"Knight Hunt: Killer Frost"

Dark Knight stood on the Sears Tower, the sheer height of it giving him a large view of the city. "Gotta find Black Mask's location", Dark Knight muttered. he then pulled out a special Knightarang, folding it into place and then throwing it up high in the air. Dark Knight switched to his gauntlet and began to remote control it high into the air. Dark Knight then sent out a radio frequency, "Alright, now just to search for any assets relating to black mas-". Dark Knight was cut off when his hand was shot with a freez blast, freezing it to one of the antennas of the Sears Tower. Dark Knight looked to see none other than, "Killer Frost. Suprised you'd be after me to", Killer frost chuckled, "couldn't resist taking down another one of you annoying vigilantes", "shouldn't you be trying to kill Firestorm, and thne get melted in the process", "funny". Dark Knight reached to one of the pouches on his belt, "shall i kill you now, or woudl you like to become a statue for future vigilantes to learn from?". "i wouldn't be so egotistical frost", the arm plates on Dark Knight's gauntlet moved, breaking the ice. Killer frost shot another ice blast at Dark Knight, Dark Knight jetted upwards, he then threw a handful of incendiary pellets at killer frost before swerving backwards behind the antennas.

Killer frost created a shied of ice infront of her, blocking the blast but destroying the shield in the process. "want to play with Fire Knight, then let's hope you're ready for a deep freeze", Frost swerved between the antennas, shooting ice blasts ar Dark Knight. Dark Knight tried his best to dodge the iceblasts, catchign a few on his chest or leg. Dark Knight few up to the ice trail behind killer frost, placing a distractionary exposive on the underside of it and kicking off. the explosive destroyed the trail, catching Frost offguard. Dark Knight then flew between frost's uncoordinated iceblasts, grabbing her by the collar of her costume. "you villainous scum make me extremely sick, you know that?" Frost chuckled, "don't catch a cold". Frost froze Dark Knight's left wing, the blast him in the chest. Dark Knight's armor plates on his chest adjusted breaking the chest ice, but the wing was damaged from frost's ice blast. "we're doing this old school". Dark Knight shot a grappel, clinging to the side of the Sears tower, he swung around to the other side, Frost still trying to freeze him.

Frost chuckled, "oh the chivalrious knight won't hit a woman, makes it easier for me". Frost went over to the other side of the building to catch Dark Knight, to her rupeise, she couldn't see him,'where did he go?'. Dark Knight then dropped down onto the Ice trail Killer frost was on, grabbing Frost by the collar of her costume. "Justice is Unisex", Dark Knight said, before punching Frost right accross the jaw, Dark Knight then activated the electrical charge on his gantlets, grabbing Frost bu the shoulder and shocking her, knocking frost out. Minutes later, Frost was foudn outside the Chicago Police Department, handcuffed to a streetlamp with power muffling gloves on her hands.

"Knight Hunt: Firefly"

Dark Knight recieved a reporta fire outbreak at a Park in chicago, Arriving on the scene he landed at the front gate, a large amount of the grass scorched and some of the trees still burning. "there can be only one person who did this..." Dark Knight muttered as he walked down the path into the center of the park. Suddenly firefly flew out from behind the the large fountain hovering just above it. "Firefly....", Firefly cackled, "I've been waiting for you Knight, Let's see hwo hot it can get in that armor before you squirm out" Fire fly shot as fireblast straight at Dark knight, Dark Knight dived out of the way, tossing 2 explosive Knightarangs at Firefly. Firefly doused the knightarangs in fire, causign them to explode prematurely.

Dark Knight extended his wings, his left wing still slightly damaged from his fight with Killer forst, he jetted up and started to toss Remote Knightarangs at Firefly. "You can't beat me knight!" Firefly said easily scorching and destroying the Knightarangs. Dark knight glided down, Firefly attempted to douse him with fire, but Dark Knight jetted upwards, colliding with Firefly. Dark Knight grabbed firefly's right shoulder, with his left hand he began to beat Firefly. "Where is Black Mask!". Firefly chuckled, "let me turn the heat up" Firefly said, before sticking an incendiary grenade to Dark Knight's right wing and kicking him off. the GRenade went off, Dark knight's armor absorbed the blast, but the wings and jets were blown off, and now had large scorch marks on the left side of his armor.

Dark Knight shook his knight and lifted himelf up, taking a knee, Firefly hovered just above Dark Knight holding his flame thrower. "Let's see what happens to a knight when he's cooked in his armor". Dark Knight drew out an explosive knightrarang, but before he could throw it, a large ice blast hit Firefly, sending him smashign itno the ground causing the ice to break. Ice (JLA) then dropped down from an Ice Trail, Firefly picked up his flamethrower just as an electrical charge knightarang hit him knocking him off focus. Dark Knight then charged at Firefly, he took out and extended his sword, cutting the fromt barrel off Firefly's flamethrower off. Dark Knight grabbed Firefly by the neck with his other hand ahd pressed him against a scorched nearby tree. "Go ahead, Kill me!" "no" Dark Knight said as he headbutted Firefly hard, breaking his mask and knocking him out cold.

Dark Knight retracted his sword and walked over to Ice, "you're Ice, from the JLA correct?". Ice nodded, "pretty much yeah". "Well you were reported to be dead, glad you're not, never good to have a member of the JLA dead. Back to the point, why are you here, it's a long way from New York". "you didn't really think everyoen wpould just ignore Black Mask's bounty of a century, 'kill the dark knight, tonight only', it caught some of our eyes". "And I assume you came to capture him?". Ice shook her head, "no, mostly to help assist. going up against Killer frost, anarky, firefly, deadshot, copperhead, and frickin deathroke. you're up against some kind of crap odds". "I was able to find out about copperhead and deadshot. but deathstroke. the next few hours should be fun". a police cruiser pulled up, loading firefly into the back, Dark Knight turned back to Ice, "It's going to be a hard night for the next 6 hours, you sure you want to continue, what with New york being on the brink?". "the Avengers should help atleast keep new york from tearing itself apart, besides, can't miss a chance to see you go up against the world's finest assassins". Dark Knight nodded, he pressed a button on his gauntlet which casted a projection of Chicago's financial district, "I've tracked and narrowed down Black Mask's asset to the financial district, if we split up we can cover more ground". Dark Knight handed an earpiece to Ice, "if you see anything, report in". "got it". Ice set off for the east financial district. Dark Knight looked at the broken off and scorched wings,

"thats a good 60,000 dollars down the drain" Dark Knight muttererd.

Underground Facility nicknamed "Knight's Domain"

Marcus worked at his large computer system, his Father nicknamed it the "Knightcomputer", though Marcus thought it was a bit silly.
Who'd name their computer after themselves?

Marcus sat at the Computer, focusing on 2 of the many terminals that it was linked to. Marcus typed away at the Terminal, calibrating the SatNav for his VTOL transport. his Father thought it would be best to get a possible Land Vehicle just incase the VTOL every was unusable or went down, though Marcus right now didn't believe it was needed. whilst typing in the very Darkened Underground base, a third Monitor turned to Blue, giving a Blue cast to the white light on dark contrast. Marcus peered at it, then continued Calibrating.

"Yes Sanza?" Marcus asked. [Marcus, your Father asked me to ask if you needed help with the VTOL]. "I'm quite Alright Sanza". Sanza was an Artificial Intelligence that Marc's Father had installed around year 5 of the 7 Years Marcus fought as the Knight. Marcus seemed to like the Company, often alone whilst his Father was on buisness trips and mostly spending time in the Knight's Domain. [then may I have a task to do sir?]. Marcus rubbed his forehead trying to think of something she could do. "why don't you.....Run the Diagnostics and Test the Suit, I was thinking of going on Patrol tonight". [Yes Sir], "Sanza Dear, Please just call me Marcus".

Marcus lost count of the amount of times he's asked the AI to call him by his name, it was possibly in the mid hundreds. Marcus saw in the corner of his eye, an area of the White marble like wall light up. one of the Panels moves outwards and to the right, and a half cylinder moved outwards. the Handscanner glowed blue with marcus' print and opened to reveal the Knight's Armor. the lights of the Armor Container lit up to see the Plates and diffrent parts of the armor moving from Sanza's scannign and diagnostics testing.

Marcus finished typing on cmputer and slide back a bit in his chair, he then stood up and walked over to the Armor Container. [so what will we be patrolling tonight sir?], "same old, downtown area, ghetto, esc. esc.". Marcus turned around whilst in the pod, then held his out to his sides horizontally. the Armor Container doors closed as robotics arms quickly put the armor onto Marcus, plates locking into place and the Exoskeletal frame locking very neatly into place. [Any Music you'd like sir?], "uhh.....Music?", [You Father suggested Music can help the long 7 hour patrols go by quicker, aswell the Noise will not escape the Helmet, so they shouldn't be less intimidated], "yeah, well. As much as My Father tries to help, I need to concentrate whilst on patrol", [of course sir]. the Armor Container opened and The Knight Stepped out.

Knight walked past the Computer over the other side of the Large room, placing his hand ona hand scanner on the wall, 4 Wall panels lowered into the floor. Knight Turned and entered the opening to see the VTOl in question on a Circular like panel. Knight climbed into the VTOL's cockpit and powered it on, the VTOL spun around as the Large Circular Panel raised. [sir, There are sightings of Gang members wearing black masks at a recently abandoned construction yard], "well then, looks like we have an objective". Knight's voice was deeper, intended by Marcus to give a more intimidating voice, aswell as not using his regular voice.

the VTOL raised up into an end of a Long room, just wide and high enough for the VTOL to fit, the Vtol began to drive along the floor as it's engines powered on. the VTOL propelled forward as the end of the room opened up to reveal the night sky, the VTOL flew outwards to see the exit lied in Jackson park. the Exit of the Tunnel closed and reconcealed itself, in a restricted part of the Park. the VTOL flew twoards the northern part of chicago, "care to plot the Destination Sanza?" [of course sir]. Sanza plotted the course on the GPS, Knight flew the VTOL twoards the coordinates.

Downtown Chicago, Abandoned Construction site
11:45pm

Down at the Construction Yard...

the Construction yard from a distance looked quiet, a skeleton from a failed Buisness investment. the Gang members stalked the Construction site, in black well kept suits, but the Gang members wore intimidatign Black skull masks. 5 Gang Members roamed the ground level of the half built building, whilst 7 gang members were on the 2nd floor. onto he top floor 2 gang members set up a folding table while a high ranking gang member placed a briefcase on the table and opened it up, revealing a large amount of 100 Dollar bill stacks. the gang member looked over the briefcase top at a man on the otherside of the table;

"so, you got the goods?" he asked.
the member nodded, opening an impact resistant case to reveal a very high tech rifle.
the Gang member chuckled, "yes you do". the gang member closed the brief case and tossed it over to the man, the man closed the gun case just as the briefcase was tossed and caught it, and placed the guncase on the table.

Rooftop of Skyscraper across from Construction Building....

the VTOl silently flew over to the Skyscraper rooftop, the VTOl switched into Hover mode and hovered above the Rooftop. Knight dropped down onto the rooftop and pressed a button on one of his gauntlets, causing the VTOL to switch into jet mode and fly away. [I'm reading seeing 12 Gang members in the Construction site, 5 on the ground level and 7 on the 2nd floor]. Knight walked over to the edge of the building, locking his Metal cape together and stepping off, the Cape allowed Knight to glide down to the construction site. "contact the Police 2 minutes after I engage", [of course sir]. Knight waited before he was just over the main building of the construction site, then started to glide downward very rapidly, Knight stopped the steep decrease before he was just 7 ft above the building. Knight unlocked the metal cape, putting it into freeform mode, then smashed down through the weak plaster and wood.

"What the F*ck was that!?" the Criminal leader yelled as plaster smoke and dust filled the room. in a Deep, partly metallic voice (from the helmet), Knight said, "Your Demise". Knight went to work, kneeing a thug in the gut, then flippign him over his shoulder into a nearby thug. Knight grabbed a criminal by the neck and used the suit's strength to toss him into the criminal leader, sending them both over the table. a nearby thug grabbed a pipe and tried to swing at Knight, Knight grabbed the pipe mid swing and broke the thug's grip. Knight grabbed the Thug's hand and flipped him over his shoulder, Knight kept his hold on the thug's hand and placed his foot on the thug's side, then twisted his arm, breaking it.

Lower floor of Construction building

the Thugs on the lower floor were stunned when they heard all of the noise coming from above. they heard grunts, yells, and the cracking of bone, all the while simply standing there. they all knew what had just crashed into the roof above, all of them knew they didn't stand a chance. then, they heard the Advanced rifle from the rifle case fire off above, it was soon cut off when they heard some bullets hit and ricochet off metal, then a grunt from the gang member firing it. there was a moment of silence, one of the thugs with a rifle back up to a fully plastered wall.

"i-is he gone?" the thug asked.

the Thug then screamed, as Knight smashed through the wall and grabbed the thug's shoulders, then pulled him through the plastered wall ripping it apart. 2 of the Thugs fired their pistols before being stopped by another Gang Member, "Don't you idiots, you'll kill him!". Knight then smashed through the wall on the other side of the building, the thugs fired at Knight, hitting the shield insignia. little did they know that was the most armored part of the Chest armor. Knight lunged forward, knocking down a thug, Knight then grabbed the thug holding the pistol by the arm and broke his elbow, sending him reeling in pain. Knight then kneed the Thug in the stomach and flipped him over onto one of his friends, then curb stomped the knocked over thug knocking him out. Knight then fired an electrical shock dart at one of the 2 remaining mercs, shocking him and knocking him off focus. Knight then took the thug's head and smashed it into the half finished wall, knocking him out. Knight then looked at the last remaining gang member,

"p-please" the Thug backed p and tripped over one of his friends, knocking him onto his back.
Knight placed his right foot onto the Thug's neck, forcing him back onto the ground.

"who do you work for" Knight said in the same part metallic voice, "Don't make me crush your Larynx with a single step"
"Okay Okay, We work for Roman Sionis". Knight thought for a moment, then continued interrogating the merc. "why is Sionis in Chicago, He's based in Gotham".
"don't know man, ask him". Knight silenced the Thug with a hard punch to the head knocking him out. Knight then head the stop light of a car shine on his back through a Doorway.

"FREEZE!" a Young cop yelled, Knight turned to him.
"these men are Working for the Black Mask Gang", "Put your hands up, you assaulted these men!", the cop pointed a revolver at Knight. an Older cop stepped out of the Car and pushed the Younger cop's gun down. "easy son he's being patient with you as is, Good to have you around Knight, we'll take care of these goons from here". Knight nodded as he backed into the Dark of the building, and disappeared.

Ontop of the Metlife Building

[Sir, Your Father wanted you back at the Domain], "why?", [He said it was something about a Protege'], "this Again, *sigh*, I'll talk to my father about it".

Knight's Domain

Marcus' Father waited at the Large Terminal computer in the Knight's domain, he heard the loud yet noticably quiet noise of the VTOL hover as it landed on the circular platform and it slowly descended.

Thomas pressed a button to contact Sanza, "Sanza dear how was Marcus' Patrol tonight",
[Intercepted 12 members of the Black Mask gang before handing them over to the authorities]
"hmm, what do you know, anyways has he considered the proto-"
["No, And you could just ask me Directly"] Marcus' part metallic voice came over on the computer's comms.
"I was just having a chat with our lovely AI, she's nice to have around. you know, gets lonely, what with you brooding, patroling, and pummeling".
Thomas heard Marcus sigh over the comms as the Platform finally stopped on the groundfloor of the Domain. Marcus, still clad in the Knight's armor, walked out of the VTOL hangar and walked over to the Armor container.

Thomas simply eyed Marcus as he walked over to the Armor container, once Marcus placed his hand on the hand scanner signalling it to open, Thomas simply asked.
"are you sure about not having a protog'-" "we've been over this". Marcus stepped into the Armor container as it closed, after a minute of the audible sounds coming from the container, Marcus, in his causal clothing stepped out. "And my answer is still no". Thomas sigh and stood up, "a Protoge to help you patrol Chicago, aswell as pass your talents onto would be grand". Marcus simply shook his head as he walked to a hallway leading into the Domain's armory.

"every Knight needs a squire", "Squire doesn't have the same Fear Inducement as 'The Knight',", "so you ARE considering a Protoge?", "discussion. over" Marcus said as he walked down the hallway into the Armory. THomas simply sighed and sat back down, Thomas pressed a button on the computer and linked the microphone on it to Marcus' earpiece,
"Are we atleast on the same board about calling it the Knightcomputer",
" *sigh*",
"you have about twenty bloody computers marcus, in your little Caches, you need a Central name for the computer. besides, Knightcomputer is fitting".
"fine",
a large Blip came up on one of the Terminals on the Knightcomputer, THomas raised an eyebrow and glanced at the Terminal Sanza's icon was currently occupying.
"sanza dear, could you please tel me what that is?", [Uploading camera feed now].

the Security Cameras displayed a smaller, quicker figure, currently in a grudge match against 7 larger built figures. "who's that?", [Vigilante, we've reported this person in a multitiude of places]. Sanza then displayed images of the same person in multiple places on different terminals. [This person hits different places at night, attacking Criminals and low level thugs where ever they are. however these thugs they're fighting are Black Mask ones, they're better equiped]. Thomas pressed the call button to contact Marcus, "Marcus boy, there-", "seen it, On It" Marcus stepped out of the Armor Containment pod in the Knight's armor, Thomas raised an eyebrow, "you're getting better at your stealth". Knight simply gave a Thumbs up before hopping in his VTOL and hovering upwards instead of waiting for it to carry the VTOL upwards.

Thomas turned back to the Knightcomputer in his chair and pressed a button on th keyboard, which brought up a game of Chess,
[Who's move was it Mr Thomas?], "I believe it was yours dear".

Chicago Back Alley

1:37am

a Black Mask thug was thrown headfirst at a dumpster, knocking him out cold. 2 more Black Mask thugs with lead pipes surrounded the figure,
"okay missy, you took care of jerry, but you do realize there are 5 of us and only 1 pencil necked Vigilante, you". the Figure remained silent, she grabbed out 2 batons which she interlocked the ends together, the Batons extended to reveal it was infact a staff.

"Get Her!" one of the Black Mask thugs yelled at the other 4. the 4 lunged at the Vigilante, swingint their makeshift weapons and fists, the vigilante swung her staff horizontally, catchign one thug offguard. the Vigilante then jabbed the staff into the stomach of another Black Mask thug, then swung the staff up vertically knocking the black mask thug on his back. the Vigilante was caught offguard when one of the thugs snuck up behind her and put her in a full nelson, making her loose grip of her staff. the leading thug then approached her and puncher her accross the face.

"not so tough now, you shouldn't have messed with Black Mask, girly". the leading thug then kneed the Vigilante in the stomach, and the thug behind her psuehd her , knocking her to the ground. the Leading thug gestured to one of his men, who drew a pistol and aimed tt at the Vigilante's head. "any last words girlie?", the Vigilante coughed, "go to hell". before the Thug could shoot his pistol, a grappeling hook wrapped around the hand with the pistol and pulled him up, into the Darkness of the fireescapes. the Leading thug looked around nervous, as the screams and grunts of his fellow getting pummeled echoed throughout the alley.

the Vigilante laughed, "now you've done it"
, the Leading thug turned to her angry, "SHUT UP!". just then, a gust of wind and a thump was heard behind him. the Thug slowly turned around,
"More of Sionis' Cronies i see", The Knight grabbed the thug by the throat and slammed him against a nearby wall, still holding him with his hand to his throat. the Knight showed inpecible strength, beign able to lift and hold the thug off his feet.

"what Does Sionis want here, He's never sent any of his Cronies outside of Gotham", the Thug coughed, "we were *hack*, sent here to do buisness, Sionis wants the Vigilantes of Chicago Dead", "WHY", "I don't know man....please don't hurt me". The Knight then dropped the thug, and Kneed his head hard, knocking him out cold. The Knight turned to the Vigilante, still having the same hardened stature in his walk. the Vigilante looked up at the Knight, "Let me guess, a Scolding and you're gonna turn me into the Police". "You Have no place going on a Crusade, You're a fool if you think being a Symbol against crime is just putting on a Suit and going galavanting off into ther Streets, You'll Get yourself killed!. the Vigilante gritted her teeth under her face mask as she stood up, "I Know the Risks, I know the Danger, I know what would happen to me if I took this life!", "You Would Just throw away your Life to B3ecome a Vigilante, Why?! WHat Are You an Idiot!?", the Vigilante's Voice partly broke when she yelled, "Because of What they DId to my MOTHER!.

The Knight just tood there, Partly calm, partly Frozen.

Flashback to 30 years ago
Chicago National Bank

Marcus and his Mother were visiting the Chicago National Bank, it was a sunny day in chicago, the city was bustling and everyone was feelign fairly cheery. Marcus and his mother walked up the steps to the large bank, Marcus marveled at the long stone steps as they walked into the bank. Marcus' mother turned to him, "we'll just be here a minute marc, then we'll go to visit your father at work". Marcus smiled, "Okay mama", Marcus said with a childish grin as they stood and got in line. a few minutes of waiting in line, Marcus turned when he heard a loud bang and a gunshot. he saw 3 men in black ski masks enter the bank. "NO ONE MOVE", he said as everyone stood still, Marcus' mother quickly shuffled over and pushed Marcus behind a Counter. one of the Robber's looked at Marcus' Mother, "I SAID NO MOVING B*TCH", he sai as he raised his Rifle and fired at Marcus' mother. Marcus' ears ringed, causing him to cover them, he squinted as he looked around, only to se his mother saying on her side on the floor, bleeding. "MAMA!"

the Knight kept a cold but calm stature, but underneath the Suit Marcus' face was processing this. he Finally peered down at the Vigilante and asked,
"What's your Name?", the Vigilante didn't meet eye contact with him, "Lawbringer.....Or just, Anna". The Knight nodded slightly, "You're willing to become a Symbol, not just a Vigilante.". the GIrl looked up at him, partly tear filled eyes, and nodded. The Knight nodded in response, The Knight then put his left arm aroun the Vigilante and shot the grappel with his right gauntlet, pulling them onto the roof.
Lawbringer and The Knight stepped onto the roof, Knight stepped into the center of the roof and pressed a few buttons on his gauntlet.

"where's your parents Anna", in a lower and rough Voice Lawbringer said, "My Dad Died while on Active Duty when i was 3, My mom died from a robber in our houses when i was 12". The Knight raised his head and turned to Lawbringer, ""where do you live?", "chicago wharf, in an abandoned Shipping hangar. It'sa fine most nights, however I do use the basement of it during Winter". The Knight nodded in response, he lowered his gauntlet and approached Lawbringer, "Would you be willing to train from me, and learn to improve your Capabilities?" , Lawbringer looked the Knight straight in the eyes and said;
"....I'd like nothing more". just then the Knight's VTOL landed behind him, as the Cockpit opened showing the 4 seats of it, Knight turned 180 degrees and peered to his Right at Lawbringer,

"come with me".

Lawbringer nodded and ablidged, climbing into the Co - Pilot seat of the Knight's VTOL, Knight climbed into the Pilot seat and flew the VTOL off back to the Domain.

Knight's Domain

The Knight flew the VTOL over the concealed spot in Johnson park, waiting for the VTOL platform to become visible and landing the VTOL down on it. the VTOL platform lowered, once it was below the surface the concealed hangar door closed. Lawbringer looked around taking off her mask, Anna observed the intricate workings of the VTOL. Anna looked at the Knight, he stared at the Monitor on the VTOL as the Radar and Statistics changed. Anna turned her head to the The Knight, "Where are you taking us?", "My Base of Operations; My friend nicknamed it 'The Knight's Domain' ". the VTOL finally lowered down and stopped, the top of the VTOl opened and The Knight climbed out, with Anna following him. they entered the Large main room, Knight pressed a button on his left gauntlet, causing the series of white Lights to turn on. The Knight walked over to the Armor Containment Pod, Anna stopped by the large Computer. "who are you?", the Knight simply stepped into the Armor Containment pod as it closed.

Anna raised an eyebrow as the edges of the Pod doors shined with a blue light, after the ambient sound stopped Marcus stepped out and approached Anna. "I'm Marcus Branston". Anna's eyes grew slightly wide, "You're one of the Head CEOs of the Cryotech Corporation". Marcus nodded, "Surprised you knew that, Since I don't really interact or go about Company business". Anna shrugged as she set her mask down on a nearby Table, "I've Made it a Task to know he Ins and Outs of Chicago, Your Father Thomas Branston also works with you" Marcus nodded. "speaking of which", Marcus pressed a button on his High tech watch, then spoke into it. "Sanza, be a dear and Send my Father down will you", [Of Course sir]. Anna raised an eyebrow, "Sanza is an Artificial Intelligence we use to Manage things around here, She's pretty Advanced". Marcus rubbed his chin peering at the mask, he turned slightly then said, "We'll get a Place set up for you. Do you have anything to change into, if not we could always scrape up something", "I have stuff back at the Wharf Warehouse". Marcus nodded, "I'll have Sanza gather the items, in the meantime-".

Marcus was interrupted by his Father walking in through the Door, Thomas peered at Anna and chuckled. "I see you've reconsidered the Idea of a protege", Marcus sighed internally, "And this is My grand ol' Father, Thomas Branston". Thomas walked Over to Marcus and Anna, walking down a few steps and approaching Anna. Thomas extended his hand, which Anna returned with a Handshake, "welcome Dear, I'm Thomas". Thomas squinted to see the now visible Black Eye Anna has gotten on her right eye, Thomas raised his eyebrow and Turned to Marcus. "You didn't rough the Girl up first did you?". Marcus sighed, Anna laughed a but, "Long Story, We'll Tell you later. Dad could you get Her set up with a Room upstairs. I'll have Sanza sent our for her Clothing Articles". Thomas nodded, "right away, Follow me Ms...", "Lawson", "Ms Lawson, Lovely name". Anna followed Thomas up the stairs and out of the Domain, Marcus turned and sat down at the Knightcomputer. [I'll send out a KnightDrone to the Wharf to gather Anna's Items]. Marcus sighed, 'he' named the Drones "KNIGHTdrones?", [You Father does take pride in branding your Alter-ego], "Yes, I can see".

Training Room

Anna quickly lunged downard at practice Android, sweepign it off it's feet and onto it's back, she then administered a Hard punch to it's plastic jaw, making it's eyes go read. Marcus, who was standing outside of the marke dtrainign area nodded, "good, now do an over the shoulder take down" . Anna nodded, as another Android entered the trainign area, the Android lunged to grab anna, but she dodged out of the way, grabbing one of it's arms and heaving it over her back and shoulder, knocking it down onto it's stomach, she then used an armbreaker move, the android simulated having it's arm broke and it's eyes turned red. Marcus nodded, "good, now let's simulate a Heavy set". He said as an Android with a large amount of Bulk entered the ring.

Anna concentrated, the Android was to simulate one of the heavier goons that lurked Chicago, large muscles, hard swings, She needed to be careful. the Large Android swung At Anna with a hard Punch, Anna ducked under and grabbed into it's arm, then used her legs to grab onto the Android's Bicep, and used an elbow breaker move. the Android simulated it's arm being broke as Anna dropped off it. the Android charged at Anna, Anna dodged out of the way,. then used both of her Batons to form her staff, the Adnroid then lunged at Anna again. Anna swung the Staff horizontally, hitting the Android in the face, Anna then hit the Android with a Flurry of swings knocking it's focus off balance. Anna stuck the Staff into the ground and used it as leverage to Kick the Android hard in the chest, knocking it on it's back as the Adnroid's eyes went red. Anna took a breather as she disassembled her staff.

Marcus clapped a few times, "Well, There goes Tier 1 of Training done", Anna droppe ddown from the training Area. "Out of how many?", "50". Anna gave a stunned yet unsuprised face as she followed Marcus. "what's next?", Marcus walked back into the Main Room of the Knight's Domain and sat down at the Knightcomputer and pulled up a Picture of Roman Sionis. "I believe you Know Roman sionis, better known as Black Mask". Anna raised her eyebrows, "Black Mask? never heard of him", Marcus raised an eyebrow, "that was Joke......I was joking". Marcus gave out a sarcastic laugh as Anna shook her head, "so what about Sionis?", "recently His Gang has been appearing in Gotham, He's expanding but for what Purpose I don't know". Anna raised an eyebrow, "so, what does that mean?", Marcus pulled up a Picture of a Very Famous city,

"Simple, We're going to Gotham to Stop His Purge in Chicago".

Marcus turned off the Computer and started walking over to the Armor Containment Pod, "Get changed out of your raining clothes, I've made some upgrades to your Suit to better equip you for what we'll face". Anna raises an eyebrow as she dried her sweat off with a Towel, "You upgraded my suit last night? Do you ever sleep". Marcus entered the pod and turned around, holding his arms up, "sleep is Overrated" Marcus said as the Pod containment doors closed. Anna shrugged as she headed upstairs to change.

20 Minutes later

The Knight Began typing at the Knightcomputer (standing up since the sheer weight of the Armor would crush the suit), as Lawbringer came walkign in, in her new suit. Her suit was much more Armored from what She'd been wearing just a night ago. The Knight turned halfway to Anna, "ready to go?" The Knight asked. Lawbringer tightened her gauntlet a bit, "yes, a quick question". The Knight remained silent, "why take me out ona Mission so soon?", The Knight began Walking twoards the VTOl Hangar, "You're much more skilled than I anticipated, aswell, You know how to Handle Black Mask Thugs, that what we'll be facing in Gotham. Now let's move out". Lawbringer nodded as she followed The Knight to the VTOL.

The Knight's VTOL Flew low over a Long abandoned Apartment building, hovering closed to the Rooftop whilst not being dangerously close. The VTOL top opened and Lawbringer and The Knight climbed out, dropping safely onto the Roof. the VTOL closed up and Flew off into the seeable Distance. The Knight walked to the Edge of the Apartment building, gazing at the wondrous skyline of Gotham. Lawbringer walked up to the edge on the right side of The Knight. "So, Where do we go?", "Black Mask has several different Safe houses spanning across the entirety of Gotham, If we're going to track him down we're going to need to question some of his thugs". The Knight turned to Lawbringer, pressing a button on his Gauntlet and displaying a small Holographic gotham with some red dots on different parts.

"these points here are where hsi Men collectively like to meet, We'll start at the One near the Industrial District", Lawbringer nodded in response. The Knight cut the hologram and turned back to the Gotham skyline, "though when we're goin on our Manhunt for Black Mask, we're going to need to be careful", Lawbringer raised an eyebrow "why?", "The Batman, along with Robin, Red Robin, batgirl, and many other Heroes Patorl the city. I don't know how they'll take to Two new Heroes going about beating down criminals and questioning them". Lawbringer Nodded, The Knight reached into his Utility belt and Handed lawbringer some Knight Darts, "Here, I've attached a Dart Launcher to your Left gauntlet, Use them with Consideration". Lawbringer accepted the Darts, Loading an electrical shock one into her Dart Launcher, "Alright, Thanks". The Knight nodded, as he Shot his Grapple, then stood for a minute. "I've also Put a grapple on your Utility Belt, Use with Caution" The Knight finished as he was pulled off the Building. Lawbringer reached into her belt and inspected the Grapple hook, she pointed it towards the Building The Knight grappled off to and Shot it, then hit the Release pulling her off. "oh God i really Should've Practiced this" She muttered under her breath as she was pulled onto the Rooftop.

The Knight along, with Lawbringer following close behind, are quickly moving along the rooftops of Gotham towards the Industrial District. Even though they are Sprinting, and jumping over the Rooftops, THey don't make too much noise as the City's loud Ambient sounds mask their footsteps. The Knight stops at an edge of a large apartment building, taking as knee and looking at anindustrial lot below, Lawbringer stands besides him. "there they are" The Knight says as he gestures toa group of Black Mask Gang members bwlow. "whats the plan, none of them have guns", "Grappel to the metal balconey and stay hidden, I'll glide overhead and release a Distractionary explosive, once it goes off and knock them out of focus, we'll move in. Leave one concious for interrogation". Lawbringer nods as she shoots her grapple hook and glides over and down to the Metal balconey overlooking the group of Black Mask members.

The Knight locks his metal cape together and starts to glide down, The Knight glides until he's only at about 20 feet above the black mask members, who don't seem to realize he's above them. the Knight grabs a distractionary explosive and drops it down, one of the Gang members yells "what the hell is that?!", as the Explosive goe off catchign them offguard and temprarily blinding them. The Knight drops down onto a nearby truck, crushing it's hood, then lunges forward as he begins to go to work, Lawbringer forms her staff and dropps down onto a Black Mask member knocking him out. The Knight grabbs one black mask member and knees him in the stomach, then grabs him and throws him into two of his friends, Lawbringer yells, "heads up!" as she kicks a Black Mask member over to The Knight, who punches him accross the jaw and heaves him over his shoulder, then stomps straight on his chest knocking him out. Lawbringer jabs a Black Mask member in the stomach with her staff, then swings doward knocking the black mask member down. she then swings horizontally hitting a black member upside the head and forcing him to fall back into the truck, as the Black Mask member looks up Lawbringer holds the end of her staff nar his Larynx.

"It's over, Yield", the Black Mask member holds his hands up as The Knight grabs him by the neck.

The Knight throws the Black Mask member to the ground on his back, then puts a boot near his throat and presses down, leavng enough room for the Black Mask member to breath. "Where is Black Mask?", the Black Mask member coughs "Where do you think?", "there are Multiple safehouses around Gotham where he stays". the Black Mask member hacks, "got o hell". "I need to know where he is and you're going to tell me, The Amount of pain you endure before that is your choice" The knight says as he presses against the Black Mask Member's Larynx, "I have my foot up against your Larynx, if you don't want me to crush it like a tin can, I'd say where He's staying at". The Gang member grabs at The Knight's boot, "Okay Okay! I don't know where he is, but he stops in his office near Grande Avenue at around 12 at night. Now will you let me go". The Knight takes his boot off of the Black Mask member, then grabs him by the collar and punches him, sending his head into the truck door and knocking him out cold.

The Knight turns to Lawbringer, "We're heading to grande Avenue" he says as he starts walkign away, "rightio Boss"

7:30pm

The Knight and Lawbringer make it safely to Grande avenue, To avoid detection they remain on the top of a large Skyscraper along the Grande Avenue intersection. Lawbringer looks at the large amount of Skyscrapers, "alot of Skyscrapers around here Knight, Any idea as to know which one Black Mask will be in?". The Knight also scans his eyes along the skyscraers nearby, before contacting Sanza, "Sanza, I need you to scan and read all of the Skyscrapers along Grande Avenue for any Connection to Black Mask", [of Course Sir, Give me a moment]. The Knight waits while his AI companion scans the Skyscrapers, Sanza reports in, [The Markcaster Skyscraper, on the Northern end of the Grande Avenue, Black Mask's schedules report that he's stoping in earlier today because of an incident with a Vigilante known as "red Hood"]. The Knight nods, "thank you Sanza", "who's Red Hood?", "Affiliate of the Batman who died, came back, tried to kill batman, then went back to beign an affiliate. I'll give you a debrief after this". Lawbringer nods as The Knight glides over to the Markcaster skyscraper with Lawbringer following behind him. The Knight grapples and on the egde of one of the building's outcroppings, Lawbringer g swings with her grapple and lands on it. "what now?", "use the Ducks and get an overhead view of his office, I'll go in through the window". The Knight carefully opens the Office window as Lawbringer carefully entered the grate, The Knight closes the window and enters the pitch black Office. The Knight remains in the dark corner left of the entrance door as Lawbringer stays overhead and peers through a grate.

2 Hours Later....

Black Mask walked into his office, 2 Black mask Gang Body Guards following him. Black Mask's light switch was at his desk, walkign into his office he had no fear and proudly talked to his body guards. "you see boys, the Red Hood is nothing but a zombie freak..." Black Mask heard no response from his guards as he sat down, "putting a bullet in his Stupid Red Head will be easier than- Oh" Black Mask said, partly cut off when he saw his two bodyguards unconcious at The Knight's feet, The Knight staring Black Mask down. Black Mask stared coldy at the Knight, "I was Expecting The Red Hood, or atleast the Batgirl, or someone from gotham, "You Should'e expected Harder when you sent your worthless scum to Try and Purge Chicago of Heroes". Black Mask simply sat back in his chair, "you must be The Knight, I've heard about you". The Knight stayed silent, "Crushing Crime In Chicago from 75% down to 23%. in what? 8 - 9 years?-" "5, Plus the extra 5 I've been watching Over as It's guardian". Black Mask whistled, "boy It must be fun in Chicago, even with the Army of Groupies the Bat can't stop Crime in Gotham, only quarantine it at a certain level. You however, You're something more". "I'm Here to Bring you in Black Mask", Black Mask chuckles, "And Here is where we reach a fork in ther road, I'm not going to Jail but you think you can take me. Tell me, big man in a suit, take that away and what are you? Knighty boy". "Master of more thasn Half of the Fighting Styles on Earth, COmbat Expert, Engineer, Right now I know 9 different ways i Can easily break your spinal cord and put you on a feeding tube for the rest of your life". The Knight saw Black Mask's eyes widen ever so slightley, "Don't mistake me, Sionis, I'm not the Batman, And I don't kill. But I know Ways to put you out of Criminal activity for the rest of your life". Black Mask quickly reached into his Desk Drawer and pulled out a 500. Revolver and pointed it straight at The Knight's head.

"Let's put it this way, I put one right through your eyes, No armor wil protect-" The Knight grabbed Black Masks' collar with one hand, pulling him over onto his desk, the other hand grabbed the barrel of his Revolver. with a slight grasp, The Knight bent the Revolver's barrel beyond use, then stared Straight at Black Mask, "The Lenses are Bulletproof by the way". The Knight tossed Black Mask over behind him and turned to the crimelord on the floor. Black Mask stood up, "Do You even comprehend Who I am whelp, I am ROMAN SIONI-" Black Mask was cut off when Lawbringer dropped infrom the Ventilation shaft above knocking him to the floor on his back, Lawbringer took out one of her batons and cracked Black Mask on the side of the head, Knocking him out. Lawbringer stood up and stepped off Black Mask, "Looks like the Job is Done Boss", The Knight nodded, "One more thing".

A few Minutes after the Knight and Lawbringer's departure from the Skyscraper, The GCPD wehere called to a call about the Criminal known as Black Mask. Police arrived to see Black Mask tied up against a Lamppost, with a Shield Insignia in permanent Ink on Black Mask's Forhead. on a Rooftop Above a Gotham protector notices this and Decides to Approach the Duo about it before they Depart Gotham.

The Knight Grappled up and glide landed safely on the roof of one of the Highest Towers in Gotham, Wayne tower. Lawbringer grunted as she grabbed onto the building edge, then pulled herself up. "Why *wheez* exactly did we have to go... *pant* up here?". The Knight gazed down at the City Lights of Gotham, "Secluded area, safe enough to talk and discuss". There was a tone in The Knight's Voice, Lawbringer caught onto this, He was hinting at something. "And what would you liek to talk about, now that we're 2 or so miles out of earshot?". The Knight turned back slightly to Lawbringer, "Oh It wasn't Something I needed to discuss with you". Lawbringer raised an eyebrow, "then, Who?". The Knight gestured back with his shoulder, "The Batfamily affiliate who's been Stalking us for the Better part of an hour". Lawbringer gave a slightly suprised face as The Knight turned 180 twoards the Shadow covered room. "Come On Out, We aren't Hostile". The person chuckled, the Out stepped none other than Nightwing, in his blueclad suit.

"You're good", The Knight turned towards Nightwing, Lawbringer stepped beside The Knight, "You have to be When you're tasked to Defend an Entire City". Nightwing walked over to a large ventilation box and leaned against it, We'd recieved a Report of a VTOL Landing in Gotham, and Two Masked Figures who'd exited headign towards Gotham's Grande Avenue. Bats Sent me to overwatch, See if you were friend or foe, after You uncovered Black Mask's proxy gang war in chicago and apprehended him, I'd say You're a friendly if I Ever saw one. May I have the pleasure of Knowing your names?". "I'm The Knight, Based in CHicago City, The Young Lady to my Right is my associate/partner". "I'm Lawbringer, Chicago City as he said". Nightwing nodded in response, "well B-man told you if You ever need some help in Gotham, Just Give 'em a whirl". Nightwing took out a strange call device and tossed it to the Knight, who caught it in his left Hand, Nightwing walked towards the edge of the skyscraper, "I've Gotta Go, Good luck in Chicago" night wing said as he jumped off the egde with a flip, the Sound of a Grapple was heard afterwards.

The Knight took one more look at the Device before handing it over to Lawbringer, "Keep an Eye on this, We'll have the contact frequency synced into the Knightcomputer when we get back". Lawbringer took the device and placed it in her belt, "Sure thing. Isn't It cool that BATMAN Of all people noticed us". The Knight walked towards the edge of the skyscraper as he typed something in on the keypad on his gauntlet, "I'd appreciate it if you Didn't turn into a Batfamily Fangirl". Lawbringer was a bit stunned at the accusation, "what? I'm not Fangirling!", "it Seems you just did", "No I didn't", "whatever Makes you Sleep at Night sunshine". Lawbringer sighed as the VTOL started to fly in their Direction, "Just Have to be Cynical, Don'tya?", "I believed That was Humor". The VTOL Landed as The Knight and Lawbringer climbed in, "It's probably best to Leave the Interrogation and 'Larynx crushing', and not Humor on you Resume, For Future Refrence". The Knight pressed a Button and fired up the VTOL Thrusters, "probably for the best, Yeah" The Knight commented as the VTOL Hatch closed.

Marcus sat at the Knight computer, Typing code and new Contingency plans for worst case scenarios. Next to the Knight Computer was a large Plexi Glass container, in it was an Armor Stand with a New Knight Suit that Marcus' father developed for him. Marcus was typing a new Contingency plan, one Marcus Never thought He'd be prepared to write, nor needed to write. Marcus called the Contingency plan "Knightfall", It would act as a 'Just in case' Contingency plan incase Marcus were to Die. Marcus took a deep breath, and began typing, Writing exactly what Sanza would enact and who would take the Heir to the Armor.

8:30am

Marcus Stood in the Knight's Domain training room, Wearing the new Suit of Armor, adjusting the gaunlets to Marcus' frame aswell as other pieces. Anna was in her trainign gear, practicing fighting aganst a training dummy, practicing mostly Unarmed combat with a bit of staff play here and there. Marcus finally Adjusted the suit, He pulled over the Durable Mask and pulled over the Hood, the Mask had excellent Ventilation, an Undeniable Intention by Marcus' Father. Marcus pressed a button on the suit's Gauntlet, "Bring out a test android, Lead pipe". an Android was dropped from a hatch in the ceiling, carrying an L pvc pipe, the Android stood up and took a swing at Marcus. Ma4rcus blocked the swing and quickly broke the android's grip on the pvc pipe, then thrusted the pipe in it's stomach knocking them off focus, then finished him off by jabbing an elbow down into the Android's back. Marcus nodded, then noticed Anna was watching from the end of the Training area.

"Can I help you?", "I Like the new suit". Marcus pressed a button and a robotic arm came and dragged the android and the pvc pipe into a hatch in the floor. "much ablidged", Anna slid under the ropes seperating the training area and droped onto the floor, "so, Where we headin' next boss?". Marcus took off the hood and mask part of the armor and gestured Anna to follow, they arrived at the Knight computer and Marcus pulled up a map of Chicago, various Red dots on several building and back alleyways.

"I have a Mission i need you to take care of Anna", Anna gave a suprised face, "wait, you mean me?, alone?", "yes. I need to Investigate the person who Paid Black Mask a handsome sum of 500,000 Dollars to Purge Chicago of Heroes. Currently All readings show the Industrial District, need to do this alone. While I'm off I need you to Patrol and Look over Chicago...". Marcus stood up and extended a hand to Anna, "can you undertake this for me?". Anna responded, grabbing Marcus' hand. "You can count on me Marcus". Marcus nodded, putting on the mask and hood and becomign the Knight.

"I'll be off, feel free to Use the VTOL's Autopilot TO get around much easier" Marcus said walking up the stairs and exiting the Domain.

Sony

Sony jumped and landed mildly hard on a large Building in Manhattan, He'd so far had been taking a more quiet approach to get through New York. Sony cracked his neck a bit, looking around at the skyscraper filled New York City, He marveled at how expansive it all was. "It has to be around here somewhere" Sony said, walking towards the edge of the building he was on, the NYC Breeze catching him in the face. Sony looked about, and remembered the Address that kept circling around in his mind, 219 West 47th Street, Sony inspected the street "west 47th street, Now where is.." Sony cut himself off when he saw a large Building with a SHIELD Insignia on the front walkway leading to it. Sony gave an internal Sigh, 'Couldn't be any less Concpicuous, could you Fury', Sony walked over to a Large drainage pipe attached to the side of the building and slid down, being careful to disptribute his weight so the pipe wouldn't be damaged to much.

Sony reached the ground level, After about a good 5 minutes of waiting and sliding, Sony let go of the drainage pipe and entered the busy street. Few people paid attention to Sony, possibly due to the world they'd live in with flaming people, aliens from other planets, and Hulking green radiation monsters becoming a normality. Sony followed the crowded streets to get accross the Busy Manhattan avenue over to the Shield HQ, Whilst walking up to the Large Building Sony gazed at the Large colored Insignia carved into the ground. Mentally scoffing at the Insignia He walked through the automatic doors and over to the Receptionists Desk, Sony asked kindly, "Hello, I'm here to see Nick Fury, Could you tell me where his office is?" the Woman glanced an eyebrow before asking, "High Classified members of SHIELD are allowed to be meet by SHIELD Membe-" Sony handed her an ID card, one of the Scientists who worked at the Facility Sony was held at. the Woman took the Id card and slid it through a scanner, it passed, "one moment please". the Woman said. a SHIELD Security camera zoomed in on Sony as he waited at the desk, Hands in his pockets. a greenlight showed up on the computer.

"alright just head through the elevator, scan your ID card. You'll be taken up to the High offices to meet Mr Fury". Sony took the card and gave a nod before walking over to the Elevator, the Shield Security camera still following him. as Sony Scanned the Card at the Elevator and TOok the Elevator up, Sony had one thought on his Mind. 'Fury Knows I'm here, He'll be waiting for me at the top'. Sony snapped back to Reality just as the Elevator doors opened to a hallway on the top level. Sony exited the Elevator and followed the Hall to a large set of metal double doors, with the SHIELD Insignia on it, the Doors opened up to Reveal Nick Fury, with 6 Armed Guards behind him.

The Knight grappled up to a Large Pipe leading between two Factories, The Knight climbed up and crouched down upon the Two pipes, peering down at the Large amount of workers and factory employees moving about. The Knight looked at the Area of the Industrial yard, It was bustling with factory workers, repairmen, and Trucks moving in and out of the mechanical gate. The Knight thought back to when a Chicago gang attempted to smuggle in Bombs through the trucks moving through the Trucks moving in and out. The Knight kept low and moved along the Pipe towards the eastern factory, The Location of the High Manager's office. Back when The Knight stopped the Bomb smuggling at the Industrial District, the Head Manager promised The Knight of favir if he needed it. The Knight denied the offer, however with the circumstances of the situation, The Knight knew he needed to call it in. The Knight reached the end of the pipe and lightly dropped down on the outcropping of the stone windowsill, and lightly knocked on the window.

The Manager walked up to the window and opened the blinds, staring mildly suprised at The Knight. after 5 seconds of awkward silence, The Knight said said, "Arthur Reed?", the manager nodded, "2 years, 5 months, and 16 days ago You ofered me a favor if I ever needed it. I denied it then, BVut I'm going to need to call it in now". the Manager simply opened the window as The Knight quietly entered the office. The Manager took a step back, "what can i do for yah Knight?", "An Anonymous Dealer in Chicago had recently offered Black Mask half a million dollars to purge Chicago of criminals, the Same man has also made anonymous dealings with the Chicago Industrial Sector". The Manager's eyes widened, "hey Knight, I had No idea 'bout this, You gotta believe me". "I do, however I need to look through the Anonymous Dealings with the Chicago Industrial district to try and find any connection". The Manager gestured to the FIling cabinet behind The Knight, "it's all there, If you need anything just ask".

The Knight muttered under his breath, The Knight took an Image still before standign back up. the Manager asked, "You need anything? Copy? Extra information about soem of our other contacts?". The Knight shook his head, "No, Thanks for Your help Mr reed". the Knight opened the window, he stopped before saying, "I was never here". The Manager nodded as The Knight climbed out, closing the Window behind him, and grappled off.

Lawbringer rubbed her forehead, "does Marcus know?", [he was the first person I Notified], "Contact Marcus". Sanza's Monitor turned from bright blue to black, it then showed Marcus' commlink.

The Knight dodged out of the way of a Large ice Blast, he gave one final message to lawbringer, ["I' need to go"]. The Knight disconnected communications and he turned around, to see Killer frost standing ona Large ice trail, 10 or so feet from the building's edge. "So you're the Infamous Knight Black mask wants dead, You don't look like much", "neither do you, However appearances are decieving". Killer Frost chuckled, "You've got a hot vocabulary, Better cool you down". Killer forst shot a large ice Blast at The Knight, The Knight ducked down behind the wallon the edge of the building. Killer frost jumped over and onto the wall, she shot Ice blast where The Knight had previously ducked down, however he was not there. "hehe, Trying to play hide and seek?", Just then a Distracrionary Explosive wen toff behind Killer frost, Catching her off guard.

Killer frost rubbed and blinked her eyes trying to regain her focus, however The Knight took advantage, lunging at Killer frost, kicking her to the side. Killer frost scoffed, "wow, what manners, hitting a lady", she raised one of her hands, shooting an Iceblast at The Knight, The Knight dodged and rolled to the side, hiding be a concrete Barrier, "Stark comments will get you nowhere frost" The Knight said. The Knight quickly prepped a Flashbang and threw it over the wall at Killer Frost, Killer frost created an ice shield to protect her from the blast, stopping most of it's effects. The Knight then vaulted over the concrete barrier and Kicked through the Icebarrier, shattering it, Killer frost tried to shoot an ice blast but the Knight diverted it and Kneed Killer frost straight in the chest. The Knight grabbed Killer frost by her shoudlers and slammed her back against a concrete wall, Killer frost looked up at the Knight, "You wouldn't hit a lady, would you". The Knight stared down at Killer frost, "Justice is Indiscriminate" The Knight said before Knocking frost out with a Punch. The Knight took a breath, then contacted Sanza, [What do you need sir?].

"Contact the Police Department, tell them Killer frost is on the top of one of the Parking towers and requires immediate arrest for assualt", [yes sir]. The Knight then looked down at the unconcious Killer frost, taking out a pair of handcuffs and cuffing her hands behind her back, before heaving himself over the edge wall of the garage and grappling away.

The Knight grappled onto the roof of a Chicago apartment complex, rain starting to pour down onto the city, fitting for the fairly drasstic degree of the night. The Knight gazed at the City lights, being dimmed and covered by the rain pouring down in chicago, the Rain pattering off the plates of the Knight's armor. The long silent gaze was interrupted when The Knight was contacted by Lawbringer, The Knight connected their comms.

The Knight then stepped off the edge of the Apartment complex's roof, he formed his Cape to allow him to begin to Glide to Daley plaza. The Knight noticed while gliding towards Daley Plaza, that there were a number of Anarchy symbols on the buildigns, windows, and walls around Daley Plaza, aswell many fires in barrels were about, along with visages to Anarky as possible Tributes. The Knight landed down on the black granite rock, infront of the Large Metal Picasso statue in Daley Plaza. the Picasso was spray painted with a number of Anarchy Symbols, The Knight gazed at the statue before looking around. "Anarky, I know you're here. Come on Out". The Knight heard clapping, turning around he saw Anarky walking from behind a Pillar near the Daley Plaza skyscraper. "So the Galant Knight comes to defend the Status Quo", "Stop this Now Anarky", "or what?", "Or I'll break every bone in your Body". Anarky scoffed, "the nerve of you, Defending the corrupt and crooked officials of this city, I expected better". "I defend Justice, Unlike you, who is simply here for some misguided attempt at freedom". Anarky laughed, then from behind the other pillars, walls, tents, and corners of Daley paza, anarky's supporters revealed themselves. "You see Knight, this is a battle you cannot win, Kill Him!".

Anarky's supporters charged at The Knight, around 20 in total it was a meanacing force, however The Knight quickly threw a Distracionary Exlosive at the bulk of the horde. The Explosive went off, catching a multitude of them off guard, The Knight wen tot work lunging in to the crowd. The Knight tackled one Anarky supporter, Knocking him down and giving him punch straight to the jaw. The Knight then grabbed another Anarky supporter by the neck, pushign him into 3 more supporters knocking them all down. The Knight dodged a punch threw by one Anarky Supporter, then grabbed the man' arm with both hands and bent it the wrong way, breaking it. The Knight then grabbed the Anarky supporter and tossed him at 4 of his friends, knocking them down. The Knight then curbstomped 2 of the Knocked down Anarky supporters, knocking them out, an Anarky Supporter jumped on The Knight's back from behind,. by The Knight simply reached back and grabbed the Anarky's supporters shoulders and heaved him over his head, causing him to be thrown at a dumpster, hitting it and Knocking him out.

While The Knight began fastly taking down Anarky's men, Anarky quickly thought of a back up plan, Anarky then reached into a metal box nearby and grabbed an unlit Molotov Cocktail. Anarky Set the wragonfire, then yelled, "YOU CANNOT STOP THE REVOLUTION YOU CORRUPT DRONE". The Knight saw Anarky's molotov, then fired a Knight Dart at Molotov, Breaking the bottle and causing Anarky to be set ablaze. Anarky's supporters looked in shock, The Knight then fired a Dart at a sprinkler nozzle mounted above Anarky, breakign the nozzle and dousing Anarky with water, putting the fire out. The Knight then looked at the 6 concious Anarky supporters, "if you Don't want to end up like your leader, I'd suggest running". The Anarky Supporters bolted, scattering like rodents as they ran, vaulting over trash cans, walls, and running from Daley Plaza. The Knight then walked over to anarky, grabbing his slightly burnt red vest by the color. "it's Over Anarky" The Knight said tearing off Anarky's mask with oen hand. The Knight handcuffed Anarky to a nearby pole, "you cannot stop the Revolution", The Knight peered back at Anarky, "There is No revolution, only your vision of Grandure". The Knight then contacted Sanza, [yes sir?], "I need you to contact the Chicago Police department, tell them Anarky and 14 of his supporters are awaiting arrest. Also, call the Municipality service to clean up this graffiti", [Of couse sir]. The Knight looked back at Anarky, slumped and brooding on the ground, The Knight then shot his grapple and left Daley Plaza.

The Knight was sitting on the large Stone structure in the middle of Chicago's Central Park, currently he was discussing the recently learned Information with lawbringer.

Before Lawbringer could comment, The Knight dodged out of the way of a large Blast of fire, which burnt the rock of the Stone structure he was on. The Knight looked, "firefly". "I'll Burn you in your armor, and Turn it into an OVEN!" Firefly yelled as he hovered just infront of The Knight. Firefly then attempted to douse The Knight in flames. The Knight dodged out of the way, sliding down the structure. ["Anna I need to go"] The Knight said as he readied himself to fight Firefly. The Knight looked around, trying to spot Firefly, Firefly found him as he doused The Knight with flames from his Flamethrower. The Knight dodged out of the way, as he used the fireproofing on his cape to protect himself against the flames.

The Knight rolled out of the way, into a clearer section of the park, the Scorch marks left on The Knight's armor gave a stark contrast to the rest of his armor. The Knight looked up at Firefly, "GIve up now Firefly, You don't stand a chance". Firefly cackled, "Says the man who's armor has currently been burned quite badly, let's see how you'll stand when i TURN IT UP A NOTCH". Firefly unlocked the lock on the flamethrower and began firing a high amount of fire per second at The Knight, The Knight ducked behind a large oak tree to attempt to escape the flames. Firefly cackled, The Knight rolled out from behind the tree, firing an electrical charge Knight Dart at Firefly. Firefly evaded the dart, then fired a blast of Flames At The Knight. The Knight dodged out of the way, though a small part of his armor was lightly burned in the process. The Knight quickly dived into the large water fountain in the center of the part, using the water to allow him some protection, The Knight grappled onto firefly and pulled himself towards him. before Firefly could react, The Knight quickly grabbed one of Firefly's large gasoline tanks, ripping it out and jumping off. Firefly grunted, "YOU'LL pay for that!". Before firefly could fire anymore flames, a blast of Ice hit Firefly, then a woman jumped i the air, kicking firefly, cracking the ice but sending him crashing into a tree.

The Knight paid little attention to the woman, as he pulled out his retractable sword, lunging towards firefly. Firefly attempted to fire more flames, but The Knight cut off the front nozzle of Fireflys flame thrower, then put his sword to firefly's neck. "kill me, do it" Firefly said. "no, not even you" The Knight said, retracting the sword to it's compact form, then heading butting Firefly so hard his head smashign into the tree behidn him, breaking off a chunk of the bark. The Knight handcuffed firefly, then tipped him over onto Firefly's side, The Knight turned to the woman who'd given him some help. The Knight recognized the woman as he approached her, "you're Ic, from the JLA", "yeah, something like that". The Knight gave a slightly confused glance, "why are you all the way out here in the midwest?", "The JLA hasn't been as blind to the million dolalr bounty like other ones have, I recommended I come and give some backup". The Knight nodded slightly in response, "I'm The Knight, based here in Chicago", The Knight extended a hand. Ice returned the handshake, "I'm Ice", The Knight nodded and handed Ice and earpiece. "looks like we'll be partnered up for the night, take this. if either of us find one of the assassin's we'll contact the other so we'll attack coordinated". Ice nodded as she walked off, then started to create an ice bridge where she traveled much faster. The Knight gave a glance at the knocked out Firefly, slumped against a tree, The Knight heard the police sirens in the distance so he took the initiative, and grappled off.

Sony stood at the doorway, with a tough grimace on his face, as the red dot sights of the soldier's rifles trained on his center of mass. Nick Fury continued, "I knew you'd be here at some point". "Then you should know I'm bulletproof" Sony noticed some of the soldier's rifles shook ever so slightly. "I'm here to confront you Fury, But I'm not here for a fight", Nick Fury nodded, "and thats why your tore your way out of the facility you were kept at?". "they assumed i was a mindless monster, exactly the opposite of what i am". Nick Fury nods in response, reaching in his pocket for a cigarette, "then I'm sure you're sane enough to come back into custody, where we can properly discuss". "not gonna happen", "suit yourself. fire". The soldiers took stance and opened fire on Sony, Sony was knocked slightly off focus, but regained himself, as the bullets from the soldiers. Sony lunged forward, knocking 2 of the soldiers back with one large swing, Fury ducked out of the way, as Sony kicked one soldier into a computer monitor, Sony then grabbed the two other soldiers and heaved them off the balcony and onto the terminals and computers below. Sony looked back at Fury, Fury stood up. "hehe, you've done it now Sony, attacking Shield Operatives" Fury pressed a button on his glove requesting for reinforcements. Sony then jumped form the balcony to the lower floor below, Sony then aimed and jumped out of the windows with the shield insignia in them. Sony propelled himself over to the roof of an apartment building on the other side of the street. while running, Sony kept thinking to himself, 'Fury didn't have any answers, i could tell by his demeanor, if not fury, then who?"

The Knight grappled up to a Large crane, overlooking the Chicago Pier shipping yard. The Knight had been informed by Ice, that Copperhead was seen here, The Knight Told ice to keep looking for Deadshot and Deathstroke, He'd handle Copperhead. The Knight glided down, landing on one of the many stacks of shipping containers, The Knight peered around, Turning on his Infrared sight. The Knight caught a glimpse of a heat target on the ground below him, trying to get a better look, The Knight was caught off guard when he heard footsteps running towards him. The Knight turned, only to have Copperhead flip and Kick him off of the Stack of Containers, The Knight shoot his Grapple pulling him up onto the opposite stack of containers. The Knight turned and looked at Copperhead, "You're Copperhead?", Copperhead gave a menacing smile, "and You are The Knight". "The Criminal Database said you were a Male, not a Female". Copperhead chuckled, "as aparências podem enganar". Copperhead yelled as she ran At The Knight, The Knight attempted to throw a punch at Copperhead while she was running, however she ducked under just before it connected. Copperhead slinked around The Knight's back, striking with her poison tipped gauntlet and this time, getting a connected strike at the Knight. The Knight grunted as Copperhead jumped off, The Knight touched the stabbed area and saw blood on his fingers. "what did you do to me?" The Knight said, his voice ever so slightly cracked from the poison's effects. "Killed you" copperhead said walking to the end of the container stack, "though in the next few minutes, your body will realize it" she said jumping off. The Knight took a knee under pressure from the poison,

The Knight stumbled, the Poison was potent, if he stopped the Poison could quickly overtake him. The Knight took a breath, then got back to his feet, as he walked forward his walking wasn't as solid and intimidating as it was beforehand. The Knight stumbled once more, taking a knee, he saw a pair of legs, The Knight looked up questioningly to see his mother. "M-Mom?" The Knight said as his voice cracked a bit. "son, why are you wasting your life doing this. Youre not avenging my name you're destroying it". Before The Knight could respond his mother dissapeared in a could of black smoke. The Knight knew he wouldn't be able to grapple his way up, so he walked to the edge of the stack of containers and dropped down to a lower container, Landing with a loud thud. The Knight bit down the pain, not showing any of it, The Knight stood up to be face to face with Anna. "anna what are yo-", "You're dragging me down into your pit of Grief Marcus,. Why WHY?!" Anna dissapeared in the same could of smoke like The Knight's mother did. The Knight shook off the halucinations and dropped to the ground. The Knight walked over to the crane elevator, having to lean on the containers and slide along to regain strength.

The Knight half stumbled into the Elevator, half stumbling to the back and pushing the button, The Knight turned around. The Knight turned around to see Black Mask, Black Mask chuckled, "you never stood a chance" Sionis said as he pulled out his 500 magnum revolver and aimed it at The Knight's head. just as he pulled the Trigger, Black Mask dissapeared in the same cloud of black smoke. The elevator reached the top, The Knight stumbling out and leaning on the railing, The Knight walked up the stairs to the top of the Crane, The Knight jumped, grippign the edge of the crane box and pulling himself up. The Knight took a deep breath, taking a knee, then pushed a button on his gauntlet, "sanza, drop in the Anti-toxin", [Already there sir] Sanza said as a drop-pod dropped in, landing just infront of The Knight. The Knight placed his hand on the hand scanner, causing it to flash green and opening it. The Knight quickly took out the syringe and injected the Anti-toxin into his neck, causing the effects of the Poison to wear off. The Knight took a breath and stood up, "NO, estúpida veneno porra , You should be DEAD!". The Knight turned around to see Copperhead standing ontop of the crane arm just above him.

"Now, Let's fight, Man to Scum!" The Knight said readying himself, "homem estúpido" Copperhead said lunging forward at The Knight. The Knight prepared himself, moving just to the left and knocking Copperhead head first into the ground. Copperhead regained herself, standing up, she then delivered a large horizontal kick straight to The Knight's abdomen, The Knight caught Copperhead's leg, bringing his knee down breakign her keecap. "ARUGH!" Copperhread screamed falling back gripping her knee. he Knight then grabbed Copperhead by the collar of her jacket, and Headbutted her, Knocking her unconcious. copperhead fell to the ground. The Knight then grabbed copperhead and heaved her over her shoulder and dropped down onto the crane walkway, heading for the elevator.

2 minutes later....

Copperhead woke up, finding her Leg in a brace with gauze and a splint, and her hands cuffed behind her back to a laege crate. Copperhead looked and saw she was at the back of a Shipping container, with The Knight standing infront of her staring down. Copperhead growled, "você idiota porra , você quebrou minha perna !", "If you didn't want to broken, you shouldn't have picked a fight with me". Copperhead gave a confused look, "você fala brasileira ?", "Yes, aswell as over 25 Different Languages". "My father was the original copperhead, he retired and ended up getting killed by crimelord in south america". The Knight stopped, he recognized the accent, South American. The Knight turned around and took a few steps forward, "and you took up the mantle for him? killing, butchering", "parafuso fora , eu nunca matei, Only mained". The Knight nodded, "I'm guessing this county thats on my head was your big score?", "my sister, os senhores do crime veio à nossa casa e vencê-la para perto da morte, We didn't have enough money to stop her internal bleeding, I joined the criminal ranks to help pay for her treatment to keep her alive". The Knight glided between the skyscrapers od downtown chicago, the shining lights and noises from the city around him like a mask, concealing him. The Knight recieved a communications attempt from Ice, The Knight accepted the call.

The Knight linked to Sanza, "Sanza, Give me Ice's Location in the Trainyard now", [RIght away sir]. Sanza sent The Knight Ice's location, she was behind a concrete wall, ducking down to Avoid Deadshot's bulletfire. The Knight redirected his gliding path and headed to the Trainyard.

20 minutes later...

The Knight arrived at The trainyard, Landing on the conductor's tower, ducking down as a bullet flew through several windows , flying just over The Knight's Head. The Knight switched to Infrared, trying to look around for Ice, Sanza chimed in. [Sir, It's best not to try to stop Ice with Infrared], "why?", [Ice's body tempeture is considerably lower than most people's, She would be undetectable]. The Knight nodded, switching out of Infared mode and dropping down. The Knight dropped down onto a large shipping crate being held up by a Crane arm, just then, Deadshot's bullet wizzed through the air, hitting oen of the chain links, causing the container to fall. The Knight quickly grappled off as the Crate crashed into a train engine, then a gas conatiner, causing a large explosion. The Knight took a breath, just then he spotted Ice to the right of his ice, The Knight hurried over to Ice, staying close to the Ground. The Knight knelt down near ice, who was sitting down with her back against the wal, and strangely gripping her right bicep with her left hand. "ice, Are you alright?" The Knight asked, Ice shrugged, "Wasn't careful enough, took a bullet from Deadshot, it's lodged in my arm".

The Knight winced ever so slightly, silently, under his mask, he gestured to let Ice show him the bullet wound. Ice shook her head, "the bleeding will continue if i stop placing pressure. Anyways don't worry about me, Deadshot is located in the large bell tower accross on the other side of the Railway yard". The Knight looked at a small crack in the concrete wall, a large bell tower, old but still solid enough to allow a Mercenary sniper to camp out in. The Knight ruend his head towards Ice, "I'm going to go apprehend Deadshot, then afterwards we're takign you back to my HQ for medical treatment". Ice nodded as The Knight quickly snuck out of cover, The Knight was alerted to Deadshot's overwatch as a Sniper bullet just barely missed The Knight's head as he tried to sneak, The Knight then began to bolt through the trainyard, weavign between train cars, poles, concrete barriers, and other obstacles as Deadshot continued to Fire upon him. as The Knight dove into the trench just before the Bell tower, Deadshot fired an HP round, hitting The Knight on his right side abdomen. The Knight ducked down in The Trench, gripping his side as Blood trickled out from the bullet wound, The Knight bit down the pain as he stood up and hustled into The Bell tower.

The Knight hurried up the circular staircase, all the while biting down the immense pain from his bullet wound. Deadshot began to fire down at The Knight, Shooting the thin wooden supports on the stairs, Deadshot eventually caused the collapse of a staircase section infront of The Knight. The Knight jumped accross the space, just barely catching onto the edge of the stairs, The Knight looked and spotted Deadshot not far up the staircrase. the Knight shot his grapple, hooking around a large wooden support and carrying hik up to the same level as Deadshot, all the while one of Deadshot's bullets flying past his head. The Knight grabbed onto the wooden bannister and pulled himself up, making eye contact with Deadshot. "Give it up Lawton, and you won't have to go home with a Broken Nose", Deadshot laughed as he pulled out a semi-automatic pistol and fired directly at The Knight. The Knight lunged forward, Lawton's bulletws hitting the carbon plates directly, doign no damage. The Knight tackled Deadshot, causing them to rolled down the stairs to a flat area where 2 staircase parts meet. The Knight grabbed Deadshot's arm, twisting it behind his back, The Knight then grabbed Deadshot's head, and smahed it into the stone wall, breaking his mask. Deadshot broke The Knight's grasp, then threw a punch at The Knight, The Knight caught Deadshot's punch, then grabbed the side of Deadshots head and smashed it into a wooden support, knocking Deadshot out.

as Deadshot fell to the floor, The Knight placed a hand on the wall, Taking a few deep breaths as he grapsed his bullet wound with his other hand. The Knight pressed a button on his gauntlet, calling for the VTOL, whilst waiting for it to arrive, Sanza contacted The Knight. [Sir, your vitals are ower than they should be, are you alright?]. "one of...Deadshot's Hollowpoint rounds....slid between the carbon plates, near my abdomen, causing some damage". as The VTOl hovered near the bell tower, The Knight grappled onto it and pulled himself out of one of the windows, climbing and pulling himself into the pilot's chair. The Knight flew the VTOL over to Ice, where he half stumbled out of The VTOL chair and helped Ice into the VTOL, The Knight climbed in and flew off. Ice peered down at The Knight's right hand, which was still on his right side, "...are you alright?", The Knight peered slighty over at ice, then continued to keep his eyes forward. "Deadshot's hollowpoint...made it in between the Carbon Fiber plates on my suit and pierced the kevlar carbon fiber undersuit...causing minor damage". "Minor Damage?! You're bleeding all over your seat". The Knight shook his head slightly, "it comes with the job....We'll get you patched up back at my HQ.....and I think after how you've helped me, I can trust you with my identity?". The Knight peered over at ice, Ice nodded solemnly.

Lawbringer heard as the VTOL Landed in the hanger area, she slid back on the computer chair as she stood up to walk Over to the VTOL entrance, to See Ice helping The Knight out, The Knight gripping at his side with heavy bleeding occuring.
"What Happened?!" Anna Asked with a worried look on her face. The Knight kept his Demeanour., "Ice was shot By Deadshot, She needs medical attention". Ice shook her head, "Yeah I was shot in the arm, you took a gut shot". Anna tooka look at the blood on The Knight's armor, a contrast of the armor's Whitish/gray color with the Red Blood was a stark difference. Anna quickly called out, "Sanza we have Two Medical Patients for the Clinic", [Right away Miss]. The Knight kept standing upright as he walked, still supproted by Ice, accross the Domain and through the hallway. The Knight gestured with his head to a room just to the left, "there". Ice quickly turned and walked into the fairly High tech Medical Clinic. She helped The Knight over to a Medical Chair where Anna gestured her to set him down, The Knight groaned sitting down, The Knight grabbed Ice's free wrist and unaudibly told her to Sit down in one of the other chairs. ice nodded, placing her hurt arm on the Armrest where tiny robotics arms started to place pressure and bandage up Ice.

Thomas Walked in, dressed in a blue Surgeon's appron, with blue plastic gloves, and a face mask. Thomas took one look at Marcus' Injury, "yep, You're gonna need to hop on the bed marc", The Knight Nodded, getting up strainfully from the chair and getting onto one of the four hospital beds. Thomas went to the other side of the bed, giving Ice a view of Marcus' face when The Knight took off the mask. 'Marcus branston? the Robotics tech guy? never thought' Ice thought as she peerd over at The Knight. Thomas placed a plastic mask with a tube connected on Marcus' face, to Marcus' Disapproval. "Listen Son, if you don't want to take an early slumber you're gonna need to go under". Marcus nodded as Thomas put the mask on him and applied anestetic. Thomas walked over to the side of Marcus that had the still bleeding wound and removed Marcus' hand. "Hollow point around, hit the kevlar just at the right angle to pierce it. Gonna need to improve the undersuit in the next model" Thomas audibly noted. Anna alked to the opposite side of the bed, peering down at Marcus, "is he going to be alright?". Thomas chuckled whilst applying alchohol and Gauze, "I've patched him up so many times I know the sight of his blood better than mine". Thomas reached over and started to stitch up Marcus' wound, The robotic amrs stopped holding Ice's amr in place and allowed her to get up, Icerolled out her arm a bit. Thomas finished patching up Marcus' placing an outer bandage to support his wound, Thomas placed the gloves in a trash can and went over to the sink.

Thomas peered over at ice, "You're that one Lady Sanza Mentioned, From the JLA?" Thomas asked. ice nodded, "I'm ice, My actual Name Is ora Olafsdotter". Thomas recognized the slight accent on Ice, drying his hands he half turned to ice, "you from Norway, right?", Ice nodded. Thomas threw the towel down a chute where it'd be proccessed by the Domain's systems and wound be cleaned. "I'm Thomas Branston, head of Cryotech, and unofficially the Helper of 'The Knight' ". Thomas stopepd turning and pointed at ice, "it's a secret, no telling" he said ina half joking manner. Ice gave a half smile and nodded, "of course sir". Thomas walked out of The Clinic, with Ice following behind. Anna sat in the chair besides Marcus' bed, solemly staring at The man, his head propped up, with his mask off, She looked at the cuts, scrapes, and burns from The Knight so far on his suit.

Anna rester her head on the edge of the mattress, eventually falling alseep. an Hour Later, Marcus woke up.

Marcus awoke, his head pounding from the amount of pain hitting him as soon as he awoke, though the after effects of the anestetic were still lingering, and relieved most of the pain. Marcus sat up shaking his head a but, he looked to his Right to see Anna fallen asleep in the chair with her head resting on the Clinic's bed. Marcus quietly slid off the bed and stood up, a bit wobbly at first though he managed to hold it together. Marcus looked around, the clinic was empty except for Him and Anna, Marcus looked at the Digital clock resting on the Clinic's counter.

Marcus sighed and walked out of the Clinic, the audible steps waking up Anna, Marcus turned and walked into the Main Room of the Domain. Marcus saw His Father, Thomas, and Ice at The Knightcomputer looking at a News feed. Marcus walks over, THomas and Ice with their eyes locked onto The Monitor, not hearing Marcus Approach. Marcus walked to the right side of Ice who was sitting in the Knightcomputer's chair, and Thomas standing on her left. Marcus asked, [color=#FF0000"what's the News Feed about"[/color], Ice half jumped from Marcus seemingly showing up out of nowhere and Thomas nonschalauntly peered over at Marcus, "Slade is in Chicago". Marcus' eyes widened slightly as he looked at the News report.

Chicago, Shipping Yard

The Police surrounding the Shipping yard were shaken and tense, the Fact that the World's Most Notorious Mercenary was lingering within firing range, that 7 officers were slashed and taken down without trouble, scared them. The Commissioner stood by the Police Blockade, He stared at the hood of a Police Cruiser, both hands on the hood. The Commissioner tooka deep breath, then looked up with many officers as the Sound of Jet Engines, and a Large VTOL flew overhead, it flew by then left, but a Figure jumped and glided from the VTOL. The Commissioner sighed in relief as a few Police cheered in Righteous Anger.

The Knight landed ona lower Shipping container, The Shipping yard dark, besides the floodlights spread out accross the yard. The Knight looked around, Blood splattered on one container, and the sight of a Dead officer in the corner of his eye. The Knight took a breath, "Come on out Slade, You can't Hide anymore". The Knight heard a laugh, "I'm Right here Knight!".

Knighthunt: Deathstroke

The Knight turned as Deathstroke leaped down at The Knight, getting ready to swing his Metal Staff. The Knight rolled out of the way, Deathstroke landing with a hard clang on the Shipping container. Deathstroke turned to the Knight, "Attrition form this entire Night will be your Death Knight", "I'll give you one Chance to back out Wilson", Deathstroke laughed as he lunged forward, swinging hsi staff. The Knight blocked the horizontal swing with the armored back of his right gauntlet, Setahstroke began to send a flurry of swings at The Knight, the Knight quickly and Carefully blocking them. Deahstroke kicked The Knight square in the side, the Knight backed against a Shipping container, landing hard against it.

Deahstroke Jabbed his Metal Staff at The Knight's neck, The Knight Ducked, qucikly grabbing Deathstroke's shoulders. The Knight kneed Deathstroke hard in chest, letting go as Deathstroke was forced back. The Knight grabbed hold of Deathstroke's Staff, Deathstroke regained himself and drop kicked The Knight, The Knight rolled back as Deathstroke lunged at Him Again. The Knight quickly blocked Deathstroke's swings as they came, keeping calm and being sure to be aware, The Knight was kicked by Deathstroke, hitting the same container harder. The Knight and Deathstroke looked up as a container ontop of the one The Knight hit came falling down, Deathstroke rolled out of the way as it fell. The Knight then kicked deathstroke hard, having caught him off guard, Deathstroke fell between the container stack and another one. Deathstroke quickly, while falling, wedged his staff inbetween the gap, allowing him to swing himself back up. The Knight peered down to try and spot Deathstroke, Only to be kicked by both of Deathstroke's fee,t sending him flying back.

The Knight Slid down a container that had been knocked out of place by the fallen one, flipping forward and landing on his Arms and Knees. The Knight stood up as Deathstroke landed infront of him, Both men locked eyes. The Brisk air of The Night sky around them, Both men locked eyes, knowing both were evenly matched, and that a single slip up could mean their doom. Deathstroke unsteathed his sword and lunged at the Knight, beginning a new Onslaught of Swings with his sword, quicker that the staff. The Knight blocked the sword swings that came at him, being aware and careful of Deathstroke's swings. Deathstroke, tired and frustrated, swung down horitontally at The Knight, The Knight carefully caught the blade between his hands, then kicking Deathstroke hard in the chest, forcing Deathstroke back. Deatstroke stood up, The Knight took a breath as he took out the hilt to his sword, and with the click of a button, extended the blae to full length. Deathstroke chuckled, "now this is getting fun".

Deathstroke and The Knight foguht, sword to sword, the clanging and Clashing of Blades echoing through out the trainyard. The Two men eventually locked blades, their faces just inches from each other. Deathstroke laughed, "Give it up boy, this fight was over before it began. "If that were true, I would've been dead 5 minutes ago", The Knight said, Kneeing Deathstroke straight in the chest. Deathstroke was caught offguard, close to taking a Knee, The Knight the wound up a strike. The Knight spun to gain inertia, then with his elbow and the hilt of his sword, hit deathstroke hard straight in the face, knocking off his mask. Deathstroke gritted his teeth as he lunged at The Knight, attacking viviously and violently, more than before. The Knight was forced back, eventually to a large gap between Two containers. The Knight flipped bakcwards, Deathstroke threw his sword in an attempt to hit The Knight. Deathstroke's Sword missed The Knight by inches as The Knight landed taking a knee. Deathstroke's sword flew, hitting the chain holding upa container full of volatile substances, sending it falling. The container fell, hitting two Large Propane tanks, causing them to explode makign a huge eruption.

Deathstroke and The Knight were thrown back from the Explosion, The Knight hitting a container before landing behidn it, and Deathstroke beign sent flyign to where they were fighting before. The Knight regained focus moments later, hooting his Grapple and climbing to a Higher Container stack to gain more view of the situation. The Knight saw the area of effect of the explosion, with entire Containers being moved, The Knight jumped and glided over to where he and Deathstroke previously fought. The Knight landed, and between a space inbetween two Containers, Deathstroke's mask laid down, faced upwards. Deathstroke's sword went through the one eyehole in the mask. The Knight took Deathstroke's blade inspecting it and placing it into a hilt spot on his Utility belt, he then picked up Deathstroke's mask. 'Deathstroke Left this hear as a Token of Mutual Respect'.

The Knight quickly linked communications with the Commissioner's Radio, the Commissioner answered.

The Knight grappeled up to his VTOL as it hovered over him, The Knight climbed in, Placing Deathstroke's Sword and Mask on the pilot seat. The Knight Took control and switched the VTOL out of Hover mode as he piloted off back to The Knight's Domain, The Knighthutn ended as the Sun arose in the distance.

Marcus' father interrupted the conversation when he quickly, and , most notably fearfully, COntacted Marcus. [Son, Quickly, Turn on the Channel 9 News].

Marcus gave a Stark, Angered face, Thomas chmined in again. ["What are you going to do Marcus?"], "I'm going to Go Down there, and Stop Him" Marcus said as he stood up and walked over to the Armor Container. Marcu stepped in, turned around, extended his arms and the doors closed. Anna quickly came rushing out of the Hallway, half dawned in her Lawbringer suit, Marcus walked out in the Powered Knight suit. "I'm Goi-", "No You're not". The Knight said walking to the VTOl Hangar, Anna grabbed his left wrist, forcing him to turn alightly around to her. "You'll need some sort of back up, Let me operate the VTOL and give you backup where you need it". The Knight paused for a second, then nodded his head, giving her the go ahead, The Knight and Lawbringer cimbed into the VTOL. "When I bail out of the VTOL, keep at a Distance, I'll message you if i need Air Support". Lawbringer Nodded as she buckled up. The Knight wasted no time, switching the VTOl into hover mode and blasting up and out of the VTOL exit.

The VTOL shot through the Chicicago Air, The Kngiht radioed to Sanza, "Sanza Link me to the Commissioner", [Yes sir]. After a Mnute The Knight heard, ["Dispatch this is the commissioner, who is-"], "John It's me", ["Knight, Thank God, THis guy is tearing through everyone"], "I'll stop him, Keep your men at a Distance, This is going to get rough". The Knight the hovered The VTOL Near Chicago's grande Avenue, The Knight climbed out onto the wing, nodding to Lawbringer who climbed over into the Pilot's seat. The Knight then dropped off from the VTOL, falling in an aerodynamic Position, "Activate propulsion Jets" The Knight said. The small Jets activated and the Knight's Metal Cape locked up, slowing The Knight's Descent. The Knight then landed hard on The Asphalt Street, on one knee with his fist slamming into the ground.

The Knight stood up, Looking down the Grande Avenue he meet eye contact with The Metahuman Villain, Thunder. Thunder looked at The Knight and gave a Devilish smile, "I'll Assume you're The Holy Guardian Knight, right?" he said ina half sarcastic tone. The Battle of God V Man

The Knight activated his Jet Boosters, flyign up and smashing against THunder, The Knight then propelled Thunder down into the Pavement of the street, tearing it up and smashing down onto of Thunder. Thunder kicked The Knight off, Sending The Knight flying back, the Knight rolled backwards and landed on his feet. Thunder flew forwards, Punching The Knight Hard in the chest, Leaving a fist imprint in it. Thunder than began to Hit The Knight in the fist with aleft hook, then a right hook, The a Left Hook again. Thunder Attempted to Right Hook The Knight again, But The Knight beat him to the punch and Caught His fist midswing, causing the Kinetic Energy to clash and 2 nearby Cars to be thrown back. The Knight twisted Thunder's hand and arm around, forcing TZHunder down to one Knee. The Knight then punched Thunder straight in the jaw, smashign him into the Concrete sidewalk crushign it. The Knight then grabbed Thunder with both hands and threw him, turning in the process, and throwing him accross the street into a large concrete Pillar.

Thunder's back slammed into the Pillar at The Chicago national Bank, Thunder loked up to see The Knight jumping at him, Thunder reached to his right and grabbed a large chunk of the Pillar. Then swung it at the Knight, sending The Knight crashing into a convenience store. The Knight got to his fee,t only to be knocked off them again by Thunder, pushing them out of the fromt store window out onto the street. The Knight, on his back with THunder's right knee keeping him down, attempted to blocked with the Suit's arms as Thunder kept throwing punches at The Knight. The Knight managed to get his legs free, reeling them back, and Kickign THunder off him. THunder swung a left hook at the Knight, The Knight ducked down, throwing a hard punch into Thunder's pelvis. Thunder reeled back, The Knight took booth of his fitss and slammed them on both sides of Thunder's Neck. The Knight reached back, grabbing his Sword Hilt and extending it. Building up a hard swing, The Knight swung underhand, sending THunder flyign back, smashing through the back of a truck, smashign off a car and landing Hard against a Statue in the middle of the Grand Avenue Square. Thunder laughed as he got up.

"I've got to Admit, You actually somewhat hurt me Knight", The Knight stood there and watched as cracked his neck. "But this time, I'm taking off the Kid GLoves". Thunder began flying towards The Knight, The Knight's armor adjusted, locking the fiasts to give the power suit's punches more impact. The Knight saw a metal gerdur laying straight infront if him. The Knight stomped on the end of The gerdur, Causing the end to stick up, Thunder was too slow to avoid and his CHin and lower jaw slammed into the Gerdur's end. The Knight jumped and slammed down onto Thunder's chest. crushign the street below them and sending Thunder and The Knight into a Water line below. Thunder stood up, the water at their knees, Thunder took a swing at the Knight, The Knight ducked, Kneeing THunder in the stomach and slammed his right elbow down onto Thunder's back. The Knight pressed his right foot onto Thunders back causing him to be submerged in water. The Knight grabbed THunder by the shoulders and neck and slammed his head down continuously into the stonework of the Waterline. Thunder regained his focus turning over and grabbing the Knight, Thunder threw the Knight of the The water line, creating a new hole in the ground. The Knight landed on his stomach, Thunder didn't stop as he grabbed The Knight's right leg and swung him, sending him crashing into a construction yard.

The Knight Stood up, preparing to continue his fight with THunder, The Knight grabbed a steamroller wheel to his left with both hands and swung right as thunder was within a few feet, Knocking THunder off guard. The Knight then lifted the heavy steamroller wheel and slammed it down on Thunder. Thunder gritted his teeth er he threw it off, then flew into The Knight, sending it crashing through walls of plaster, stone, and metal of the under construction building. The Knight contacted Sanza mid flight, ["Update on the Suit's System?"], [65% Efficency sir], ["Just Enough"]. The Knight lietfed his amrs and slammed His elbows down onto Thunder's shoulderblades, Sending them crashing into the Ground. The Knight grabbed a heavy gerdur layign on the ground and lifted it, Swinging leftwards and sendign Thunder crashing into the Stone Foundationwork of the Building.

["What are you going to do Marcus?"], "I'm going to Go Down there, and Stop Him" Marcus said as he stood up and walked over to the Armor Container. Marcu stepped in, turned around, extended his arms and the doors closed. Anna quickly came rushing out of the Hallway, half dawned in her Lawbringer suit, Marcus walked out in the Powered Knight suit. "I'm Goi-", "No You're not". The Knight said walking to the VTOl Hangar, Anna grabbed his left wrist, forcing him to turn alightly around to her. "You'll need some sort of back up, Let me operate the VTOL and give you backup where you need it". The Knight paused for a second, then nodded his head, giving her the go ahead, The Knight and Lawbringer cimbed into the VTOL. "When I bail out of the VTOL, keep at a Distance, I'll message you if i need Air Support". Lawbringer Nodded as she buckled up. The Knight wasted no time, switching the VTOl into hover mode and blasting up and out of the VTOL exit.

The VTOL shot through the Chicicago Air, The Kngiht radioed to Sanza, "Sanza Link me to the Commissioner", [Yes sir]. After a Mnute The Knight heard, ["Dispatch this is the commissioner, who is-"], "John It's me", ["Knight, Thank God, THis guy is tearing through everyone"], "I'll stop him, Keep your men at a Distance, This is going to get rough". The Knight the hovered The VTOL Near Chicago's grande Avenue, The Knight climbed out onto the wing, nodding to Lawbringer who climbed over into the Pilot's seat. The Knight then dropped off from the VTOL, falling in an aerodynamic Position, "Activate propulsion Jets" The Knight said. The small Jets activated and the Knight's Metal Cape locked up, slowing The Knight's Descent. The Knight then landed hard on The Asphalt Street, on one knee with his fist slamming into the ground.

The Knight stood up, Looking down the Grande Avenue he meet eye contact with The Metahuman Villain, Thunder. Thunder looked at The Knight and gave a Devilish smile, "I'll Assume you're The Holy Guardian Knight, right?" he said ina half sarcastic tone. The Knight began to walk towards Thunder, "I'm giving you one chance to stand down", Thunder laughed, "Or WHAT?". "Or I'll beat your Face into the Pavement" Thunder laughed, "THEN BRING IT ON!" THunder yelled jumping up and preparing to smash down onto The Knight. "have it your way".

The Battle of God V Man

The Knight activated his Jet Boosters, flyign up and smashing against THunder, The Knight then propelled Thunder down into the Pavement of the street, tearing it up and smashing down onto of Thunder. Thunder kicked The Knight off, Sending The Knight flying back, the Knight rolled backwards and landed on his feet. Thunder flew forwards, Punching The Knight Hard in the chest, Leaving a fist imprint in it. Thunder than began to Hit The Knight in the fist with aleft hook, then a right hook, The a Left Hook again. Thunder Attempted to Right Hook The Knight again, But The Knight beat him to the punch and Caught His fist midswing, causing the Kinetic Energy to clash and 2 nearby Cars to be thrown back. The Knight twisted Thunder's hand and arm around, forcing TZHunder down to one Knee. The Knight then punched Thunder straight in the jaw, smashign him into the Concrete sidewalk crushign it. The Knight then grabbed Thunder with both hands and threw him, turning in the process, and throwing him accross the street into a large concrete Pillar.

Thunder's back slammed into the Pillar at The Chicago national Bank, Thunder loked up to see The Knight jumping at him, Thunder reached to his right and grabbed a large chunk of the Pillar. Then swung it at the Knight, sending The Knight crashing into a convenience store. The Knight got to his fee,t only to be knocked off them again by Thunder, pushing them out of the fromt store window out onto the street. The Knight, on his back with THunder's right knee keeping him down, attempted to blocked with the Suit's arms as Thunder kept throwing punches at The Knight. The Knight managed to get his legs free, reeling them back, and Kickign THunder off him. THunder swung a left hook at the Knight, The Knight ducked down, throwing a hard punch into Thunder's pelvis. Thunder reeled back, The Knight took booth of his fitss and slammed them on both sides of Thunder's Neck. The Knight reached back, grabbing his Sword Hilt and extending it. Building up a hard swing, The Knight swung underhand, sending THunder flyign back, smashing through the back of a truck, smashign off a car and landing Hard against a Statue in the middle of the Grand Avenue Square. Thunder laughed as he got up.

"I've got to Admit, You actually somewhat hurt me Knight", The Knight stood there and watched as cracked his neck. "But this time, I'm taking off the Kid GLoves". Thunder began flying towards The Knight, The Knight's armor adjusted, locking the fiasts to give the power suit's punches more impact. The Knight saw a metal gerdur laying straight infront if him. The Knight stomped on the end of The gerdur, Causing the end to stick up, Thunder was too slow to avoid and his CHin and lower jaw slammed into the Gerdur's end. The Knight jumped and slammed down onto Thunder's chest. crushign the street below them and sending Thunder and The Knight into a Water line below. Thunder stood up, the water at their knees, Thunder took a swing at the Knight, The Knight ducked, Kneeing THunder in the stomach and slammed his right elbow down onto Thunder's back. The Knight pressed his right foot onto Thunders back causing him to be submerged in water. The Knight grabbed THunder by the shoulders and neck and slammed his head down continuously into the stonework of the Waterline. Thunder regained his focus turning over and grabbing the Knight, Thunder threw the Knight of the The water line, creating a new hole in the ground. The Knight landed on his stomach, Thunder didn't stop as he grabbed The Knight's right leg and swung him, sending him crashing into a construction yard.

The Knight Stood up, preparing to continue his fight with THunder, The Knight grabbed a steamroller wheel to his left with both hands and swung right as thunder was within a few feet, Knocking THunder off guard. The Knight then lifted the heavy steamroller wheel and slammed it down on Thunder. Thunder gritted his teeth er he threw it off, then flew into The Knight, sending it crashing through walls of plaster, stone, and metal of the under construction building. The Knight contacted Sanza mid flight, ["Update on the Suit's System?"], [65% Efficency sir], ["Just Enough"]. The Knight lietfed his amrs and slammed His elbows down onto Thunder's shoulderblades, Sending them crashing into the Ground. The Knight grabbed a heavy gerdur layign on the ground and lifted it, Swinging leftwards and sendign Thunder crashing into the Stone Foundationwork of the Building.

Guardian and Kalder were flying a few hundred feet in the air in what seemed to be over Lake Michigan.

"Have you ever been to Chicago Kalder?"

"Why no Guardian, I actually haven't. I've been to Los Angeles, I've been to New York City. But I seemed to miss Chicago."

"Well, it's actually a wonderful city to visit. Especially this time of year."

Guardian and Kalder began to fly closer and they could clearly make out two men fighting each other. One was a bulky, muscular man and the other seemed to be in a metal suit. Guardian looked around to see some people fleeing the surrounding area, as the two men were pummeling each other.

"Kalder, I want you to get as many citizens as you can out of here, before anyone gets hurt."

Kalder nodded and went to go aid the people and get them out of there. Guardian then landed in the middle of the street in between the two with a loud stomp.

"Gentlemen, please, there are civilians, please refrain from destroying the city here and now."

THunder attempting to block and regain focus. The Knight tripped Thunder and Placed hsi right foot o THunder' pressing him hard into the Ground.

"I'll give you One more chance to give up. Refuse and I'll break every bone in your body". Thunder laughed as he grabbed the Knigh's foot and swung it to his left, slamming the Knight down onto hsi Right side, then grabbed his foot and threw The Knight upwards Smashing him up through 3 floors of the COnstruction building. Thunder smarked at Guardian, "Don't Mind me Guardian" Thunder said, laughing as he flew upwards through the holes created by The Knight.

Thunder then turned, and before any of them could react, Thunder flew off blasting away. The Knight walked up to wheer THunder was, 5 feet next to Guardian and Kalder. The Knight peered over at Guardian, "Friend of yours?". The Knight said, The Knight turned and walked over to Guardian and Kalder, they were at the same height, The Knight being slightly taller from the Power Suit he was wearing. The Knight saw the immense power stored in these individuals, The Knight was unnerved by the power but saw they weren't the likes of Thunder.
