Roy Damon
Roy had felt much better after his talk with Valancy and he felt like a weight had been lifted off his chest. However, he now had something else on his mind. He had to finish this with Floyd, it was up to him to protect Valancy now, he owed her that much. He had told Valancy he wanted to rest, feeling bad about lying to her but knew it was necessary. She'd have never let him go if she knew. He then threw on his armor and grabbed fight collapsible steel staff before climbing out the window and heading off into the city. He knew where Floyd would be. He had taken him there once before when they were in New York once. It was an abandoned building that was barely half finished. Floyd used it as a hide out, and Roy knew that Floyd would be there now.

A few hours passed by and Valancy's phone buzzed, it was a message from Roy on the phone she had given him. It was a video, and in the video Roy sat, tied in a chair, his face bloody and bruised. Suddenly Floyd came into view, "I told you he'd run off didn't I?" He said in a mocking tone. "It's time to finish this. Meet me at the abandoned building at this location," he said, holding a piece of paper with an address up to camera. "It'll be a fitting burial spot for you two. If you want to save this little brat, you better hurry." Floyd said before slamming his fist into Roy's stomach making him gasp and groan in pain, a small amount of blood escaping his lips. "There might not be much to save if you don't." With that, the video had ended.

Cora was shocked when Valancy called the team over and showed them the video of Roy being held captive. She suddenly got angry at this jerk who was threatening her team and hurting innocent people. She listened to Valancy's plan and nodded. "I'm in Valancy, let's take this guy down. I'll have Katie's back when she's going after Roy. But maybe we should have her scout the location first. This seems like the kind of guy who would have tricks up his sleeve." Cora said to her friend and teammate.

Meanwhile the abandoned building had become a warzone. Automated turrets have been set up at all the wondows. There were also heavily armed men patrolling every floor, some even having RPGS and sub machine guns. The entrances were rigged with sensor explosive that if the did not detect the senors held by the guards, the explosives would detonate. On the 8th floor, Floyd was waiting with a special surprise of his own while his traitor adopted son sat tied to a chair, bloodied and beaten with explosives strapped to his chest.

Samantha Grimm
Samantha couldn't help herself and joined in on her sisters' hug. The exchange had been tough to watch and for a moment Sam was afraid Hannah would transform but Sarah was able to calm her down. "It's okay Hannah, you don't have to be scared. You know we'd never do anything to hurt you or your teddy." Sam told her sincerely. When they finally pulled away from the hug Samantha figured it'd be best if they moved on and thought of something else. "Well, we should get going then. Come on sisters, I can lead the way to the Devil's Den." Samantha said to them as they walked downstairs and headed out of the hotel.

Cora
Cora smiled at Katie's mention of being able to cut and construct things with plasma. "That's so cool Katie." Cora complimented her best friend. She then blushed a bit when Katie said she was glad to be working with her again. "Well, I always like fighting by your side Katie." Cora admitted before she felt a bit awkward and changed the subject, "I think it'd be a good idea for you to scout the building Katie. You can get in and out before they even know you're there." Cora said to her. She didn't like the idea of Katie going off alone, but she knew she'd be safe doing this and they needed to help Roy.

Samantha Grimm
Samantha led her sisters through Gotham, and it wasn't a long walk before they arrived at what seemed to be an abandoned field. Samantha was quite confused. She knew that this was the spot. "I don't understand..." She said to her sisters when she caught sight of a strange object standing in front of them. She read the instructions and it started to make sense. "Ah, this must be a very powerful spell. I'd like to meet whoever was able to cast this." She said mostly to herself before turning to her sisters. "It looks like we'll have to give some kind of metal to get inside." She said, looking inside her bag before pulling out an old bracelet that she rarely wore. She slipped it into the machine and after a few moments she took out a new bracket that the machine had produced. Samantha put it on and suddenly the Devil's Den came into full view. "Wow, this is really cool!" She said to her sisters in an unusually excited tone. "You two have to try this!" She had never seen much magic other than her own.

Cora
Cora frowned when Katie reported that Roy was in bad condition. Cora felt bad, he seemed like a nice kid and they needed to save him. She nodded when Kylie said she was willing to help. She then nodded at Valancy's revised plan. "Alright Valancy, sounds good. Katie, we can fuse if you want. We'll be faster that way. Or you can fight on your own. Either way is fine with me." She said to her best friend as they prepared to leave.

Cora
Cora smiled at how happy Katie seemed about the idea of fusing. She knew that Katie always enjoyed it, and Cora did too honestly. It gave her incredible powers, but beyond that it was nice to feel connected to someone so closely. It also meant a lot to Cora that Katie trusted her enough to basically put her life in Cora's hands. No one had trusted Cora with anything before that.

Once Katie fused with Cora, the android felt a familiar rush of energy and could feel her increased power and speed. Cora turned to Valancy, "I'll contact you on our comm device when it's clear for you to join us." Cora said to her. It was her and Katie's job to take out the turrets and the guards, and to find Roy. Cora smiled at Katie's words inside her mind, "Well, let's getting going then. From your report we have a lot of asses to kick." She replied out loud.

Cora then flew off at high speeds as Katie directed her toward the abandoned building complex. She was there in a matter of seconds and surveyed it with her own eyes for a moment. She decided to go floor by floor started at the bottom. She flew down at super high speeds, and smashed the turrets with her fists, pieces of metal flying everywhere. The guards came running over and Cora hopped through the window and knocked each of them out before they had a chance to react. Once she was done she looked around the large room and frowned, "This place is wired to blow. Kylie's going to have her work cut out for her." She said to Katie. She then decided to crash the floor of the next level instead of using the doors. It made a lot of noise, but she was guessing this Floyd guy already knew they were here and wouldn't blow them up until he fought Valancy since that's what this seemed to be about. She repeated the process on each floor until the guards were all taken out, she moved more stealthy onto the floor where Roy was, as she didn't want to risk him getting hurt. That floor was the most heavily protected, so Cora such through a window and was quietly sitting on a beam high above Roy and the soldiers. "Katie? Can you diffuse the bomb on Roy's chest? I don't want to move him until we know that thing isn't armed." She said to the girl she was fused with. Roy was currently unconcious, but Cora could sense his vitals and knew he was alive. She then pressed her communicator to speak to Valancy, "Valancy, you're clear to approach, only the top floor remains guarded and we're working on freeing Roy now. There's not sign on that Floyd guy though. I don't know where he is." Cora told Valancy quietly over their communicator.

Tarmitheil
Tarmitheil joined with his brothers and sisters as he spoke the words to create a new star gate. He focused very carefully as he spoke them, knowing the danger that could come from a misreading. Soon the Stargate had been formed, and his eldest sister Yavanníel ordered him into the Stargate. Tarmitheil nodded, "We'll save Elentariel, I promise." He told his older sister before going through the Stargate like she ordered.

Cora frowned herself at Katie's mention of Eric, but didn't say anything. The memories were still very painful and she decided it was best not to say anything about it right now. She nodded though at Katie's words and gave her a smile. "Great job Katie, that was awesome." She said to her as Valancy busted in and took out the thugs on the top floor.

"Sure Katie, I'll go get Roy." The android said, dropping down from the beams above. She started to head toward Roy's chair to grab him when suddenly something fell from the ceiling and smashed into the floor. "Well, I see you brought friends." Floyd's voice came from inside the large mecha suit. "As you can see, I brought some back up of my own." He said to Valancy as he smashed his gist toward Cora so fast that she was barely able block it at time, and he was quite strong. "Katie, get Roy out of here!" Cora shouted as she held back Floyd's mechanical arm. She needed hold this guy off, and she wanted Katie as far away from this guy as possible.

While Cora was distracted Floyd smashed his fist into Cora's chest, sending her into the wall. He then turned his attention to Valancy. "You won't beat me this time!" He shouted at her as his fists began to glow with energy and two huge kenietic blasts, larger than the ones from before were fired at Valancy. Floyd's new suit allowed him concentrate his power making his blasts much more dangerous.

Samantha Grimm
Samantha smiled at her younger sister's ramblings. Hannah did that quite often and even though Samantha didn't really know what she was talking about she found it quite adorable. She wrapped her arm around her sister and nuzzled her hair affectionately as they walked in to the club. Samantha wasn't sure what they would find, but the first thing she noticed was the amazing amount of magical energy. "Wow, this place must be amazing, this magic is incredible." She said to her sisters as they walked in the superhero cafe as she realized she was very hungry. As they sat down at a table Samantha say two people dressed up like Batman and Superman, and they seemed to be arguing about something. Sam could only wonder how Hannah would react to that.

Cora
Floyd smashed away Valancy's distractions with ease, "you're tricks won't work this time!" He shouted at her as he closed in on her. Suddenly however a giant tree had risen from the ground, and it's vines began to attack him. He scowled, "When I kill you, I'll burn every tree alive. Just like this one!" He said to Valancy before two guns on the sides of his arms activated and began to fire napalm onto the tree's vines, which quickly spread toward the tree itself.

Floyd gave a smug smile as he prepared to attack Valancy again when suddenly electric charges began to surge through his suit. "Get off!" He shouted at Katie, flailing wildly, and firing pulses of energy at random, most of which hit the ceiling to further destabilize the building. Cora had gotten up from being hit and saw what Katie did and saw the opening. She charged Floyd and smashed her fists down against his helmet, causing him to stumble further. "Come on Valancy, this is our chance!" Cora shouted to her teammate.

Cora had been striking Floyd when she saw Katie be tossed from his back and slam into a wall hard. Cora immediately flew away from Floyd, hoping that Valancy could deal with him. She was so worried about Katie though as large support beams and walls began to fall all around, that she really couldn't think about anything else. "Katie!" She shouted out as she smashed a large piece of wall out of her way.

Cora got closer to Katie suddenly a huge support beam came loose from above and began to fall right on top of Katie. "No!" Cora shouted out in fear. She couldn't lose Katie, she just couldn't. In that moment Cora realized how much her best friend meant to her. Cora couldn't let anything happen to her. She fly towards the beam at top speed, and grabbed it just before it could reach Katie. Cora then lifted the beam with considerable effort, and tossed it on the ground where it couldn't hurt anyone. The effort threw Cora back though and she stumbled to the ground. She tried to regain her balance, but she fell to her knees, right in front of Katie so that their faces were inches from each other. Cora blushed, but didn't move away. "Are you okay?" She asked Katie softly.

Mars and Rocket
Marvin "Mars" Asarin was currently working on upgrades for Rocket in his labratory which also happened to be the basement of an abandoned parking garage. With a little work though, and the help of psychically controlled robots, Mars cleaned the place up and turned it into a state of the art laboratory. His grandparents thought he was at school, but that was just a lie that he told them so that they didn't know about his hero work. He forged report cards, and made up stories to tell them, it wasn't very hard.

As Mars was listening to the police scanner, he heard something that he thought had to be a joke. A giant blob like creature was terrorizing the local zoo. Mars shook his head, "Things just keep getting stranger and stranger." He mumbled to himself before activating Rocket and putting on his protective armor and rocket shoes. Mars and Rocket then flew out from the tunnel that Mars had built for easy flying access. It took them through the roof and they were soon off toward the Jump City Zoo where Mars did in fact see a giant blob like creature moving through the zoo. "Rocket analyze" Mars commanded his robot companion.

Rocket eyes lit up for a moment, and then he spoke in a robotic voice, "Species unknown, the creature is made of a large amount of gelatin like bio mass." Mars nodded at the analyses. "Well, let's go stop this thing." He said before pressing a button on his controller and opening Rocket's command pod and entering it. Now Mars was in direct control of the robot. Mars flew over the large creature in Rocket's body and called out to it, Mars' voice being the one that is heard. "Hey Flubber! What do you think you're doing exactly?" He called out to it, activating Rocket's sword and shield as he was expecting a fight. This things was huge though, at least thirty feet. Mars wondered what the hell this thing was and where it came from.

Mars looked on with alarm as the giant creature turned away from him and headed toward the elephants. It started to absorb them and then great to over a hundred feet tall. "What the hell is this thing?" He said to Rocket as he saw it looking over toward the blue whales. The last thing he wanted was for this thing to get any bigger. He flew over towards it at high speeds, and slashed at its head with his sword, slicing at it with multiple successive strikes. The cuts didn't seem to do anything however, as the particles just began to reform. "Damn it, how do I stop this thing?" Mars said out loud before flying over to stand in front of the blue whales, he had to try to stop this thing from absorbing it. "Hey, these aren't for you blob. You've had enough already." He said to the massive for of gelatin in front of him. Mars figured he could at least try to stop her from coming into contact with the whales, which seemed to be it's way of absorbtion.

Cora
Cora was quite surprised at Katie's reaction. Cora felt her throat tighten as she and Katie looked into each other's eyes. Cora wondered what Katie was thinking, she had a look in her eyes that Cora had never seen before. They were so closed together, and Cora realized how pretty Katie's eyes were, she felt like she could get lost in them. "Ya, I'm alright. I was scared that thing might hit you." Cora said softly in reply. She then closed her eyes and began to lean in closer. She didn't know what had came over her, but she couldn't stop thinking about Katie's lips, and how they might feel.

However before her lips made contact with Katie's, Cora heard the sounds of fighting from behind her and was snapped out of her daze. She needed to help Valancy, everything else had to wait. She reluctantly pulled away from Katie as she stood up trying not to look as awkward as she felt. "I've got to go help Valancy. You'll be safe here, I'll come back as soon as we're done with Floyd." Cora told her, her voice made it clear that she'd rather be doing something else.

Meanwhile Floyd was being hit by a flurry of Valancy's attacks and couldn't respond quick enough because Katie had short circuited his his suit and he was too slow without it. Finally she slammed his helmet down, and he growled in frustration. "Enough!" He shouted, putting his hand to his chest that held the power core of the suit and blasted it with energy. It was incredibly dangerous, but the suit came back to life, as he ripped his helmet off and charged Valancy with renewed speed, grabbing her by the throat and lifting her up. "Now you die bitch!" He said to her, about to end her life. Suddenly a fist smashed into his face, and Cora was seen right by him. "No one hurts my friends, no one." She told him sternly, before reaching into his suit and ripping the power core out of his chest.

"Finish him off Valancy!" Cora shouted to her. Floyd had fallen to his knees, and without the power core, his suit was weighing heavy on him. He stumbled to his feet, and began to rip the armor off himself. "I don't need it. I'm strong enough to beat you on my own!" He said to Valancy, raising up his arms again to blast them with kinetic energy.

Mats and Rocket were kicked aside by a massive gooey foot, and Mars was barely able to stabilize themselves. His attacks weren't doing nay good, and the creature was still aproaching the blue whales. He needed to figure out how to stop her and fast. He thought about the properties of gelatin. He knew it destabilized in extreme heat, and extreme cold as well, but where could he find a source of either?

Suddenly Mars' thoughts were interrupted when suddenly someone spoek to him, they didnt look human, and clearly they weren't familar with zoos. She noticed the girl was pretty though, despite her non human like ears. "No, this thing isn't supposed to be here. I have no idea what it's doing here. Who are you anyway? You don't seem like you're from around here." He said to Rikki. He was surprised she could fly too, and she didnt seem to have boasters on her shoes. Who was this girl?

Suddenly someone else began shouting out to him, calling him "flying people". He turned toward the rooftop where the noise was coming from and saw a humanoid creature with large claws and a bone like tail. "Rocket, do a physiology scan" Mars ordered.

Rocket's eyes lit up again as the scan was conducted. "The subject is of the Hadrian species, native to the planet Hadrimmelis." Rocket said, narrating the analysis. Mars nodded, and approached the rooftop to see what this Hadrian wanted. He had to admit, their physiology was impressive, and looked quite helpful in battle. Mars hoped he wouldn't have another fight on his hands while he still had to deal with the walking bowl of jello.

"Hi, is there something I can help you with?" Mars said to Kirisvala. "You're long way from home, you know that right? Hadrimmelis is light years away from Earth."

Mars
Mars looked over at Rikki when she said she was from Canada. He didn't remember hearing about anyone with strange ears who could fly in Canada. "I'm Mars," He told her, and then heard her question about Rocket. "He's a sentient cybornetic android, I built him two years ago. His central computer is connected to all the major government databases across the planet, and his armor is duel weave titanium." Mars said to Rikki, pride creeping into his voice. Rocket was a dear friend of his and his greatest accomplishment. He frowned a bit when she asked about his name. "It's personal." He told her simply, not sharing more than that. "But he isn't an actual rocket, at least not yet anyway." Then he turned to Kirisvala who was talking about a number of things that he didn't really understand.

When Kirisvala stopped rambling she asked about the giant blob and Rikki seemed curious about it as well. He raised his eyebrow when Rikki said where she was from it was normal to fly. "I didn't realize there were a bunch of people flying around Canada." He said to her flalty, but didn't harp on the subject. "Anyway, don't worry about the giant blob thing. I'll deal with it. You two should head somewhere you'll be safe." He told them, he didn't want them getting in his way.

"They could be of help to us Mars. Besides, you appear to be at a lose for solutions." Rocket pointed out matter of factly. Mars seemed to fume a bit, he hated not knowing the answer to something.

He turned to the two girls, "Fine, you can help. We need to find a way to slow this thing down and stop it from absorbing anymore organic material. It seems like that's her food source and the reason she keeps growing. Gelatin will destabilize from heat or cold, you two have any ideas where we could find either of those?"

Cora
Floyd struggled against the vines as they restrained him and tied him to the pole, but the strength the mechanism suit gave him was gone, and he was no match for them. "I'll kill you a..." He started to threaten before he was knocked out by Valancy. "Finally he stopped talking." Cora said absently, when suddenly Kylie arrived, bag guys and explosives in tow. "Good job Kylie," Cora smiled, and couldn't help but chuckle at Kylie's attitude about the guns. Cora very much enjoyed talking to Kylie, she had such a fresh and excited attitude about her. "One of you should get Roy, I think Katie took him to one of the rooftops. He'll need some medical attention for sure." She then walked over to Katie, blushing a little and avert her eyes as she did. All she could think about was how pretty Katie was, and her thoughts seemed so loud that she was afraid the others could hear them. She leaned down, and forced herself to look into Katie's eyes. They were about eye level and close to each other, but not as close as before. "I'm glad you're okay Katie, I was really worried something might happen to you. I don't know what I'd do..." Cora'a voice broke off a bit, and was full of emotion. Her true feelings for Katie were rushing to the surface and Cora knew she couldn't deny them anymore.

Roy
Roy's eyes opened slowly as he began to regain conciousness. His head hurt like he'd been hit with a bag of bricks, but he saw a girl standing above him and heard her speak to him. She looked around Katie and Cora's age, and she was quite attractive as well. He had no idea who she was but his memory started to come back to him when she mentioned Katie. "Valancy, Katie, Cora, are they alright? The last thing I remember was Floyd using me like a punching bag." He said to the girl who apparently knew the Justice Queens. He tried to sit up, but his battered and bruised body refused as he winced in pain. They rescued me? What about Floyd? He didn't hurt them did he?" He asked with concern, so many questions were running through his mind. He would be torn with guilt if anything had happened to them because of him.

Charmera wrote:Katie couldn't help it. When her face was close to Katies, all the electrokenetic wanted to do was what she did then. She quickly dove in, kissing her on the lips for a brief second, before pulling away. "Sorry! I,.. I just wanted... Felt..." She awkwardly mumbled. It was so soon after Eric's death, but... it just felt right, even though it could be a little wrong. She reasoned that Eric might be mad, though then again, he wasn't the sort to be possessive in death. He wanted Katie's happiness as much as Katie wanted his, but still she could help but feel a little dirty for doing that, but... she had been so lonely since the passing of Eric. She needed someone, especially someone she liked as much as Cora, to fill the void.

Cora's eyes widened in shock when Katie kissed her, but she wasn't mad or upset at all. Quite the contrary, Cora's lips felt like they were on fire and her heart was racing. She knew Katie had just lost Eric, and didn't want to disrespect his memory, but Cora also wanted to make Katie happy. Her resistance broke when Katie kissed her and Cora couldn't hold back anymore. She didn't say anything, fearing that words would ruin the moment. She closed her eyes, and leaned in again, kissing Katie softly of the lips, and bringing her hands to the sides of Katie's face and resting them there gently.

Samantha Grimm
Samantha looked over the menu at her sister's question. "I think I'll get the waffles." Samantha said, since it was still morning and it seemed like a good choice to her.

The Flame Guard
John Morgan was walking through Gotham when he saw an abandoned field that seemed out of place. He decided to investigate and soon discovered some kind of mirage was in place. He approached the only thing that was actually nearby which was some kind of metal container that explained that this was a magical entrance to some kind of club called the Devil's Den. He decided he was curious enough to enter and pulled an old key chain from his wallet that he never used anymore and placed it in the machine to receive his braclet. Then he entered the club as it finally appeared before him. Morgan was wearing a stripped light blue dress shirt with black dress pants, and was clean shaven with his hair a bit spikey. He walked through the club and was pretty impressed with the design. Clearly some magic was involved in the process of building this place.

Morgan made his way into the superhero cafe and decided to sit down at a table and order some food. He sat down by himself at a table and looked around a bit at the other patrons. This was clearly not a place for average day citizens, so he had a feeling he might meet some interesting people here.

Mars
Mars watched in silence as the giant blob creature regurgitated her prey, and her and the young boy with her approached them. He stayed silent, still not trusting the blob creature who called herself Xyrixia. Rickey however spoke up, merely out of politeness. "I am Rocket." The machine told her simply in his electronic voice. Mars sighed and finally spoke up. "What exactly did you think you were doing in that zoo and where did you come from? Rocket couldn't identify your species and his database has record of every known creature on the planet." He said to her, not even introducing himself.

John Morgan
As he waited for a waitress he noticed three girls sitting at a nearby toble. One he noticed right away, as her ears were quite unusual and even seemed to have fur on them. Another had strange beauty, as if something was compelling the mind to look at her. He thought for a few moments and he realized he recognized those features. Last night he had listened to the police chatter in Starling City as he did for all major cities and he heard of a large bank robbery conducted by three girls who matched those descriptions. He decided he should try to find out where they were keeping the money, it had to be close by he guessed. He stood up and walked over to their table casually. "Hi, my name is John." He said to them politely. "Would you ladies perhaps be able to tell me more about this place? I stumbled upon it myself and am quite curious about it."

Cora
Cora felt Katie break their kiss and saw the devesated look on Katie's face and frowned herself. She took Katie's hand softly, trying to comfort her, but Cora was quite upset herself. She was feeling the same kind of betrayal and guilt that Katie was. She looked over at Kylie and wondered how she would react.

John Morgan/Samantha Grimm
John heard the girl who's name was giggle and explain that they had only just arrived themselves and saw her charming smile. He was almost sure that these were the girls that were talked about on the police scanner now. He felt Sarah's words affecting his thought process and trying to influence his actions. However John actively resisted with his willpower and though it was difficult, he didn't outwardly show that he was effected by her powers. He smiled however and offered her his hand to shake, as well as to Samantha and Hannah. "I'm John, it's nice to meet you all." He said to them as the waiter came to take their order. John saw an opportunity to stay close to them, 'You mind if I join you? I'm visiting here by myself, and you three seem like interesting company." He said to them, though he was mainly asking Sarah, as it seemed like she was in charge.

Mars
Mars saw the blue aliens coming out from the sky, and sighed, this day was getting weirder and weirder and he just wanted to go home. He turned to Rikki and Kiris, they seemed like they could be helpful, even if they were over enthusiastic. "Come on, let's deal with this." He said to them, as the blue aliens approached. He flew out a bit and struck one of the aliens with Rocket's fist, smashing it out of the sky and incapacitating it.

Devil's Den
Samantha saw her sister start to flirt with the man who came up to them. She wasn't surprised, he was attractive enough, and her sister was a natural flirter, literally speaking. Samantha wasn't very interested in the man, he seemed much older than she was anyway. She nodded though when Sarah asked if it'd be alright if he sat with them. Samantha didn't want to rob her sister of her fun of trying to get this guy to fawn over her. Samantha was pretty confident that she'd succeed. When the waiter came by Samantha ordered some blueberry waffles and a side of bacon. When the waiter left though, something caught her eye.

Samantha noticed a woman sitting at the bar. Samantha's eyes widened as she summoned bottles over to herself magically. Even more interesting was the woman's physical appearance. She had a long tail, and pitch black eyes. She was clearly attractive, but Samantha saw her features as fascinating more than anything else. She decided she wanted to talk to this woman, as she surely had some interesting knowledge about magic and Sam was always eager to learn.

"I'll be right back guys," She said to her sisters before walking over to the bar where the woman she had been looking at sat. She thought about what to say and when she couldn't come up with anything she decided to just be simple about it. "Hi, my name is Sam." She said a little shyly, but got more confident as she moved the conversation toward magic, " How are you moving those bottles? What spell are you using?" Sam asked curiously, sure that this woman was a spell caster like herself.

John saw Sarah wink at him, and heard her flattery. He knew it would be quite difficult to resist her for long, and he decided he'd have to do it as subtly as possible otherwise they might get suspicious,

"Thanks" He said to Sarah when she said he could sit down with them, smiling at her as he lowered himself into his seat. "So, are you girls from Gotham? Or are you just visiting?" He asked, making casual conversation. "I'm visiting myself. My company has a headquarters here, so I decided to visit to see how things were going, With all the unrest I wanted to make sure things were okay." He told Sarah and Hannah.

Mars
Mars was striking as many aliens as he could as suddenly a new wave of them began to appear, "How many of these Rantu are there going to be?" Mars asked, having already analyzed their physiology. Suddenly a group of enemies he was about to attack was struck with bat-shaped objects. He looked down and saw the bat-mobile and the woman he knew was batgirl from his research of heroes across the country. "great what is she doing here?" He mumbled as he continued to fight. Mars was anti-social and this was pushing him to his limit.

Samantha Grimm
Sam blushed brightly despite herself at DeeDee's very forward comments. She was used to her sister getting all this kind of attention and while she was used to this kind of behavior, it came from her sister so it didn't effect her at all. However this wasn't her sister, this was an attractive flirtatious woman who was clearly interested in her. After all, Samantha was more shy and conservative than she let on. Sure she had flirted with some people she liked before and even gotten pretty involved with a few others, but she was still a virgin and was much more shy about thagt than her older sister.

However despite how overwhelmed with the attention she was getting, Samantha was fascinated with DeeDee's discussion of magic. "Wow, I'd really love to be able to do that." She said, awe in her voice. She then blushed even brighter, "The magic, I mean." Samantha told her, clarifying quickly. She was then glad to be able to change the subject. "I'm a mage too, though I guess I'm more of a witch. I'm here visiting with my two sisters. We're very close and we travel around all the time together." Samantha said to her, before she realized something. "Wait, if you're the co-owner and you're a magic user, did you create that illusion around the club? That was amazing!" Samantha said with great admiration. She couldn't imagine being able to do magic like that. She then heard her talk about how she's sorry if Sam gets effected by her succubus powers. Samantha felt a little better that actually, and a bit more comfortable too. She seemed genuine about that.

"Well, thank for that. I can understand how its hard to control your powers sometimes. I appreciate the compliments though. It's really exciting to speak to another a magic users. I haven't met many before." Sam said to DeeDee sincerely.

DeeDee
The Devil's Den

"I'm partially responsible, it's technomagic, machinery powered by magic instead of electricity, I don't get it that well. My magic is more instinctive than calculated. But the owner is a genius at almost everything science related and she calculated how to power machines using my magic to create effects that machinery and magic would have a lot of difficulty doing on their own. Also, it isn't exactly an illusion that wobbly view you have of the building is just as real as when the building solidifies or vanishes, not a single illusion about it."

The idea of trying to explain how it all worked, and not just the Den's magic; but also my newly acquired powers, it was fun and trying to teach it might enlighten myself, it seemed like a good idea and that was all I needed for my impulsive reaction. "I can try to teach you how to do it, that said I don't fully get yet how I'm doing it and for some of the powers I had to become a demon just to get the magical ability to do it."

Samantha Grimm
Sam listened to DeeDee intently, analyzing every word that DeeDee said. She was fascinated by what she was saying and wanted to know more, she needed to more. She would never let that evil wizard hurt either of her sisters again. When DeeDee said she could teach her, Sam was ecstatic. "You can? That'd be amazing, I'd love to learn from you." Sam said breaking from her more reserved personality for the moment.

"I can pay you if you want. We have a lot of money. It'd be worth it to learn from someone who knows a lot about magic." Samantha said, excited by the idea of having a real magic teacher. She couldn't believe her luck that she had been able to find a mentor in a club. She hoped that their chance encounter could prove fruitful, plus DeeDee seemed nice enough, even if she was a bit forward.

Cora
Cora watched as Katie took Kylie home, feeling quite sad about what had just taken place. She wanted to talk to Katie about what had just taken place, but she knew that Kylie needed Katie more at that moment. Cora decided to pick Roy off the ground and fly him home. As she landed on the roof top she realized that Roy had fallen asleep in hers arms. As she looked over his sleeping face, she realized she might have been a bit hard on him before. Emotions weren't an easy thing for Cora, and she realized that that was something she'd have to work on in order to not hurt other people. She brought Roy to his room and wrapped up his rips in bandages and let him rest, he needed it after all.

DeeDee
The Devil's Den

"I don't need payment, I've never cared for money, my friend is the one who keeps all the financial stuff in order. I just do what I want when I want, that's a good rule for magic you know. If you want something, try to get it by using magic. If you use something a lot you tend to get better with it and develop your own style. Like this, Evomer Reh Trihs" As soon as the words were spoken the shirt of Sam burned away in a blue cold fire and a blue flame in DeeDees hands appeared and in the burn the shirt reappeared. And not a moment later a wicked smile adorned my face as parts of my bodies skin turned blue'ish. It wasn't by choice it was a side-effect of having little control over my demonic half and it wanting to come out.

"Want your shirt back? Use magic to find and get it back. Here's a hint, my magic is weaved inside of it so just taking it back won't work, it wants to be with me now and won't leave easily. In my opinion though, you look even more amazing without the shirt."

Samantha suddenly saw her shirt catch fire and gave a yelp in surprise as she realized it was a magic fire and was contained solely within her shirt. She was mortified when she realized her shirt was gone and she was left standing in the middle of the cafe in only her bra. "Give it back!" Sam complained to DeeDee, but as she said it she knew it was futile. DeeDee wouldn't give it back, she needed to find a way to get it back.

Sam took a deep breath and tried to calm her mind. If she panicked, she'd never figure out a way to solve this problem. She tried numerous variations of her Latin based spells but nothing seemed to work as the shirt never moved from DeeDee's hand.

Sam struggled for nearly 5 minutes and just when she thought she'd have to leave this place without a shirt an idea came to her mind. She realized she needed to focus on the shirt itself. She needed to speak to it not, about it. She took a deep breath and thought about the Latin pronunciation.

"revertetur ad me" She said with confidence and finally the shirt began to move before it flew out of DeeDee's hand and in to Samantha's. She quickly put it back on and held on to it, as if being afraid to lose it again. She had a relieved smile though, proud of herself that she was actually able to get her shirt back.
