filling the small Medical Ward room. The Knight typed in the medical frequency, Copperhead standing against the wall next to the door, listening carefully to the noises made. The Knight continued to type, pausing to say "Sanza Start medical Scan of..." The Knight paused, looking at the woman, waiting for her to fill in the blanks. "Maranda" The Woman said with a scratchey voice. The Knight nodded, "start Medical Scan of Maranda", [Yes Sir]. a large arm on the side of the terminal lifted up, The arm extended a Light of sorts, which scanned up and down Maranda. Once the Scan was finished, The Knight inspected the Terminal, "give me the Report", [Several broken Ribs, partly fractured Jaw, slight Internal bleeding]. Marcus nodded, "The fractured Jaw and ribs are easily dealt with, The Internal bleeding however". The Knight looked at Maranda, "I'm going to need to put you on Anestesia, A Sleeping Agent that will allow me to stop the Internal Bleeding, I'll wake you up after wards. ". Maranda nodded, allowing The Knight to place the Mask gently on her head and apply Anestisia, Knocking her out peacefully and calmly. The Knight took a deep breath, "Sanza, Prep Surgical Equipment", [Yes Sir].

1 Hour Later....

Copperhead continued to listen to the Door, Almost falling in when The Knight opened it. The Knight kept his Grim, Intimidating Scowl. Copperhead was Anxious, "Well?" She said, slightly, but unintentionally yelling.

The Knight's words were an extremely massive lift off of Copperhead's Shoulders, Copperhead quickly moved past The Knight. The Knight peered back to see Copperhead and her sister embracing, The Knight walked over to a nearby trash can, removing the plastic gloves, peeling them off of his Gauntlets and placing them in the trash. The Knight turned, The little girl he'd seen earlier was standing directly infront of him, peering up at him. The Knight and the girl made direct, unblinking eye contact for 5 whole seconds before the Girl finally spoke. "You're Scary.....", The Knight stayed Silent, "But you help people, Like superman". The Knight stayed silent, waiting for the girl to finish her sentence, "why?". The Knight moved his head to the left a bit, pondering the question himself. The Knight made diredt eye contact with the girl before saying,

"Just Because something comes from the Darkness, Doesn't mean It's Evil".

The Girl Smiled, then trotted off around a corner, dissapearing. The Knight peered back up, still pondering the small but Meaningful discussion himself. The Knight walked back to the doorway to the Medical room, which was now closed, standing beside it. after a good amount of waiting, Copperhead exited, turning to The Knight, The Knight turning to Copperhead aswell. "You've done Me and My Sister a Great Solence here, We're in Your Deb-", "No, You're Not". The Knight turned, walkign abck to the war room. "You Saved My SIster life, I have to Repay you somewa-", The Knight looked back, Staring Copperhead in the eyes. "t Is My Job, as a Knight, to protect People in Need, to Crush Crime. This was simply me Doing my Job, nothing more, and certainly nothing less. You are your Sistsr Don't Owe me a thing". Copperhead stayed silent, The Knight turned, almost running into a man who pushed past him towards copperhead. "Miss Cardella, The Cartel, They're making their move, They're here!". Copperhead was shocked, scared, and confused, Though she kept a straight face. "Ready the men, wait for my by the exit". The Knight caught Copperhead's shoulder as she tried to walk past him, "You're going on the Offensive, Are You a Lunatic?", "We need to Stand our Ground", "And You Think you and your cobbled together Army Will do that? I have a Better Plan". Copperhead turned to The Knight, "Do Tell", "I Have Trainign that allows me to take on Larger Forces for an extended period of time, Let me Sttack first, I'll use shock and awe to throw off their attack. Then you and your men attack them while they're off guard".

Copperhead pondered the plan, giving a large sigh, "you sure?", The Knight stayed silent. "My men and I will wait for your signal, Do your thing". The Knight nodded, walking past copperhead, Copperhead knew from what she'd seen a good few weeks ago, The Cartel's men didn't stand a chance.

Outside

The Cartel members walked into the town, mostly foot soldiers with 2 Humvees to boote, around 45 In total. The Cartel members were walking Gloatful into the town, They joked as they began to smash into houses and search them. "These Stupid people, they really think they can beat us", "Check the Cellars, They're probably hiding in their with their little children, waiting for their doom". The Cartel members walked into the large central area of the town, resting the two Humvees there. The Cartel members continued their gloatful pre-emptive cheering, "We'll probably finish this Opp so fast we'll Be back at base for Dinner". silently, 2 tranquilizers were shot at the 2 Humvee gunners, knocking them out. just then, 2 Distractionary Exlosives dropped down on the ground of the large cartel members, they looked at it a moment, before it exploded, Confusing and disarraying most of them. "We're beign attacked!", "By What?". One of the Cartel members looked up, to see The Knight glide kicking down into the large group of them. "WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?!", one of them shouted before The Knight dropped down onto him, Kicking him into the ground.

The Knight went to work, grabbing the Rifle of one cartel and smasking him upside he near, then using the rifle's end to smash into another cartel member's throat. The Knight dropped the rifle, tripping a Cartel member and punching him out. The Knight countered an attempted swing by one Cartel member, twisting back the man's hand and breaking it, then grabbing him by his arm and swinging him horizontally, knocking over 3 more of his Cartel friends. The Screaming was muffled, but could be heard from the Basement, It lasted a good 2 minutes, gunfire, scraming, smashes and thuds. Then, Copperhead heard an ambient, "NOW", Copperhead looked back at her men, "Now It's time we took back our home, Let's go!". The Men cheered as they followed her out of the Undegrround base, charging at the men who were still being distracted by The Knight.

The Militiamen formed a firing line, beginning to fire on The Cartel Members with their Rifles, mowing down a good 15 of them. The Catrel members saw they were outmatched, with Copperhead and The Knight taking down 5 at a time, and the Militiamen firing on them, they were ging to be massacred. The Cartel members dropped their rifles, placing their hands up, surrendering. The Knight looked to copperhead, who raised her hand up, signalling the Militiamen to stop firing and take the Catrel members prisoner.

5 Mnutes Later....

The Knight stood In the townnsquare, The drstroyed Humvees, Prisoner Cartel members, and dead Cartel members being cleaned up. The Knight spectated all of this, Wondering how long this kind of carnage had been happening, he then saw someone stand next to him in his perifferal vision, Copperhead. "You're done good work here, We'll Be able to better deefend from the Cartel now", The Knight stayed silent, "And, Thank you". The Knight raised an eyebrow, though not visible from under the helmet. The Knight peered at Copperhead, "I'll give you some payment", 'what does she mean by pay-' The Knight's internal thought was cut off when Copperhead grabbed The Knight's head, locking themselves together and Kissing The Knight unexpectedly. 'well' The Knight thought, Copperhead let go of The Knight, "The Knight and copperhead locked eyes, for a good 2 minutes they stared at each other. "I need to go", "Okay...". The Knight started to walk towards the center of the Town Square. "If you ever need my help, You've earned it". The Knight stopped walking, "noted" The Knight said before taking out his grappeling gun and shooting it, grappelign onto The VTOL and pulling up into it. Copperhead watched as the VTOL hovered for a minute, before flying off.

The Chicago National Bank, a Monument to the City's economic growth since the previous harsh decades, houses an enourmous amount of money. the tenants and civilians passing through and murmuring throughout the large building deposit, withdraw, pay, and exchange other currency related manners at the large row of Cashiers at the far side of the main, column filled room. however as much as this average Chicagoan day looked calm and peaceful, the day was not as planned however, as outside the bank the bank, on the rooftop, a team of mask wearing Mercenaries worked.

Rooftop across from the bank

a team of 6, Mask wearing Mercnaries, all wearing an assortment of animal masks, readied their bags on the rooftop of the high building. "Everyone ready" the mercenary leader asked as he pulled out a large harpoon like grappel gun. The other Mercenaries nodded, pulling out similar weapons of their own, the Mercenaries lined up at the edge of the rooftop and shot the grappels, latching onto the concrete of the bank's cemented rooftop. the mercenaries did away with the guns in their bags, instead pulling out ziplines and gliding across onto the Bank, reletively unnoticed by the bustling and ditracted city below. The Menaries landed on the rooftop, quickly ditching the ziplines and hurrying over to the entrance, 3 of the working their way into the fuse box, while the other 3 moved over to the rooftop entrance.

The 3 hackers quickly broke their way into the fuse box, cutting and replacing the wires, and rearranging the power output. The 3 other mercenaries quickly burnt and melted through the wires and metal of the Door, disabling the lock. The Mercenaries quietly moved in to the top level of the bank. The fuse box team quickly cut power to some of the Building's outputs, "there, The Security cameras for the ground and upper floors have been cut, Tell the bus they can move in" the Mercenary said over his shoulder to another one, the Mercenary nodded as he pulled out a hand radio and spoke into it, contacting the bus. after they were done, they moved in through the entrance and regrouped with the team on the Upper level of the bank. The Mercenaries had their automatic Rifles out, high powered and Military grade guns, armed with suppressors. The Mercenaries quietly moved through the halls, precisely taking out the Guards as they passed. when they reached the large staircase leading down to the main room, they readied themselves. The Mercenary leader nodded, the team of 6 moved into the main room, shooting a few rounds into the air, "GET ON THE GROUND NOW". the Patrons ducked, and even more of them yelled, some of the Guards tried to draw their weapons, however when the mercenaries fired on them killing 2 of them, they ducked behind a large stone half wall near the entrance.

Just as the Guards readied to start firing on the Mercenaries, a large crashing noise insued as the back fo a school bus smashed through the stone wall on the side of the bank. The Guards were shocked when the back door of the bus opened and 9 More masked mercenaries poured out, and behind them, stepped a colorfully dressed man, "The Architect". Architect looked around, taking a sniff of the air. "Smell that? Nothing like Gunpowder to clear your lungs in the morning". The Architect placed his hand on the Mercenary commander's shoulder, the other hand carrying a Military style briefcase. the Mercenary commander turned his head, "there's a much easier solution, and a fun one". The Architect took his hand off the Commander's shoulder, grabbing a homemade explosive , hitting the primer button and tossing it over the top of the Wall. an explosive went off, killing the Guards and throwing one of their corpses out from behind the wall. The Architect gave out a laugh, "Alright, So, let's get to work, You guys!...." The Architect said, gesturing to 5 of the now large mercenary group, "Go empty the Vault, we've got to move fast, 'He' Will be coming". The Mercenary commander nodded, moving with the other 4 to the Vault, "oh and Commander" The Architect said, the Mercenary commander turned around. "you'll need this" The Architect pplaced the Military Briefcase on the ground, giving it a kick which slid it over to the commander, who picked it up and carried it into the backroom.

The Architect looked at his watch, then at a large group of people huddeling on the floor, "Oh Don't be Afraid, We're simply taking away the Status Quo's Fuel" The Architect said, pointing to the Door to the vault. The Mercenary commander and the 5 men quickly opened the Military breifcase, the Mercenaries took out a Military grade metal cutter, and began to cut out the very lock of the Vault door. The Architect heard the sounds of the metal being cut, using his left index finger as a sort of Conductor's Wand as the steady beat of the noises came. "Music to my Ears, I tell yah". The Mercenaries quickly opened the vault door, running in and stuffing the money into the duffel bags, sliding them out to the mercenaries outside who threw them into the school bus, and passed a new empty bag back in it's place.

The Architect listened to the sound of the clockwork of the Money loading, listening and whisteling along to what he believes is a tune of it. The Architect looked at his watch just as the Mercenaries finished loading the money into the Bus, The Architect climbed in after the last mercenary did, looking back at the Bank Patrons. "Tell all you Friends what happened here!" The Architect said, chuckling as the bus door closed, Thje School buse pulled into the main road, into a large amount of school buses transporting kids to a fieldtrip downtown, seemingly blending them in.

2 Hours Later......

The Knight walked around the main room of the bank, alongside him Cops, and Detective John Brakenbrook followed The Knight. The Knight noticed the still intact husk of the explosive, picking it up and inspecting it with his Enhanced vision. John walked alongside The Knight, "so, what do you think?" he asked The Knight, The Knight turned the can, revealing an eiffel tower and the work "ARKITEKT" carved crudely into the can. The Knight kept his grimace, "Something Sinister has Come to Chicago.....".

The Leading party Members of the Russian Cartel in Chicago, the Chicago Street gang "Southside hitters", and the dying Chicago Drug funnelers, meet at a large table. Their meeting room was fairly unglamorous, compared to their estates and set ups in past years, they've been forced to go underground. The Russian Cartel leader, "Ivan sturnof", peers at the other 2 parties attending. "gentlemen" Ivan said in a thick russian accent, "I believe we need to press our efforts", The southside hitters leader looked shocked. "Press our efforts, Da f*ck?!", he said standing up, "Me and my Boys HAVE been, you russian chooch". Ivan scowled at the Gang Member, "you and your pathetic gang scum are a weak backbone, the only reason we asked you to attend this meeting instead of letting you surccumb to.....Him, is because we can use your mincemeat gang members". The southside leader sat down, "now onto the pressing matter at ha-" Ivan was cut off when the large metal door to the meeting room was open, and a sinister laugh came from the man entering.

The Architect walked forward into the room, "good evening, gentlemen" The Architect said, stepping forward to the unoccupied end of he table. the Southside hitters leader looked at the Architect, "give me one reason I shouldn't have my boy here rip your head off". The Architect smiled at the man, "How about a Magic trick", Thne Architect said, stabbing a sharpened pencil into the weak wood of the table. "I'm going to make this pencil, DISSAPEAR". Ivan nodded, strangely following along with the Architects show. oen of the Southside Hitters gang members stood up and walked over to The Architect, Architect simply Caught the thug's swing, then grabbing the back of his head and slamming it down onto the end of the pencil. The Body collapsed onto the floor, with the pencil jabbed in 5he Thug's eye. "TADA", The Architect leaned forward to the place the pencil was at, "it's gone". Ivan nodded, not having his previous scowl, The Southside hitter leader stood up, "YOU MOTHA-", Ivan slammed one of his hands on the table, pointing ath the Architect with his other hand. "I want to hear what he has to say". The Southside hitters Leader sat down, The Architect continued, "I remember a Time, when The Crooks and Criminals could squeeze the profit from Chicago, and The Police would turn a Blind Eye, like Clockwork".

Ivan nodded, "well, what happened? I'll tell you what Happened, The Knight did". "The Knight, and his little Buddy buddies at The Police Department, are absolutely beating the tar into you, But I know how to beat them, I know how to unrravel the seams of their Status Quo, and tear their order into Chaos". Ivan looked at The Architect, "How?", "it's Simple, we Kill The Knight", The Men in the room laughed, some shuckled, Ivan slammed his fist on the table. The Mayor; Daniel Storm, and Chicago Police Detective John Brakenbrook stand ontop of the Police Headquarters.The Detective lit up a Cigarette, the cold air of December pouring in made his breath visible, The Mayor was in a wool and leather coat, Te Mayor looked around at the cold, dark, night sky. "when is he going to get here?" The Mayor asked, "Now" The Knight said, seemignly appearing out of nowheer from the dark corner of the Building. The Mayor slightly jumped, The Detctive nodded, stepping over to shake The Knight's Hand. afterwards, The Detective turned to the Mayor. "Daniel, I'd like you to meet our Mysterious Partner in Justice, the Knight". The Mayor walked over to the Knight shaking his hand, "Nice to have someone who helps more than common Vigilante rabble". The Knight nodded, the 3 men stood at the center of the rooftop, "Have you foudn anything?" John asked The Knight, "The Mysterious funder for The Russian Mafia is Xi Kento, A CCP Federal treasurer based in Hong Kong". The Detective turned to the Knight, "Hong Kong? THey're outsourcing their fundign that far?", The Mayor placed his hands on his hips, shakign his head. "the Chinese'll never Extrodite one of their own, We're going to need to take anohter approach". "What if I can bring Kento here". The Mayor and The Detective turned to The Knight, "what?" Xi Kento sat in his office, the very clean and pristine office the CCP had provided for him allowed him to complete his work very well. Kento turned to one of the men sitting infront of his desk, "The Architect ios troubling to say the least, He unnerves me". The men nodded, "has the Party found out about our efforts with the Mafia?", the men shook their heads. Kento took a small, but powerful breath, "good, then no one can stop our efforts". Kento sat at his desk, not knowing of the Hunter who stalked the rooftops a few buildings down.

5 Skyscrapers away, Rooftop

The Knight stood ontop of a Tall Skyscraper rooftop, overlooking the floor and office he needed to get to fast. The Knight took a breath, hooking up a device to the back of his belt and fastening it. The Knight then ran and jumped off the Rooftop, opening his cape to allow him to glide. The Knight soared through the Cold and crisp air, The Knight readied himself to impact into the building. The Knight started to decrease elevation, 'Aim for the center of the window' The kngith thought to himself. The Knight aimed for a window, an area not far from the office he needed to hit. The Knight closed his cape, zippign down straight at the window, The knight crashed through the window, rolling and standing up. 2 if the guards attacked the Knight, the Knight kneed one of themgrabbing their arm and flipping them over his shoulder onto the other guards, then Stompong on the guard's Head nocking them out.

The Knight crept through the office, until Xi Kento and the two men hurried out of the office, taking out their pistols and firing at The knight. The Knight dodged and rolled to his left, the 3 men fired, sending papers and materials flying all over. They stopped, noticing The Knight seemingly dissapeared. Xi Kento rasied an eyebrow, "scan the area, NOW", the two men nodded searching the area. The Knight quickly grabbed one of the men around the neck, heaving them over the table while Kento and the other bodyguard wasn't looking, then putting him in a sleeper hold knocking him out. The knight took out his tranquilizer dart shooter, shooting the other bodyguard in the head knocking him out. before Xi could react, The Knight quickluy knocked the gun out of his hand, then punched him sending him onto his back. The Knight cuffed Kentos Hands, grabbing him by the leg and pulling him over to a corner of the building. The Knight placed a sticky explosive, then picking up XI and holding him infront of him, as 7 armed guards hurried up the stairs, all yelling at The Knight to surrender.

The Knight simply activated the explosive, blowing a large hole in the corner, the Knight took a few steps back, still holding onto Kento. The Knight activated the Device, sending a large line and parachute out of the hole in the building. The Knight looked at the leader of the men, "SURRENDER", "Not Today..". a Cryotech Cargo Plane flerw by, hooking onto the parachute line, pulling both The Knight and Kento out of the building. Kento screamed as The Knight pulled them up, reeling in the cord, The Knight finally reached the bottom of the plane, The Knight heaved Kento up into the plane, climbing up in and closing the hatch. The Knight then grabbed Kento by the Collar of his shirt, Administering a hard punch, knocking him out cold.

The Knight then put his hand up to his commlink, calling Brakenbrook.

The Architect meet with Ivan, in the snowy Industrial Lot of one of the Many Industrial Plants in chicago. the Architect walked into the lot, taking a large sniff of the cold, brisk air of December. Ivan looked confused, as he was in a wool and leather coat, his hands in his pockets. Ivan and The Architect approached each other, "Nice of you to call, So You've accepted my Offer", Ivan nodded, "what will you need?". The architect gave otu a "Hmmmm", scratching his chin. "I'll Need......a Big Truck, and Some men to back me up, Oh, and We'll need some side vehicles to back up the truck", Ivan nodded, "anything else?". "Nah, I can work with this. We'll break The Knight down and Turn his city into a Chaotic Paradise". The Architect chuckled, skipping away with 2 of his men following him.

Chicago grand Avenue

The Mayor's Daughter, Suzana, Was being driven in a Black SUV, escorted by 3 Police officers. The Increase in attacks on Affiliates of the Chicago Political officials forced the Police to put Suzana under Protection. The Black SUV was being escorted by 2 Patrol cars. The small convoy drove down the grand avenue, infront of them the drivers spotted a burning fire truck, "What the hell is that?" One of the asked, "Take the Under route" The Leade police sergant radioed to the men. one of the officers raised an eyebrow, "under route? we'll be sitting ducks" he said, following the Patrol car and SUV down onto the undferground route beneath the main road. The Patrol cars drove, quickly taking the quickest route to get to their destination. The peaceful drive was interrupted, when a Large Semi truck came from seeingly out of nowheer, ramming into the side of the back patrol car, sending it crashing off into the Chicago River.

"Jesus!" the Driver of the SUV muttered as the Semi truck drove up and started to ram the back of the SUV. Suzana looked around scared, The officer sitting next to her calmly out a hand on her shoulder, then looked up to the sergant, "we gotta get out of here!". The Sergant nodded, The Semi truck swerved to the lane to the left, smashing through the cement and concrete. The Semitruck's door on the side of the trailer slid opened, The Architect aimed his SMG at the SUV and began to fire. The officer forced Suzana to duck down, takign out his pistol and firing back. The Patrol car at the front attempted to drive forward with the SUV following. out of the lane on the right, a truck and 3 jeeps pulled alongside the two vehidles. the Delivery truck's door opened, and a Masked Man holding an RPG-7 aimed it at the Front patrol car. "JESUS" The Sergant watched from the SUV, as the masked man fired at the front patrol car, blowing it up and forcing the SUV to swevre out of the way of the wreckage. The Sergant grabbed his Radio, "All units, All Units, we need back up, NOW".

The Architect laughed as he continued to fire at The SUV, then, he heard a Monsterous Engine rumble from behind. The officer in the back of the SUV with Suzana looked back, as The Destroyed came racing foward towards them. "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?" The officer asked, The Sergant, looking back, felt a bit of hope return to him. "That Son, is the Calvary". The Destroyer quickly raced forward to the jeep behind the SUV, out of the top the Vulcan gatteling Gun popped up. "Riot Suppressors" The Knight Said, as The Gun aimed towards the Open door of the Semi truck's trailer and fired. The Architect ducked as hard rubber bullets fired at the truck, taking down a few of his me. the Architect ducked from behind the cover of the trailer and fired at The Destroyer, the bullets doing nothing but bouncing off.

The Destroyer swerved slightly to the right, then Rammed into the back of the Jeep infrotn of him, causing it to spin out and smash into a concrete barrier. The Destroyer raced forward, staying behind the SUV, The Vulcan Gattelign Gun began to fire on the jeep directly to the right of it, the rubber bulets smashing throguh the glass. The Jeep attempted to ram it's side into The Destroyer, but was suprised when it didn't even move The Destroyer an inch. The Destroyer swerved hard to the right, causing The Jeep to jump a ramp and smash into a Garbage Container. The Masked Man in the Delivery truck loaded his RPG witha new round and fired at the Destroyer, He, and The Police, were shocked when the blast barely scratched the armor of The Destroyer. The Architect laughed, "Oh, I'm ALREADY Liking this guy". The Vulcan Gatteling Tuurret on The Destroyer locked onto the Rear back tire of the Delivery truck, It fired, piercing the tire and causing The Delivery truck to slid out and crash into the concrete wall.

The Semi-truck turned off onto a ramp and drove back onto the top main streets, The Destroyer followed The Semi-truck as 3 back up police cars followed and secured the SUV. The Knight contacted the Sergant, ['Continue to the CPDHQ, I'm going to stop The Architect"], ["Will do Knight"]. The Destroyer followed The Semi Truck, The Destroyer loaded a Cable wire shot into the Gatteling Turret, and it drove past the Semi truck, firing the Cable shot at two lamp posts behind it. "Hah, he missed" the Driver of the Semi truck cackled to his friend. The Semi-truck then hit the cable shot which was now accross the road, cuasing The Semi-truck to flip, sending it crashing upside down. The Destroyer turned around, and drove, stopping 20 ft from the Semi-truck. The Architect kicked the bent and broken door of the Semi-truck, Stumbling out and accidently firing a few bullets. The Architect cracked his back and walked towards The Destroyer, The Destroyer's driver compartment opened and The Knight stepped out, walkign towards The architect.

The Knight continued to walk, stopping 5ft from The Architect, "and you're the Psycopathic Murderer also Known as The architect",
The Architect aimed his SMG at the knight "I've only known about you for a few weeks now, but Oh, You're so Delightfully entertaining".
The Knight continued to stare at The Architect, keeping his Scowl, "from Taking down entire groups of 50 men, to driving a Tank and freeing a Convoy".
The Architect cotninued to aim at The Knight, "Now It's just you, and me", "Not Exactly" The Knight said.
Detective John Brakenbrook, Disguised in the gear of one of The Architect's men, Smacked The Architect over the head with an assault rifle, placing his foot over The Architect's chest and aiming it at him.
"we've got him!" John siad, slightly out of breath, He peered at the knight, "we've done it".

A portal opened up in the sky, and Kalder fell out of it. He plummeted to the streets below. He got up and jumped out of the way as a car sped past him.

"People are really friendly here."

He took a look around, and awed at the unfamiliar city.

"Speaking of, where is here?

Kalder flew back into the sky to get a better surrounding, but it didn't help much, so he flew up higher. After looking around, he caught glimpse of the Chicago Skyline.

"Chicago? That rock dropped me off in Chicago!? How is this my own personal hell, when I was just here not that long ago?"Well, I better get back to the Knight's headquarters and save Maeya from that walking boulder."

He then flew off the ground and flew back to the Knight's lair. He noticed that there was something quite different about it, but he couldn't place his finger on it. He called out

"Hey, yo Knight! Are you here!?"

Rooftop on Chicago
5 Minutes Ago

The Knight chased a Woman in a red and blue suit, as she used her colorful ziplines to swing from roof to roof. The Knight chased her with a bloodlust, eager to finally catch her. "HaHa, neva gonna catch ME" she yelled to the knight as she ran. The Knight gritted his teeth, as he glided down, and rammed into the woman's back, smashing her face first into a wall. as The Woman groaned, The Knight flipped her over, the Blood a contrast to her suit, The Knight grabbed her by the throat.
"WHERE IS THE ARCHITECT JOLLY!?!?!?!" The Knight yelled at her, his voice older, but none the less meanacing. "I don't know, and It wouldn't be any use to you if I did". The Knight scowled, grabbign her ziplines from her,

"then you're no use to me...". The Knight grabbed her by the back of her suit's Collar, and tossed her off of the roof top. She yelled, screaming at he top of her lungs as she plummeted. until she finally hit the ground, with a sickening splant. The Knight shook his head, as he walked off.

Now, Back in The Knight's Domain

The Knight walked quietly in the shadow filled Domain, Until he heard someone yell, "Hey, yo Knight, Are you here?!". The Knight grew angry as he approached the figure.

Kalder stood in a darker, grittier, and Scarier Knight's Domain, One where weapons and other deadly tools were a normality. From the shadows to his right, a figure in a Red and Black Knight suit stepped out. "WHO ARE YOU" The Knight said, grabbing Kalder by the collar of his suit, "WHO ARE YOU" The Knight yelled, tossing Kalder over a table, causing it to fall onto it's side. The Knight walked over to Kalder, grabbing him with his left hand on Kalder's collar, and the right Hand ready to throw a hard punch. "How do you Know about this place?! TALK!".

Detective John Brakenbrook steps into the dark Interrogation room, quietly closing the door behind him. The Interrogation room is dark, the only light being the one above the door, and one on the table, in the middle of the room. The Architect sits at the table, his face just illuminated by the light of the lamp on the table. "ah, Detective, I was wondering when you would show up". The Detestive walked over to the table, his footsteps echoing from the clanking against the tile. The Detective slid the chair from the table, sitting down and resting his hands on them. John looked at The Architect, "I've come here to find the answers we're looking for, just like we've said before". The Architect snickered, "and I gave you My Terms for telling what I know, so, Where is he?". "he'll be here soon, I'm just filling out anyt requests for the Interrogation", "a Watch". John raised an eyebrow, "trust me, What I will divulge needs to be exactly on time, Now, can i have one". without moving his eye from The Architect, John took a Standard Police force pocket watch from his pocket, setting it down on the table.

The Architect grabbed the Watch, however The Detective also reached and unlocked the architect's cuffs, taking them and putting them in his pocket. The Architect peered at the Detective as he stood ip and walked back to the door. "you sure letting the chains off this Dog is such a good idea?", The Detective stopped at the door, "I'm confident He won't let you escape". The Detective left the Interrogation room, after a buzzing sound, the lights came on, Revealing The Knight was standign behind The Architect. The Architect showed hardly any shock when The Knight walked around to the opposite side of the table, sitting down, "you wanted me?" The Knight rehtorically asked. The Architect Snickered, "yes, Because you're the Only man in this city I trust with the following Information". "tell me what you Know, Architect", The Architect sighed, "always so Serious, You need a sense of Humor". The Knight kept his grim scowl, The Architect sighed, "FINE, Look, THere is a Tyrannt, a Criminal Warlord, named Stahl", "I know about him". The Architect didn't snicker this time, "what you Don't know is, He's in the City". Internally The Knight was shocked, externally nothing changed from his demeanour.

"Stahl Is plannign to battle you, The Protector of Chicago, you've rattle his cage, now he wants you dead". The Knight peered straight at The architect, "why are you telling me this?", "Stahl, his little Cronie Gustapo, and their little Status Quo on the criminal Underworld is so boring, and now with them hopign to make everywhere as bland and boring, with no Anarchy, just Order, i need to do something". The Architect leaned forward, "and who better to Defend against his attack than you, The Knight, who stood up against 6 of thw world's deadliest assassins and beat them all into the ground". The Knight slightly nodded, getting up and walking back to the interrogation room door, The Knight stopped just grabbing the doorknod. "and Knight", The Knight turned his head, "we'll be seeing each other again". The Architect laughed. The Knight walked out of the Interrogation room, pondering what the Architect had said.

The Dark Lord transported to center of the Arena, The Dark lord summoned his Mace, holding it up and allowing the flat ground of the Colosseum to form into different sections, some of the land moving up, some of it dipping down, broken pieces of what looked like buildings appeared. "Good, now for the Fighters", The Dark Lord turned to an open area of ground, he pointed his Mace at the ground, "eleczalda, Min Nus, triva!".

The Knight sat at the Knightcomputer, scanning the incoming weather reports of a Blizzard approaching chicago. The Knight shook his head, putting on his helmet and sighing. "great, a Blizzard, Should be fun Patroling in that weathe-". The Knight dissapeared from his chair seemingly out of nowhere, [Sir?] Sanza asked alarmingly, though the Knight was nowhere to be found.

Trial Colosseum, The Void

Both The Knight and Guardian appeared infront of The Dark Lord, caught offguard, they looked around. "gentlemen, it's good that You've arrived". The Knight and Guardian looked at The Dark Lord, "I Usually wouldn't contend with Worthless Mortals, However you two have shown prowess in fighting Threats much greater than yourselves. The God Alien you thought on Dathomir is planning to Attack Earth, If you Are to suceed against this Powerhungery shrewd, You must test your metal against what is to come, Now, Fight". The Dark lord dissapeared and reappeared on a high Platform of the Colosseum, as many Dathomiri Robots and Thrall Soldiers appeared around them. The Knight looked around at the force, some flying, others on the Ground. "None of them are actually Alive", The Knight peered at Guardian, "No need to hold back". "The Knight and The Guardian need a trial if they are to Overcome The God Alien", The Dark lord left his throne, walking through the black nothingness. The Dark Lord stopped, twirling his head and causing a small Column with a Vortex like ball to appear. "a trial by Combat will be needed, I need to bring them to the Staging grounds" . The Dark Lord placed a hand on the Ball, the area around him started to morph and form, changing into a Dark colosseum. The Dark Lord transported to center of the Arena, The Dark lord summoned his Mace, holding it up and allowing the flat ground of the Colosseum to form into different sections, some of the land moving up, some of it dipping down, broken pieces of what looked like buildings appeared. "Good, now for the Fighters", The Dark Lord turned to an open area of ground, he pointed his Mace at the ground, "eleczalda, Min Nus, triva!".

Chicago, Earth

Knight's Domain

The Knight sat at the Knightcomputer, scanning the incoming weather reports of a Blizzard approaching chicago. The Knight shook his head, putting on his helmet and sighing. "great, a Blizzard, Should be fun Patroling in that weathe-". The Knight dissapeared from his chair seemingly out of nowhere, [Sir?] Sanza asked alarmingly, though the Knight was nowhere to be found.

Trial Colosseum, The Void

Both The Knight and Guardian appeared infront of The Dark Lord, caught offguard, they looked around. "gentlemen, it's good that You've arrived". The Knight and Guardian looked at The Dark Lord, "I Usually wouldn't contend with Worthless Mortals, However you two have shown prowess in fighting Threats much greater than yourselves. The God Alien you thought on Dathomir is planning to Attack Earth, If you Are to suceed against this Powerhungery shrewd, You must test your metal against what is to come, Now, Fight". The Dark lord dissapeared and reappeared on a high Platform of the Colosseum, as many Dathomiri Robots and Thrall Soldiers appeared around them. The Knight looked around at the force, some flying, others on the Ground. "None of them are actually Alive", The Knight peered at Guardian, "No need to hold back". The Knight said as he pulled out the Hilt of his sword as it extended into length.

Guardian smiled as he clenched his fist and let out a small scoff.

"Let's do this."

The Dathomiri Robots and Thralls charged at The knight and Guardian, The Knight quickly slashed the leg og oen thrall causing it to fall to it's knee. The Knight then used the thrall as a step to jump, stabbing his sword into one of the large Dathomiri Robots. Guardian took off, Slamming into one of the large Dathomir robots and smashing it into the edge wall of the staging arena. Guardian then grabbed The Robot's left arm, tearing it off and tossing it at another Dathomiri robot, causing it to fall over. The Knight slashed his sword horizontally, cutting off the heads of two of the Thralls, The Knight stabbed a larger thrall in the chest with his sword, then grabbing him by his leg and heaving him over his shoulder onto a group of his friends. The Knight then took out his sword and began to make a stand on a large stepped area on the side of the Arena, slashing and cutting down The Thralls that attacked.

Guardian landed next to him, punching one thrall, and ripping a stop sign of the ground and tossing it, stabbing it through 7 thralls creating a shishkebab. Guardian and The Knight stood back to back. "I've got 20 so far", The Knight sliced a larger thrall accross his midrift, "37, what's the status on the larger Constructs?". Guardian grabbed a Stone Piller, lifting it up and throwing it at the Dathomiri robot trying to get back up, "Now, They're both down". The Knight shot a Knight dart at a thrall, kicking him down the steps, The thrall exploded taking down a large amount of other thralls next to him. The Dark Lord nodded, "interesting, now Let's add some more of The God Alien's men to the mix". The Dark Lord gave one wave of his staff, Dathomiri footsoldiers on small one man hovercrafts appeared, aswell as Humanoid Dathomiri attack construcst appeared. Guardian held out a hand to The Knight, "allyoop", The Knighty grabbed Guardian's hand, Guardian swung, tossing The Knight at one of the hovercrafts. The Knight landed on the hover craft, knocking the Dathomiri soldier off, The Knight placed an explosive on the hovercraft and jumped to another, knocking the soldier off. the hovercraft exploded, the wreckage landing and pinning three Dathomiri robots two the ground.

"excellent" The Dark lord said, he snapped his fingers and all of the enemies and Terrain of the Arena dissapeared. The Knight was teleported down next to Guardian as they stood in the middle of the flat arena. "so, did we win?", "wasn't a Competition as much as It was a Trial". The Dark Lord appeared behind them, "exactly" The Dark Lord said as they both turned to him. "And Now that I know you Two mortals are more than capable of taking on The God Alien's Horde, You've passed my trial". The Knight stepped forward grabbing The Dark lord by the cloth collar of his armor, "Stop Playign Games, What is this about?". The Dark Lord snickered, "the God Alien you fought on Catarock is planning to Invade Earth". Guardian raised an Eyebrow, "catarock? He wouldn't dare", "Oh he will, he has an army of tens of millions at his command, and with his teleportation technology He'll invade with a large force. But, as a Reward for your cooperation, a bit of insight into the Future that will come".

The Dark Lord snapped his fingers as both Guardian and The Knight recieved a visiuon of their future,
Guardian's Vision"
Guardian hovered in the air, with Maeya clad in Dark Dathomiri armor opposite of him.
"Maeya, Don't do this, what would your parents have thought?", Guardian said attempting to reason with maeya.
Maeya snickered, "The only Family i have is Catarock" Maeya finished as she shot a blast of energy at Guardian.

The Knight's Vision
Catarock sat in a Dathomiri Mother ship, salivating over the Images of his Troops marching and defeating Earth's armies on his monitors infront of him.
Then, behind Catarock, The Knight appeared, "it's Over Catarock", Catarock turned to The Knight, scrapes and burns on his armor.
"What do you think you can possibly do to m-", "I've sworn an oath never to use guns, and never to kill" The Knight said, looking up he revealed a Pistol, aiming it at Catarock.
"I'll make an exception, just for you", Catarock looked shocked, when he saw the ammunition in the Pistol, "Your armor is tough, However the Radion in this Gun will be more than enough to Take you down". "but-", "DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR". Catarock squinted at The Knight, "do you think you're fast enough to outrace my Disintegration beams?", The Knight stared at Catarock, scowling, "try me". The Knight fired his Bullet just as Catarock fired his Disintegration beams, The Radion Bullet hit Catarock, Piercing his Armor as he screamed in Agony. The Knight let go of the pistol, "I Win", Just as The Disintegration beams blasted him, sending him flying against the Wall.

Both The Knight and Guardian took a step back, trying to proccess what they saw. "Now, we'll have to depart, tata" The Dark lord said as He teleported both Guardian and The Knight away, sending them back to their Realm.

Knight's Domain

The Knight and Guardian were thrown through a portal back into The Knight's domain, hitting the floor and landing next to The Knightcomputer. The Knight groaned, he shook his head as he stood up, to see Anna looking confused at them. "are......you guys Okay?". The Knight peered at Guardian who stood up, "Oh, hey Guardian". The Knight looked around, to see they were back in the Domain, "well, Atleast we were teleported back here".

5 hours after Blizzard hit

Chicago was caught offguard when the Blizzard hit, clouding the city in what seemed like an endless winter, freezing the city in time. The Blizzard also clouded the Chicago Police Force's ability to correctly coordinate in the freezing cloud, Allowing Criminals to better strike and spread their filth stricken Crime wave all over Chicago. though, through the bleak hopelessness, the City's two sworn Protectors, The Knight and Lawbringer, have come to the aid of their City. The Knight and Lawbringer have Battled the Criminals for a good week, breaking down Criminal gangs and stopping crimes, but unaware of Stahl's planned attack, which will catch them off guard.

Chicago, Side alley

5 Criminals ran down the snowy and ice covered alley, some almost tripping. "RUN, RUN, THEY"RE COMING". one of them said, while carrying a bag of money in his right hand. the 4 followed the crook, the sounds of the violent winds and ice blocking the noise aroudn them. The leading Criminal was tripped when a grappel shot from behind him grabbed his leg, pulling him off balance and tripping him. The 4 other thugs looked back to see Lawbringer sitting on a tall dumpster, holding her staff in one hand and the grapple in the other. "let's make this easy on you, Give up". "Screw you!" The Criminal on the ground said, pulling out a pistol and firing at Lawbrringer, Lawbringer flipped and ducked behind the dumpster. The Criminal on the ground was stopped from shooting, when a figure behind him grabbed him by the back of his coat with one hand, The Criminal peered over to see it was The Knight. the other Criminals grabbed spare pipes and pieces of metal and lunged at The Knight. The Knight grabbed the criminal with two hands, throwing him at the charing criminals knocking them over.

Lawbringer kneed the one standing thug, causing him to lean forward in pain, Lawbringer gave the Thug an under swing from one end of the staff, knocking the Thug's head into a wall knocking him out. One criminal got up and lunged at Lawbringer, lawbringer ducked down and thrusted her staff forward horizontally, knocking the Thug over her back, Lawbringer turned around and stomped on the Thug's head, Incapacitating him. The Knight grabbed one thug from on the ground, headbutting him and knocking him out. The Knight grabbed the last thug, staring him directly in the eye, "p-please don't hurt me", "You and alot of other Scum have been using the same symbol on your jackets, whether it be on your sleeve or back, or wherever. Wh do you work for, Talk!". The Thug was nervous, "I don't know i just found it". The Knight dropped the Thug onto his back, placing his right foot onto the Thug's Throat, Lawbringer crouched by the Thug.

"I'd tell him if I were you, He's not always in such a good mood", "ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT, Some guy named Legionaire recruited a bunch of us, Told us to work for Stahl's movement". "Where is me. Talk, Or I'll crush your Larynx". "jesus man, He got us together at the Abandoned Subway construction yard, near the highway. I swear that's all i know". "Good, Now take a nap" The Knight said as he took hsi foot of the Thug, then Southpawed the Thug knocking him out. The Knight quickly pressed a button on his gauntlet contacting Detective John Brakenbrook, "Knight, have you got more for us?", '5 Criminals on the Alley off Jefferson and 15th avenue", "thanks Knight, always good to have you around. The Kngiht ended the call, Turning to Lawbringer, "I think that went well", "you did well on your staff form, We're going to need to head to the Subway Construction yard to track down this 'Legionaire' ". Lawbringer nodded as The Knight pressed a button on his gauntlet, calling The Destroyer as it pulled around a corner and pulled up to the alley, The Knight climbed in the front and Lawbringer climbed in the back on one of the seats, The Destroyer pulled away as CPD police cars pulled up to the alley.

Abandoned Subway Construction

The Destroyer stopped at a Freeway underpass, It's right side facing the large Construction tunnel leading down into the long abandoned half finished subway tunnel. The Knight and Lawbringer exited the destroyer, The Knight pressed a button on his right gauntlet, putting The Destroyer into security lock mode. The Knight and Lawbringer hurried into the tunnel, the previously put up blockade points in the tunnel were torn down, possible by the intruders, They started to sneak when they heard the murmur of Stahl's men up ahead. The Knight placed his hand up, stoping lawbringer, they saw two guards approaching as they shot their grappels up pulling them onto the shadow covered support beams above. The two guards passed under them, The Knight and Lawbringer silently dropped down and silently took them out, then continued down to the tunnel exit. The Tunnel exited out into a large carved out room, several makeshift support platforms, vehicular construction equipment, and Stahl's men were seen around it, The Knight and Lawbringer stayed in the dark area near the tunnel exit.

"take out the lights, then we go in and attack", "got it", Lawbringer loaded her dart launcher and took out the large floodlights in the room one by one. once they were all off, The Guards were caught off guard, when they dropped down from the elevated platform they were on and attacked in the dark. The Knight dropped down onto one thug, knocking him face first into the floor, The Knight grabbed the thug and threw him at 2 other men, knocking them down. Lawbringer quickly attacked a larger guard with a series of hits from her batons, she stopped as the guard looked at her and laughed, he stopped once lawbringer activated them causing them to electrically charge. Lawbringer ran and slid under the guard's legs, then jumped onto his back and smacked both sides of his head with the electrical batons, giving hima serious shock and knocking him out. this series of attacks continued until The Knight and Lawbringer had cleared the room, several guards ran down one exit tunnel leading eastwards. The Knight was caught offguard when 2 large floodlights engulfed him in light, The Knight turned when a man shoutedm "So this is the Legendary Knight". The Knight turned to see a man in Black and White armor standing on an elevated tunnel exit, with 2 large spotlights pointing down at The Knight.

The Knight made a small hand gesture where lawbringer could see, 'capture the guards fleeing, i'll stay', Lawbringer nodded as she crept through the still dark parts in the room after the fleeing guards. The Knight stared the man down, "I'll Assume you're Legionaire", "you would be correct, oh noble protector of Chicago" Legionaire said as he dropped down from the elevated terrain he was on, onto the same level of The Knight. "this is only going to end one way" Legionaire said as he took out a small baton with one hand, holding it out to his left, he pressed a button on it with his thumb as it extended to make a Metal Quarterstaff. "I'm giving you One change to Give Up now", "With all your Talents you use them for Vigilantism, doesn't matter as you won't be leaving here tonight". Legionaire charged at The Knight swinging his quarterstaff wildly, The Knight began to block and deflect the quarterstaff, Legionaire's attacks were fast, however The Knight was able to keep up to pace with the legionaire.

The Knight caught the quarterstaff with two hands, Legionaire thrusted forward however The Knight rolled back, flipping legionaire over him and keeping hold of the Quarterstaff. The Knight bent the Quarterstaff, bendng it to 90 degrees "I'm not Playing Games" The Knight smashed the bent part of the quarterstaff, breaking it, "and So am I", Legionaire said as he threw down a flashbang, catchign The Knight off guard. The Knight was only partly ready when Legionaire dropped down from The Knight's right, and extended both of his wrist blades and began to swing at The Knight's head, The Knight placed both the backsides of his hands up and began to try to block the attacks. The Knight rolled away, taking out his grappel and shooting it at legionaire, The Knight slammed his right arm into Legionaire as he was pulled towards him, knocking him back, The Knight put his hands together and slammed them into Legionaire's chest, Knocking him hard down onto his back.

The Knight grabbed then placed a foot on Legionaire's chest as he he grabbed him around his neck, "Where Is Stahl? Tell me or I'll Break every Bone in Your Body", Legionaire chuckled as an alert came on his Helmet comms. "You'll see soon enough, I have to depart". Legionaire activated a flashbang, catching The Knight off guard, when The Knight regained his focus he saw Legionaire was no longer in the area. The Knight stood up, contacting Lawbringer on his gauntlet comms.
