She then looked up at the light, she paused for a moment. "I have no idea... is it getting bigger?" She asked. She was actually wrong. It wasn't getting bigger.

It was getting closer.

Suddenly a large starship apeared out of nowhere. From out of it, several squid like beings appeared. They charged Claudia and Tomia, the former of which frowned. She stepped forward. "Stay close Tomia. I'll deal with these guys." She remarked.

Tomia yelped loudly as she backed away from the aliens, tripping and forcefully landing on her butt. She hardly even noticed that she dropped her ice cream. Trembling, Tomia put her hands over her head and waited for Claudia to deal with them.

" M-Miss Claudia." She trembled. " What are these things?"

She wanted her Daddy, a lot. If he was here, he would have saved her and whisked her away to safety liek he always did. But he wasn't here, he was hundreds of miles away, powering up for work reason. All she had was Claudia, who was strong, but wasn't her daddy. Sobbing now, Tomia huddled under the table, gripping the support bar.

Claudia looked back at Tomia. She frowned. "Don't worry." She said to the little girl. Only to get punched in the face by one of the squid people. She frowned. "You know, you made that little girl drop her ice cream..." She spoke. Then grabbed the squid man. "That makes me mad." Her momma bear insticts kicked in as she toss him into his comrades, hard. The fact he survived and was merely knocked unconcious told Claudia these guys were tougher than the regular schmoe.

Another one came at her, but she lazily batted him away, sending him into a building on the other side of street. The next one she simply puched in the gut and he caved, bending over, she lightly tapped him, sending him forcefully to the ground. When two came at once, she bashed their heads together and then slammed them into the ground. The very last squid man seemed reluctant to attack her, so she simpy ran up to him and kicked him into his ship, destroying it.

"She seems to have done well with the entrance exam."

"True. Perhaps she is what we're looking for..."

Claudia walked over to Tomia, tearing the table away like it was nothing. And then grabbed and craddled Tomia. "Shhh. It's okay. They won't hurt you." She remarked. "I told you I'd take care of them."

"Interesting... someone to fight for?"

"That could be a good angle. The Titaness with a heart..."

"Should I bring her in?"

"Yes, bring the little girl too. She seems marketable..."

The purple sand dunes of Cyris glistened in the light of it's blue moon under the gaze of the Nebula sky. Rocky spires rose as if to touch the cosmos, and below a shadow quickly passed over the sands- a serpentine winged entity was outlined. The form was that of a Cyris Dragon as it sped between the spires in pursuit of a smaller winged reptile- the dragon's form twisted as it's feathered wings and the humming sound waves from it's jaw propelled it forward causing the sand below to scatter. The dragon was close to it's prey now, and with a deep breath it let out a screech that caused it's prey to be disoriented, and plummet into the sands below.

With the chase done the dragon circled the skys above the fallen. Gradually dragoness glided down in a coil about it's fallen prey, and stuck it's head down to feast.

Unaware that it was being watched- high upon a near by plateau a figure uncloaked; he wore a mask, his armor was brown and covered in carvings, and trophies from game he'd gathered across the cosmos- and today the great hunter of the Ckiestilian dunes would be the prey of, the predator. With a pres of a button several others decloaked and the trap was sprung. A force chain connected to two metallic balls was flung from a balista like device as the feather serpent dragoness lifted her head, the object clasping her jaws together. She began to uncoil, and spread her wings only for a packaged net which had followed the previous projectile to surround her- the five predators rushed on hover bikes to secure the net. Leaping out with their bladed weapons- she thrashed, her tail free but the rest of her body pinned as the net was secured- she had never seen alloy of such strength, and with her sonic powers nullified her only hope was to break out- the net would be too heavy for her other form to handle.

"Leave her alone!" Shouted a voice from nearby, a surprising aura of importance and command to it, If the bladed men turned around, they would see a cloaked figure, robed in white training clothes with a white hood. her skin was blue as midnight, but her eyes, visable for their glow under the hood, were orange and red. Emotion and Physicality. Most notably however were her four arms, held tensely at her sisde a she aproached the group. She unsung a metal Bo Staff, her eyes squarely on the group. "You are not to harm this creature. Not while I still draw breath!" She declared simply. She was Rama, of the Yamira's, who found things like trapping animals extremely distasteful, especially when their aura suggested... more. Rama was not going to sit by and let an injustice unfold. She may have left her home planet, but she did not leave behind the lessons taught by her masters.

" I want D-Daddy." She mumbled, sticking her lip out as she held onto Claudia for dear life. It'd been an okay day to start, she'd seen her Father again, gotten ice cream and was spending time with Claudia. Then those squid thingies had come and ruined everything. Half sobbing she broke down into tears as she held onto Claudia.

" I just want you and Daddy to be together again. I just want to spend time with both of you. I just wanna… just wanna be normal." She cried

Claudia frowned. She sighed. "Your Daddy doesn't want me. He may say he does, but he threw me away once. I don't think I could handle that again without... snapping." She explained. She tracked it’s trajectory and it seemed to be making a bee line to her. “We… may have some company soon.” She remarked. She stood up, turning to face the door, expecting someone to come through there. Her mind ready to bring out her plasma cannons.

"So, any ideas about how this Rantu escaped and made it all the way to Gotham?" Jamal asked Worldmind.

"[It would seem that this Rantu is not affiliated with the ones who attacked Jump City. As far as I can tell, this one has been in Gotham since long before said invasion.]"

"Huh. If that's the case then we shouldn't do anything to antagonize them. They might be able to give us some information. How did you find them, anyway?" Jamal asked as he reached Gotham and slowed to a stop above the city, the captured Rantu floating helplessly in the gravity fields behind him.

"[I hacked into the systems of every major government and peacekeeping organization, including SHIELD, SWORD, SPEAR, etc. while you were busy flirting with the female gelatinous creature.]"

"I wasn't-- Forget it. Just tell me where they are, specifically."

"[Uploading the location now.]"

On Jamal's visor appeared a holographic circular point overlayed over the city. He turned to face the captured "Alright, I'll leave you guys here for now." They shouted back angrily something in their native language.

"[They said-]"

"I don't need a translation for that. I got the gist of it." Jamal flew off towards the dot and found himself in front a cafe. Naturally the first thought that popped into his mind was why a Rantu would be inside of a cafe. He shrugged it off as a good sign that maybe this Rantu was indeed nonhostile after all. He walked into the cafe and immediately identified the Rantu, standing and facing him, indicating that she was expecting him. "Hello. Could I talk with you for a sec?" Jamal said, approaching Aru.

Aru frowned, raising a eyebrow. She was still a little tense, adrenalin pumping through her body as she had her mind ready to pull out two massive cannons. She paused. "Nova Corps..." She spoke. Then force herself to relax a little. Aruva relaxed her hands which had turned into fists, her force field around herself was still powered up however. "Interesting." She commented. "Why are you here? What do you wish to discuss?" She asked politely. "I am in the middle of a date, so this had better be rather important." She spoke. Anger then began to set in, though she remained professional as always. "Wasting a Rantu Hunter's time is very ill advised." She remarked icily.

"You know, I imagine that I'd feel much more threatened if I knew what the heck a 'Rantu Hunter' was. In any case, I really so apologize for interrupting your...date. But, I can't help but feel like a small group of Rantu ships attacking a major city is a bit more important than a date. Though on the bright side, at least this makes me pretty sure you're not with them. So, you wanna help me out? No pressure."

"Probably. The short version is we're very good at making problems. and problem people, disappear. Hence our name." She explained. The Rantu was used to other races not recognizing the Hunters, and to be fair they were a relatively new organisation as a part of a very young yet powerful race. When she heard about the Rantu ships, her eyes widened suddenly. She frowned, checking her messages. Nothing about a changed diplomatic state between Ran and Earth. She frowned. "That... would be quite important indeed. I can assure you that it was not one of the Union." She paused, realizing she would need to explain. "The Rantu government is a union of the Rantu people and it's client races. No attack was authorized upon earth from Union or the ruling council." She explained. "Most likely we are dealing with renegades..." She paused, But what would they have to gain through an attack like this? It was somewhat suicidal. She drew up a list of known renegades on her HUD. There were quite a few, the Union was not at it's most stable time...

She frowned. "I have to help it seems. Most likely what this group was attempting was not in the interests of the Union and we cannot have people thinking these... traitors are the face of our government. As it's representative I apologize." She bowed. "Not only for the fact this has been allowed to happen, but the rudeness I displayed earlier." She spoke.

She turned to Gilbert. "Your help, and company... would also be appreciated."

She may have left her home planet, but she did not leave behind the lessons taught by her masters.

A technological noise came from the individual closest to Rama as it moved forward with blades in a fighter's poise. Two of the five who where on either side of the main figure who now approached Rama cloaked- their vague outlines and sandy footprints showed as they approached ready to flank Rama. Meanwhile the winged serpent dragoness continued to thresh with her free tail- her wings preventing her from slithering back- yet even then she could do some harm as the wait of her tail came down upon one of hunters who was away from the three who prepared to attack Rama. At this the fifth cloaked, and prepared to use a force pike upon the captive.

Seeing the dragon might be hurt, Rama went into action, springing forward like a coil that had been wound tightly and was just now released. As the first of the individuals came towards her, the monk tapped into her training as she quickly unleashed a punishing blow to the face with her upper set of arms. She knew full well she could be flanked if she turned her back to her enemy, but the captive's freedom came first. Then she could concern herself with her own safety. When it came to invisibility, it really didn't matter to Rama. She could feel the aura's of those around her, seeing them as plain as day. So she attacked the one attacking the captured serpent, "I hate to resort to violence, but this cruelty has to stop!" She shouted, slamming her staff into his head.

Next came freeing the prisoner. She felt her connection to the physical world, her binds to the earth and her connection with rock, sand and dirt through that. She was made of it, and part of this system of reality. She became one with the sand, and forced it to pry the net from the captives body.

The serpentine dragoness raised her head, and spread her wings. Though her jaws where still bound she now had the use of her full body against her would be slayers. She flapped her wings in the direction of the three who had moved towards Rama- causing sand to be propelled in their direction. She had no way to communicate with her savior, but in good will the dragoness used the smaller end of her tail to grasp Rama as they rose into the air, and sped away. Even if Rama tried to hurt her during this escape the dragoness knew in her heart to forgive her. The blue sands, purple sky, and high crags where passed quickly as they made their way to a cave carved into the side of a plateau. The dragoness swooped into it- pillars passing as she came to a jerking stop above the ground- her wings pulling her back from the cave wall as her tail, and savior swung beneath her. She gradually lowered her guest down into the great room- at it's center was a spring of crystal clear water that glistened in the light of the blue moon. With her guest settled she her self coiled near by- her mouth still bound as she waited to gauge Rama's reaction.

Rama frowned, she sighed slightly as she sat in a crossed legged position, inhaling as she allowed her chakras to return to normal, closing them off once again. Her eyes returned to normal, and her hood was now in a position where her head could be seen. "Seems a little cowardly to turn and run..." She commented, walking towards the sepentine being, she inhaled, opening her emotional Chakra once more as her eyes glowed orange as she felt the connection she had with all things thinking. Even the flowing water, like memories, emotions, feelings. Calm until disturbed, flowing from one experience to the next, she reached out to the water, grasping hold of but a small amount, she created a small dagger of water. "But I see. Conflict was not necessary was it?" She spoke, walking towards her carefully and calmly. "I don't wish to harm. I need to cut the string holding your jaw shut." She did so, able to use her sharp ice dagger to slice through it. "There." She spoke. Now it was Rama's turn to gauge the reaction of her serpent rescuee.

She did so, able to use her sharp ice dagger to slice through it. "There." She spoke. Now it was Rama's turn to gauge the reaction of her serpent rescuee.

The serpentess drew her head back and spoke gently with sadness, "Conflict may soon be needed for I doubt those who attacked will give up their search. I could have left you to face the five as a distraction for my own escape but your assistance is not a matter I can ignore. Orphra helps those who help her. Yet harm is not her desire. Thus is my nature." she raised to look upon the carvings of the cave- images of conflict, of springs, and winged serpents like herself- of gratitude, of tribute- and betrayal, "You are not of this world yet I feel you gaze into my soul. I am vulnerable to one with the sight, your eyes speak volumes of the spirit with in- so much so that I find difficulty in gazing upon them. I, a Guardian of the Springs- a Hunter of the Dunes-" she spread her wings and looked upon them at either side, "the mighty beast before you finds herself meek." she folded her wings, and lowered her self to Rama's level; "What manner of creature are you to bring such emotions to one who very life is of the springs, dunes, and sky. What brings you to these lands?" she asked as one who is a servant.

She paused, then smiled slightly as she shrugged, all four shoulders moving up and down in one motion. "Really... I've come here to learn." She explained. Her eyes turning back to their normal hue as she exhaled, pausing as she attuned herself. "On my planet, we seek to reach enlightenment through many paths. Mine was one of introspection... but then I became tired of looking inward, when there was so much more to the universe than I. Surely Transcendance could not lie within a being as limited as myself? As I pondered this question, one day I prayed to the Prophet Yamira, who agreed to take me across the stars. To allow me to find my own path while under her gaze." She explained. Then realised she might be rambling a litlte bit too much. "Do not worry about me seeing your aura. I am not as skilled as others of my tribe, I can only read emotions and the natural energies you give out in your aura. Not read your soul itself." She attempted to calm the dragon. "I can explain more if you wish. Though I have questions for you too."

"The heck?" She asked, she placed Tomia down and then started to bang on the cell walls, but some sort of force field repelled her.

" W-Where are we?" Tomia cried, her tail thrashing wildly behind her as she curled up into a ball. Things were just getting progressively worse, and Claudia remained the only rock in her life. Even if her Dad had left this red Titan, she was determined to get them back together, no matter the costs.

Sobbing, her eyes screwed shut as heart hammered wildly in her chest, the burning fire in her chest suddenly becoming very real. She could feel the air around her almost catch fire as her world exploded in a corona of gold.

" I WANT MY DADDY!"

Claudia turned suddenly as Tomia shouted, she knelt down in front of the girl, holding her hands. "Tomia. It's going to be alright." She spoke, wrapping an arm around her head and drawing her close. "Daddy isn't here Tomia. And I know I'm not a substitute, but I will have to do if we was to get out of whatever the hell were in."

She paused. "Look... When we get out of this and get back to earth. I will... talk to your father." She spoke. "I make no promises I won't hit him, let alone get back together with him, but I will talk and listen to him. I'll do it for you Tomia." She spoke.

"They're in the cell now."

"Good. Let us both go visit them. They will need to have things explained to them. How things work here for example."

The dragoness settled; "Your quest is sufficient for my inquiry. I shall respond to your questions, repay your assistance with knowledge to further you along your journey. The lessons of years lived are yours to summon." Orphra awaited the questions of Rama- the experience to Orphra was fulfilling and new. An aspect of the scenario gave her a positive emotion from deep with in, and she awaited with a soft grin.

"Thank you and... years lived...?" She spoke. "How long have you lived exactly?" she asked. She wondered about the being she had saved. "Those beings, the ones with the swords. Who were they? They seemed quite... unnerving? Why did they want you?" She asked. "Also... What is your species? Or better yet.... what is your name?" She asked. "Orphra... is it not?" She remember her saying it. 'It is only fair I give my name. I am Rama." She bowed, customary, in a way which showed her respect. All four hands clasped together in two pairs.

"O-Okay." Tomia mumbled, hugging Claudia gently, while trying not to poke her with her now golden locks. The steel was cold underneath her feet, even with shoes on she could feel it, that adding to the depressing look of the entire area. She really wanted to go home.

" W-Where are we?"

"I don't know. It's some sort of cell.." She remarked. She held Tomia tenderly, then paused. "Are you cold? I can make it warmer if you want?" She asked. Then suddenly in front of them the metal box suddenly opened up, revealing a squid person, a tall dark skinned individual with pointy ears and a spiderlike woman. Claudia frowned as she stood, putting her body in front of Tomia's. She folded her arms and glared at all of them.

The taller one smiled, then spoke. "I see you're still quite bitter about your... change of locale..." He put simply. He had a nice voice, one that made people wish to listen. One that commanded respect, but faked some level of charisma. He reminded Claudia of a politician. "I am Zabrizzin. Zab if you prefer. I will be your manager."

"We're going to leave." She declared. The pointy eared one chuckled.

"No. Not yet at least." He explained. "You see, you are (that is, both of you) now an employee of D.R.O.W. Incorporated. Not a slave like you might think, no. But you will have to earn your privileges. Things like food, water... oxygen... The right to return to your home." He explained. "You will have to earn it in the arena."

"Arena? The heck is this, some gladiator sh-" She looked over at Tomia and bit her lip.

The pointy earned one smiled. "You are just what we needed..." He commented. "I can already tell the crowd will love you both."

"What makes you so sure I'll fight them and not tear you apart instead?"

Zab smiled wider than he had before at this. "We have measures in place to stop employees from such disloyalty to the company." He explained. "And you'll fight because you'll have no other alternative to protect the one you love." Claudia fumed at this. "After all, I said you're both going into the arena."

"YOU BASTARDS!" She shouted, slamming against the forcefield. But then the door shut. Claudia growled in frustration.

"My name is Orphra," said the serpent with folded wings and lowered head in return to Rama's bow, her tail moved in a gesture towards her own heart as she continued somberly, "I am one of the Tl, feathered ones- a guardian of the springs that give this world life. The pillars around this spring where carved long ago by the Ckiestilian to honor us. We insured that the tribes did not struggle from with in for water. Life is in this world a fragile thread, and the tribes began to question why they must have our permission to use the springs, stating that they themselves can manage their own supplies with out the Tl. But we Tl stated that with out us they'd fight among themselves, that with out our judgement they'd war. The tribes did not listen, and rebelled against the Tl- we who had been hailed as wise guardians and goodly spirits where portrayed as greedy, and oppressive. The resistance spread, and springs such as this where claimed by the tribes. I have only seen one other of my kind, my mother, and she her self never returned. Those men are not from this world, they came from afar- hired to find prove of legends like myself to justify the dynasties that have rose. I lived among the tribes once, for I can take on their form- I know not my age, only that I feel old- I saw pots during my time with the tribes, and knew my feel to be the same as their feels would be had they a heart to feel. They spoke of the Tl as myth, and I realized that to them I do not belong. I never tried to sway their opinion of my kind, I remained silent till the day they where invaded- another tribe sought to claim their spring, and as I waited in the chamber of their spring I saw the fear in the eyes of those around me. I heard the sounds of war, and my heart sank. It fell down deep with in and pulled an desire that came forward- I burst into my true form in front of the children of the tribe, in front of the elders, and in front of the mothers and flew out of the ceiling and swooped down upon the raiders with a shattering screech I tor into their flesh, and bloodied the sands before I left." she took a breath to calm her self, "This has weighed upon my soul."

Rama paused, then nodded solemnly. "Blood weighs more than stone." She explained. A saying among Yamirans, commenting on the guilt of killing. "It is a shame that blood was spilled, yet in the defense of others it is not as shameful." She explained. "At least, that is what I've been taught. I don't have as much personal experience myself..." She paused. "You remind me of Yamira herself. The Prophet guards us and protects us from those who would harm us. She teaches us and helps us. She is a second mother to all our race. The thought of taking up arms against her... is unthinkable." She explained. "I... never met my parents. They were slain long ago..."

" Miss Claudia will win these games!" Tomia shouted. staring defiantly at the two beings that had come in their apparent cell. Sticking her chest out, Tomia tried to copy Claudia, puffing up and sticking her chin out. " I'm a Super Saiyan, just like my daddy! I'll beat up anyone who hurts Miss Claudia!" She commented, sticking her tongue out at the spiderlike woman. And if Claudia couldn't do it, she was sher had Father would show up to save her... like he always did.

" Miss's Claudia, whats a Gl-ad-di-a-tor? She asked, sounding the last word out

Claudia sighed. "It's where people fight each other for the entertainment of others." She explained. Then sighed. "But the participants have no choice but to fight." She explained. She put a hand on Tomia's cheek. She smiled. "You're a really brave girl, you know that? Braver than me." She explained. She heard a whirring sound and the other cell wall began to slowly open up. It revealed an arena. Claudia got up, she placed Tomia on her shoulders so she could hold on. "Hold on," She instructed. "This should be over soon." She explained.

"On the right side of the Arena, we have our representative from DUEGAR (Duemer Unifed EnGineering, Artificers and Rockworkers) Industries: Hogi Magmaheart!" Spoke a voice, and from the other side of the arena,a squat grey skinned figure stepped forward. A stoic look was on his face. "From the DROW (underDark Registered Organic-modification Worldwide), we have a new representative! The Red Reaver and the Saiyan Slaughterer."

"Humph. Slaughterer isn't even a word..." Muttered Claudia. "At least they didn't use our real names."

She was thrown an axe, but Claudia just chucked it away. The squat figure laughed incredulously. Drawing his mace.

"Lass. I think you better take the weapon."

Claudia smiled. A dangerous smile she only smiled when stuff was getting fun for her. "What? That? It would break far too easily." Remarked Claudia.

The DUEGAR fighter laughed again. "Alright then. Normally I take issue with hurting unarmed women and children. But this time I think I'll make an exception..."

Mars saw Xyria fall from the railing and she was moving away from the mattress. He doubted she'd be hurt if she fell, but he was still expected to catch her. So he ran a few steps and tried to grab Xyria but she was far too heavy for Mars who was as strong as an average human. He fell down under Xyria's wait and even though he broke her fall. He hit the ground hard, landing face first on the ground.

Xyri tried her best to react fast enough to stop Mars from being hurt for her clumsyness, She frowned, picking Mars up, very easily. "I am very sorry...." She paused to remember his name, but jsut gave up and decided to nickname him instead. "Scarface." It worked. He had a scar, and it was on his face. Xyri did not realise that this name might have other connotations or that he might not like it, so she was quite pleased with the nickname. "Do you require first aid? Humans can't heal on their own right?"

My internal systems can replicate and process emotion, but unlike sentient life, I do not feel things as it is commonly understood. Rather my emotions are based on logical and cultural responses that I have been programmed with. Though I feel things in a philisopical sense, I don't actually have physical reactions to emotions like organic life forms would."

John Morgan
John heard Hannah's question about how they'd get there and gave a small smile. "Well, I figure walking to Florida won't much fun. So I decided to call for my private jet. It'll get us there in an hour or two. Now, we should back to where ever you all are staying to get your stuff. I'll probably need to stop home as well if we're going to stay the night."

Hannah might have actually been the voice of caution and questioned why they were showing someone who shortly had been a completely stranger to them, but she couldn't help but be too swept up in the excitment to do anything about it. She was always a massive kid at heat, perhaps because she had never had a real childhood. nor had she ever really been given too much of a chance to grow up and mature yet. So the idea of going to disneyland, staying the night on a private jet was enough to render her completely unable to question John and instead so excited she had to resist the urge to squee. She was so very, very happy, that she couldn't possible imagine any way this could go wrong. At all. Which meant it probably would.

"We should get going now then!" She annouced quite a bit more loudly than she should have, a high pitched shout that could have grated even on the least sensitive of ears.

PTO Orbital prison #45, Or "Woes Locker"
"Woe's Locker" is a maximum security prison, it earned it's nickname for the PTO's tendancy to toss beings within and simply forget about them. Many are traitors, deserters and rebels who the PTO feel deserve a fate worse than death. Despite this, Woe's residents seem to have short albeit painful lives there, those that linger on seem to be more living dead than survivor. Escape is impossible, full twenty four hour surveillance, countess guards and many "stun walls" (walls of inivisable force which apply pressure to the brain to knock it out). Most attempt when they first get here, after a while when they can't take staying anymore, but they all fail. Collusion is impossible, since prisoners are outfitted with devices that translate their speech and writing into incoherent nonsense, able to be turned off when interrogations are needed. Many other methods are built into the prisoners lives to make it harder to escape, and most of the time they have nothing to do. Most go mad. Those that aren't are only kept sane by the beatings and torture, since it provides them with stimuli they would not normally get. Suicide is prevented by guards, but there have been a few who have succeeded.

And for a lucky few prisoners, there is the restraint cells. For those too powerful to be kept normally. Instead they are completely bound by special bonds, tied to the celing and floor, kept within translucent cubes of durable metal. The only time the prisoners feet are allowed to touch the ground are when they are given time to walk around their cell (An hour every day three times a day) and when they were fed. They are given the right to speak, not that it does anyone any good.

Most Restraint cell prisoners have given up hope of ever seeing anything other than the row of cubes. All but one.

The only Arcosian sent by her own race to stay within Woe's Locker. She was going to be executed like the rest of her team, but some remaining family connections and sentiment actually kept her alive in a prison. Some would say it would have been kinder to kill her.

Glacia thought it was perfect.

In front of her right now was the warder, another Arcosian. He was technically the other Arcosian imprisoned here, since any sane being would rather be anywhere, anywhere but here. It was unforgivably dull even for the people working there. Lord Frigid, once had a bright future ahead of him, untill he said the wrong thing at the wrong time and was now in a place he didn't want to be. As a result, any opportunity to be cruel to his prisoners he saw, he would take, which Ironically made him very good at his job.

"You are a strange prisoner, you know that?"

Glacia didn't respond.

"Not just because of your race. Or how you got here..." He spoke. "Most others would have been driven mad by now. Most only last a year before they fully break down."

No response. Frigid frowned as he walked up to her.

"What is your secret? If you think you're getting out, you cling to false hope."

Glacia smiled widely.

"I'll take that as a yes." He chuckled. "You might just be mad. What will you even do when your out? There's nothing for you out there. No one. Your own race hates you. Where would you even go?"

There is one...

"You want to know a tip?"

"Sorry?"

"Staying sane. Here. You want to know a tip?"

Frigid frowned. "Go on." He spoke.

Glacia smiled wider, even wider than before. "Every day, I give myself a challenge." She spoke. "I try to think of new ways I would kill you."

Frigid's eyes narrowed. "I don't-"

"I started with beating you until you stopped moving, but then I thought that was too boring. So I thought of all sorts of creative ideas. Like sawing your legs off one by one and making you eat them. Or tearing your head off and slowly crushing the life from it... It's especially hard since your like me, pretty hard to kill..." She relished the fear behind his eyes. She was stronger than him by a considerable margin, and if she ever did get out she could do all those things. "I sometimes like to picture it... My hands cracking your sku-"

"Thats enough."

"Your body vaporizing as I fry it with a Ki beam-"

"That enough!" He spoke, pressing a button which flooded her nerves with pain. She screamed, but then laughed.

He stepped away. Shaking his head and then storming off. Glacia had a coy smile. Frigid was always such a baby...

Number one tip to staying sane in prison; If able, fuck with the warden as much as possible. It's hilarious.

"It's fine, really, it is." Jamal said as he watched Aru bow in front of him. "Honestly, I had a feeling the situation was something like that. You're entirely right -- any intelligent race's government would know that a small force like that wouldn't be able to do anything to Earth. It also isn't really that uncommon for me to butt heads against a renegade group, so I've learned to be patient with these things and not jump to conclusions."

"Yes. I am a space cop." Jamal simply stated. "In any case, I'm able to track the ships that managed to flee, and I captured the soldiers who tried to escape on foot. Maybe you could find out what specific group they belong to or something." He mentioned to Aru.

"It is good that you understand we did not intend for this. Though unfortunately I'm not sure if Earth will take it the same way or not. That is why it is imperative that we deal with this posthaste, to avoid a diplomatic upset that this event might cause... or at least minimize the one present." She explained. "Besides, we'd wish to regain our lost pride in the face of letting something like this happen." She then nodded, noting it was good he was able to track them. And when he suggested that they question the prisoners she nodded once again. "Very well. If you would take me to them I should be able to hammer an answer of two out. You may not know the name of the hunters, but they do." She explained. Still a little salty. Surely they had gained some recognition by now...

Mars felt himself being lifted up by Xyri, he wasn't hurt too badly just bruised and would probably be sore tomorrow. His pride was hurt more than anything, and he then heard Xyri call him Scarface. "I'm fine, and don't call me that. It's not funny." He told her seriously, forcing himself out of her grip. He had gotten the scar from a workshop accident when he was 5. It wasn't too bad, but he was self conscious about it. He walked off to the side in a huff. "I told you this exercise is stupid. This isn't helping us at all." He said indignantly to Elena. .

Xyri paused, feeling a little hurt that he didn't seem very forgiving, and that her nickname did not stick. She paused. "Machien Man?" She asked. Then shook her head. "Grumpy?" She kept cycling through nicknames, trying to work out what to call him. Never had asking his name occured to her.

John Morgan
John winced a little at Hannah's harsh scream, but was happy that she seemed to be happy. "Well, we should probably head by your place first, then we can have the plane meet us at my penthouse." He then remembered the brothers standing behind Hannah and he turned back to the Grimm sisters. "Should we invite the boys over there? It's up to you all, because you seem to know them a bit better than I do." He said to them, awaiting their decision

Harvey smiled, and Jon seemed to perk up, but James shook his head. "We have to stay in Gotham." He explained. "We got a cousin here, and we're trying to find her. She says she can explain a few things to us and help train-" He paused. "She said she could help us." He offered. He gestured to the door. "Come on. We should go..." And so they left the toy store. Jon turned around for a second and nodded at Hannah, whom smiled. Harvey smiled a goofy smile and waved before he was yanked out by his brother.

Tomia swallowed slightly as the grey man made his first step towards them.

She felt like her father in that moment, staring down a powerful opponent , but unlike her father, she wasn't a real warrior. Even she couldn't deny the aching need to throw herself into battle, the blood pounding in her ears was to loud, drowning out the crowd. But truth be told, at the end of the day, she was still a five year old , and she was still nothing compared to her father.

With a small roar, which had more in common with a squeak then the baritone shout of a Saiyan warrior, Tomia pushed the remaining bits of her power to the surface, her emerald eyes locking with the grey figure. Her muscles burned from just doing that, her breathing coming in almost coughs. Even if she didn't want to admit it, she realized in this moment what Claudia and Tomia went through every time they faced down beasts like Broly, the need to defend themselves and the weak.

The ground beneath her simply burned away as she rocketed forward, arcing to the left and coming around. Closing her eyes, she threw her tiny fist out, feeling her knuckles make contact with something.

The dwarf like man was not hit by the punch, rather it hit a purple oversheild around him. He took one step back from the force of the punch. He grunted, the force managing to leave a bruise despite the dampening force. He scowled as he looked back at Tomia, suddenly lifting his mace. "That hurt!" he announced. About to bring down the mace onto Tomia, when it was suddenly stopped by Claudia, who grabbed the weapon. She then ripped it from his hands, tossing it away.

She wasn't short enough to punch him in the face, so she simply settled for kicking him, her brutal strike sending him flying into the arena wall. He grunted, eyes widdening as they saw the DUEGAR industries representative take a punch.

"I would say pick on someone your own size, but I thought it might be a bit crass," She quipped, a smile on her face. Which disapeared when she was hit by a purple ball of psychic force.

"Lass, I'd lay off the short jokes if I were you. They just make me mad." He grunted.

Claudia suddenly got back up. "I really couldn't care less." She retorted, but then leaped into the sky, aiming to land on her victim. "Me on the other hand, you definitely DONT want to piss off" She shouted, slamming her fists downwards onto him, sending him to the fioor, and then she kicked him into the wall. "Too late. I'm already mad."

The dwarf got up, frowning as he wiped blood from his nose. "You gotta hit harder than that lass..." he spoke.

"Oh trust me. That was just a love tap."

Though... there's been some disagreement on that point, and Yamira doesn't confirm, nor deny those theories." She shrugged. "Otherwise, she helps us when we are stuck, often attempting to give us challenges, new knowledge, protect us from those whom would hurt us. She paused, then her mind remember the most important detail. "Oh! and she is the only one with two hands! Tomia wrote:Sam smiled at Sarah's enthusiastic request to her smile and rolled her eyes playfully as her sister headed out of the room. She would wait until John was thoroughly distracted before going toward the closet, though she knew that wouldn't take long.

John smiled when he saw Sarah coming toward him and watched her sit down next to him. She then took his hand and asked a suggestive question, looking into his eyes in a way that forced his attention being on her. John was a little unsettled by Sarah's supernatural ability to demand his attention, but he was so fascinated by it and attracted to her that he pushed the thought from his mind. He smiled and leaned a bi closer to her as he answered her question. "Well they have a few rides that take you slowly through dark tunnels. I'm sure we could find ways to pass the time in there." He said to her, Sarah still being the focus of his attention.

Meanwhile Samantha had made her way to closet and open the door, grabbing hold of the large bag of money and gold, she pulled it into her enchanted bag and closed the bag tight. Once she was done she stepped away from the closet and pretended to be just walking in and seeing Sarah and John. She cleared her throat to get their attention. "Well, let's get going then. I'm all packed." She said with a grin, mischievously aware that she had interrupted their flirtations. She then turned her head towards Hannah's room. "Hannah? You ready to go?" She called out to her younger sister to get her attention.

"I'm always packed Sam, you already know that." She smiled, she hardly ever unpacked, a habit of one who moved around a lot. Honesty, while Sarah liked life on the road and Sam didn't, Hannah was somewhat apathetic towards it. It was a little like asking a fish what being in the ocean is like, Hannah never really knew anything else. She shrugged. "I suppose I could bag a few of these towels and toiletries if you want, girls gotta keep fresh after all." She paused as she looked over at Sarah. She frowned. Sighing. "She's going to ditch us at splash mountain isn't she?" She muttered, loud enough for Sam to here, but not enough for the lovebirds. Honestly, Hannah was semi used to this. Oh well... at least she had Sam.

Unless that shirt stealing lady came back.

Then she'd be all alone.

All alone.

Tomia hopped back, panting from exhaustion.

Golden energy whipped around her frame as she prepared herself for the next part of the fight. She'd barely fought, yet she felt like she'd been doing so for hours. Her body was unaccustomed to the amount of power flowing through her veins.

Cowards always break under threat

The words would've rang true, mid this man had been a coward. Her father had taught her several things in the little bit of interaction they'd had since he fight, and while he refused to train her fully, he gave her advice to help her in self defense.

Fell out your opponents energy, find a weakness. There's no honor in fighting, onlywinning.

Rushing forward in a smooth motion, Tomia slid her foot across the ground, dust kicking up into the demons eyes. Screwing her eyes shut, she thrust both hands forward, azure ki detonating in her palms.

Suddenly the dwarf man grabbed Tomias hand, the dust clearing, his face rather burnt.

"Lessin number one wee Slaugghterer. Don take yoor eyees off yoor foe. Ever." Remarked the DUEGAR employee in his thick accent.

Damn, he's tough...Claudia thought to herself. But then she saw him rubbing his eyes. There was water there. Light had irritated his eyes. That was his weakeness.

'Thanks Tomia!" Shouted Claudia as she used her flames as a rocket boost to slam into the dwarf, and then produced a massive flash of fire and light with her hands in front of his eyes. he squeeled. Claudia smiled. Then the whaling began as she beat him repeatedly until he went unconscious.

There was a paused, during which Claudia walked over to the licked dropped Tomia. She craddled Tomia in her red, long arms. "Are you okay?" She smiled. "You really helped! I had no idea he was sensitive to light until you blasted him."

Galcia inhaled, taking a deep breath in. This, was, quite honestly a stupid plan. Not just because if she got caught, she could subject herself to ungodly amounts of pain as punishment, but also because of the plan itself which could very likely wind up with her dead. She ddin't like the idea of reverting to this plan, but she had played out all the other ideas in her mind, not one of them was going to get her out apart from this one. So really, there was few options.

Glacia exhaled smoothly, but then her breath came out in ragged bursts, as she felt pain coming on. Her heart was racing far too fast.

But that was the plan wasn't it?

Glacia was swiftly going into cardiac arrest, her little cube of force tinted red. Glacia was using an old trick that she learned a while back, accelerating her blood pressure to the point where it would induce a heart attack by using vaccuum manipulation, like the pump that was her heart. She had control over it, but she did wish the medical bots would hurry up. She noticed the bot and as it came towards her, her cell deacivated, floating her to the ground. Her hands were still kept from being used by special metal bracers attached to her wrists which also inhibited her Ki.

The Med bot dragged her towards the coridor, creating a bed of light for her. Several of the guards had rushed over during the comotion. They were all trained for this, but this inmate had no medical history of heart conditions, so they were confused.

Their confusion ended when the Arcosian propped herself up with sudden and incredible speed as she decapitated the med bot with her hand. Next, she focused on the guards, she smashed her braces together. The time she had spent cooling them to the point of brittleness. The guards were just able to move their arms up before they were annihilated in a wave of energy.

The warden paused in his opening speeches to the prisoners when suddenly he was interupted by one of the prison officials, who got his attention.

"The... special prisoner... she's escaped."

The Wardens eye's widened, 'What? How!?" He demanded

"I don't know, she was taken out of her cell when she was having a heart atta-"

"Dammit! Why must we keep these cretins alive!?" He roared. He gritted his teeth. "Where is she now?"

"Sir, she managed to get to the power supply. We don't have cameras there because no being should be able to survive the energies-"

"No being other than I and her..." He muttered. "She's gone mad! She's going to blow up the entire station! We have to stop her!"

It had been five minutes since he sent out the guards with pressure suits, and they still couldn't find her. He was mulling over the idea of escape, not wanting to explode with the station. He bit his lip and then walked towards the door, he had to get out of there.

He was stopped as a tail came down out of nowhere, circling around his head and hoisting him up to Glacia's eyes level, in her second form. Fighting wasn't even an option. She smiled at him, the man who tortured her. How she would love to crack his skull now. But she needed him for now.

"So, Frigid, how about helping a girl out?"

"But- How?"

"Your security systems overrated. I evaded you goon easily. And I went to your office too fast for the Cameras to pick me up." She remarked, then she plopped him down, floating down as she folded her arms. More serious now. "Take me to your personal ship, and I'll let you live."

"I'm not help-" The tail lashed out again, around his neck.

"I'm not staying here, so you can either take me to the ship, or I can make sure you never put me back in that cell ever again. Do you understand?" She had an almost crazy sound to her voice as she wrapped her tail tighter...

"Fine! Okay!" The Warden chocked out. Glacia nodded. then gestured that he lead the way.

"If your lucky Warden, you'll never see me again." Remarked Glacia. "Also, if you shoot at me, I'll blow up the entire station.

The Warden was merely silent. He watched as his ship left the dock. And Glacia smiled as she saw the prison from behind for the first time in her life. She smiled, content.

"Next stop: Earth."

Samantha couldn't help but grin a bit at Hannah's comment about Sarah. "Ya probably" she admitted, not denying it. "But don't worry, I'll stick with you Hannah." She said, wrapping her arm around her younger sister.

Meanwhile John was finally released from Sarah's grasp and noticed that they were all ready to leave. "Alright, let's get going. My plane will be waiting for us on the roof of my penthouse." He told them before walking off with them to the cab which led them to his large tower in the heart of the city. He owned the whole tower, but most of it was offices while the top floor was his penthouse. He brought them into the lavishly decorated lobby and led them to the private elevator that would take them to the penthouse. Soon they arrived and stepped out of the elevator into John's living room and had a large couch and three love seats all facing an enormous television that sat over a fire place. The best part however was the clear windows that gave a beautiful view of the Gotham shore line. It was a simple but nice design. "You girls can make yourselves comfortable on the couch. I'll just be a few minutes." He told them before going into his room to pack. He packed a few days worth of clothes and toiletries, not knowing how long they might stay. When he came out the sound of engines could be heard above and be gave a smile. "There's our ride." He told the girls as he led them upstairs to the roof where a luxurious silver jet was waiting for them.

Damn, and I thought we were rich Thought Hannah as she marveled at the plane. She knew even with the stolen money they didn't have anywhere near the amount for that thing, but she still couldn't help but want one. "Whoa..." She spoke with awe. "Mr Morgan, how the heck do you have so much money?" She asked, quite rudely, but then again Hannah wasn't the best at being polite and ladylike.

"Yeah, humanity can be a little... ruthless when it comes to alien invasions. Kick someone down too much under the assumption that they're too weak to fight back, and eventually they kick back and lash out wildly at anyone even remotely threatening." Jamal nodded when Aru said to take her to the prisoners. "Alright, follow me. He exited the cafe, with the two behind him, and then floated into the air. He led them to the prisoners, still enclosed in their blue gravity field prisons. Upon seeing him, they all began shouting stuff that, again, he didn't need a translator for to understand that what they were saying wasn't welcoming. "Well, here they are, in all of their pirate glory."

"I understand. We too are quite paranoid when it comes to alien invasions, though for other reasons." She paused. She sighed. She let her plasma cannons come into full view, quieting the group. She looked at them.

<"We won't tell you anything huntress. We can't.>"

Aru frowned as she allowed her weaponry to disappear, walking towards the one who spoke. His helmet was gone, exposing his blue face. <"Unless your tongues have been cut, you have no reason not to tell me. Your employer has abandoned you on earth and I am your only hope of getting hope and seeing your younglings and bondmates again."> She explained. <"If you have information that may be useful, I will have more insentive to take you home.">

<"Why do you think we're out here? We have no Kin on Ran any longer, or any of the colonies, we have nothing to loose. Why else would we agree to join-"> His speech was cut short, and he began coughing.

<"What is it?" >

He wheezed. <"Please, no more questions!"> He begged, but it was far too late. He coughed again, revealing blood as he began to spasm uncontrollably. Then blood began to leak from every orifice untill he was completely dry, a dessicated corpse. Aru was shocked, this man went from mild cough to dead in seconds. She looked to the others, who were al similarly affliced now, blood poring out of them in buckets. Suddenly she understood. She bowed her head in sadness.

"They are all walking dead men." She explained. "Some Rantu form a bond, a sacred blood pact. They would carry out their mission, and if they revealed secrets to the enemy or otherwise showed dishonor, they would kill themselves by a thousand cuts, painfully and slowly bleeding themselves out." She paused,. "It was an old ritual, and even then one limited to fanatics and maniacs. But now someone seems to have bound these men with... some sort of technology."

"We... must bury them on the world they died." She explained. "It is our tradition." She rubbed her temple, obviously somewhat distressed by this turn of events.

" Yay!" She cheered. " We did it! Daddy would be so proud of me! He'd be proud of you too Miss Claudia! How'd you figure out his eyes hurt so much?" She asked gently, climbing up onto Claudia shoulders.

Claudia smiled as she saw her happiness. “Don’t worry Tomia. We’ll make it home soon.” She remarked. “His eyes were tearing up when you hit him in the face. So the light of the Ki attack going right into his face must have effected him.” She explained. “He probably lives underground, so he’s not used to that much light.”

Tomia wrote:Cora
Cora and Katie made their way through the streets of New York together. As they walked towards a dinner to get something to eat, Cora slowly reached out to take Katie's hand. She wasn't too sure about how relationships worked, but she had seen couples hold hands before so she thought it was a good idea. They walked hand in hand to the nearby dinner where they were seated at a small corner table. Cora sat across from Katie, and took a sip of her water. She was a little unsure what to talk about, she was very nervous about saying something wrong. She decided it'd be best to avoid any serious topics and ask about what had happened that day since Cora was genuinely curious about it.

"So, what happened out there with Alex? I mean I heard loud fighting noises, but I couldn't really see any of the battle." Cora said to Katie, wanting to hear about the fight.

"Oh, well I didn't really see much either." She explained. She smiled. "I didn't really check his visuals until the very end to see how Naja was doing, and since my job was to rewire his brain from the inside, I didn't really do much fighting." She akwardly rubbed the back of her head, "From what I could tell it was pretty destructive. All the fighting was rather impressive. Naja did a good job of keeping things together." She remarked. "I'm glad Alex and Naja are both on our side, I mean they're both pretty darn strong." She remarked. The paused. "What about you?"

" Soooooo," Hiroshi trailed off, his emerald eyes locking on her as they shot through the night sky. " Does anyone live with you on this island? Or do you live alone? I used to live with my daughter, but my now ex-girlfriend took her when she left."

Myosai

"Does anyone live with me?" She asked. "I'm going to make this sound ridiculous, but please keep up." She begged. "I live with a Rock Lady who sleeps all day (Tina), a soldier guy (Odyssues), and my best friend Magnus." She leaned in. "I think he's a volcano or something. He was the first person I fought when I found this planet, so I guess he's pretty strong." She gave a sneering grin. "Not as strong as me now I guess."

She'd remembered back when she landed here, she was just a little child Majin with a tendency to blow shit up. Somehow she'd trumped that Cell guy on Mars, and even the androids just recently, and in that time span, she'd grown both power wise and physically due to training and unlocking her potential.

"I really don't think they would mind you staying on the island for a while. There's nothing really built on the island at the moment but, for now, we could always stay in that one cave near the Volcano.."

Alright. I'm here... Now how do I land one of these. Glacia thought. She frowned slightly as she looked at the control. She sighed. She didn't particularly want to ditch this craft, but she could see no other alternative. She just wish she had been taught by Cul how to land one of these things before he was excuted like all the others... She shook her head, seeing a small island near the UEA, ot at least that's what it was called last time she was here. She would just have to see if she could.

She floated the ship downwards. She flipped a few switched, but no landing gear was forthcoming. So she simply sighed onced more and placed the ship down on the side of the volcano. She then walked towards the door, frowning when it would not let her out. She then bashed it open, walking out of it and into the fresh air.

'Earth... How long has it been?"

" So I helped you beat him?!? Yay!" The child cheered happily, rocking back and forth on Claudia's shoulders. This place really wasn't that bad, especially if her and Claudia kept winning, but she really missed Earth right now, and missed her school, and her friends.

" Miss Claudia! What do we get for winning? I kinda want some candy, Daddy wouldn't let me have any, but pixie stixs are amazing and I love them soooooooo much!" Tomia laughed happily

Suddenly, the DROW agent apeared out of nowhere."You'll get more than candy if you keep providing victories like this." Remarked Zab, clasping his hands together, he moved slightly out of the way to show their new living space. The arena seemed to disapear as they were now within what seemed to be an earth apartment, one similar to the one that Claudia had at home. In fact exactly the same. Hiroshi:

" So let me get this straight. You live with a giant rock man, and her counterpart rock lady and a man who's a volcano?" Hiroshi asked, cocking an eyebrow slightly. " I'm beginning to see where you get your persona from."

Stopping his flight, Hiroshis eyes widened. There was an almost beacon of power that was very familiar. Like an enemy he'd fought long ago.

" Who is that?" Hiroshi asked, his entire stance tense and on the edge of dangerous. Sparks of golden energy burst around his frame, his face contorted in a half snarl.

" There's no way. Frieza's dead!" The Hybird half whispered and spat, angling his flight towards the new power and propelling himself forward.

"Huh. So you earthlings have already prepared a welco-" She stopped and squinted slightly as she noticed Hiroshi. Suddenly her eyes widened. "A Saiyan!? What?!" She said to herself, then frowned.

She shouted at him then, floating while she crossed her arms. "You better not be with the PTO. Or else I might have to kill you." She warned.

Stopping, Hiroshi crossed his arms, leveling a dangerous stare at her. Freiza had done more to him and the Namekians then he'd ever forgive, and to think that another one of the fowl scum had survived wasn't ignorable.

" Who are you?" Hiroshi spat, locking eyes with her, his aura spiking wildly. " Whatever rock your lizard ass crawled out form u dear, you're about to wish you'd stayed under it."

Glacia raised an eyebrow, "Don't call me dear, darling" She quipped back, quite aware of the irony of such a remark. She smirked ever so slightly at his charging up, noting a feeling of power from him. She couldn't sense energy, but she could feel... something. She wondered what surprises this Saiyan had in store. "As for the rock I crawled out of, I'm so glad I crawled out from it, I wish it had never existed." She replied, somewhat cryptically, after all Hiroshi did not know she had been to prison. She sighed. "But then again, you don't know anything about that..."

"Look, I'm behind schedule as it is, and I'm not in the greatest of moods, so i'd like it if you could drop the attitude." She remarked. Her gaze turned to a glare. "It's really not doing you any favors." She added. A little dangerously perhaps, but the Saiyan deserved to know whom he was dealing with. Glacia might not be a known name, but she didn't need to take this. Not from anyone.
