Don't let the reptilian features, blue skin, tail, lack of the proper number of fingers and total lack toes fool you. I'm from Earth. This whole looking like... This thing. Is pretty new. I've been an alien for like... 3 days? I think. I'm not really an alien. Inhuman is the term. Recessive alien genetics or something like that. It's pretty cool." He explained and listened to Valka explain her position. "Ooooohhh. Okay, that makes sense. I've read about Asgard on the news. I didn't know you were the one in charge."

He thought about it. It wasn't a bad idea to have a magic hammer if he was going to be a Royal guard. Plus the cool factor was just too much. "So you want me to make sure it wasn't just a fluke? That's fair. I was never very good at tests if I'm going to be honest..." He said and grabbed the handle of the hammer, took a deep breath, closed his eyes and lifted the hammer over his head still with his eyes closed. "Um... Did I pass?" He asked. "Hey. I got a random idea. Why don't you make a few more of these and throw them all over Earth? If you use the same enchantment so bad people can't use it, then you could have like... A Thor corp! It even rhymes! I mean Thor is like... Thor. But he's only one guy.... God."

Antioch looked around, knowing he had been outmatched. He could attempt to control the zords with the stolen weapons, but he wasn't sure if it would work, and now wasn't the time for maybe's. Antioch sighed, sending the V-Lancer back to his storage dimension and dropping to his knees, hands in the air.

"Fine, I surrender for now." he said simply, "One ring of each color is all I need for my collection, but I suppose I can take them from another universe once I've found what I came to this one for."

Antioch looked at the entire corps that was now surrounding him. This child had bested him, and he would not soon forget that.

Gotham City, Doombringer's Apartment

Doombringer had known that hiding that pair of keys in the doorman's stomach had been a good idea. now he could get into his old apartment. opening up the door to his old crib Bringer was shocked at the amount of dust his stuff had collected, Seriously, hes pronounced dead once or twice and the maid stops working for him... Come on. he walked over to the fridge and noticed it was freshly stocked. Bringer kept having to remember he had just relived the 90's and the 2000s. He was never doing that again.

Walking over to his old bed room he heard a scream "HEY". Jumping Doombringer looked over to the corner to see Deadpool, lying on his bed. Bringer took one look at him and shot him in the throat. Grabbing Deadpool by the mask and dragging over to the window he threw him out of it yelling "I said you could stay here for like, a day! you instead stay here for 3 fricken weeks?! Before I died kickin you out was something I was looking forward too." thinking to himself and still has been for twenty years. sitting by the television Bringer sat sipping a soda before something small round and gold zoomed into his room. Shouting "NO" doombringer jumped out the window he had just thrown Deadpool out of trying to avoid the Ring. The ring quickly caught up to him and slipped on his finger before zooming him back off into atmosphere in his head he heard the words Doombringer of Earth, You have the ability to instill great fear, Welcome Back.

Yelling at the ring for a solid hour before giving in Bringer tried to fly back into atmosphere when a crashing ship flew past him. It was being pursued by a violet lantern. "Just another day on the job as freakin Gold Lantern."

As he throws pellets in, Eva lifts her shield to block what she believes are explosives, however when the smoke burst out she pauses, unsure what Owlman is fully planning. That's when his first attack hit, but by the time she tried to bash him with her shield he was gone. The second hit almost knocked her over, before she realized what his plan is. She quickly rolls to get out of the cloud, and through either dumb luck, or lack of luck she rolls right into Owlman, slamming into him mid roll.
Knowing he'll be quick to either attack or move, Eva grabs his leg, and jabs her shock sword into him to stun him enough for her to fire her crossbow at him. The gambit doesn't pay off, However, as she didn't take into account that the struggle would have knocked the loaded dark out of alignment, and it spins off course as soon as it's fired, landing harmlessly on the floor...

Naja had to get out. The *cracks* and *thooms* were getting louder and louder with each passing second. The force field wasn't going to let her get through because it negated her energy signature. So, in theory, all she had to do was turn her powers off and climb out by hand. Which was quite easy. However, as soon as she got out of her cell, she was grabbed and lifted off her feet by none other than the Highfather himself. "Ummm... Hi. I'm Naja. You may or may not have seen a large man wearing a skintight outfit throwing punches that cause earthquakes? Fond of the color yellow?"

"I'm very much aware of him. Quite impressive." He said and put her down. "Formidable as mortals go."

"Look. The whole reason he's losing his mind is because of the whole kidnapping me thing. Orion told me what you're thinking of doing and I agreed to help. But seriously, if you on't let me go out and calm his down, those two are doing to break this planet in half. By the way... He didn't... Kill Orion did he?" She asked unsure if she really wanted to hear the answer.

She was relieved when Highfather replied. "No. Orion is alive. Though your mate came quite close to killing him. Were it not for the Infinity Man, it's not unlikely that he would have killed Orion. I am satisfied with the performance. Naja, please go disband this scuffle before they cause more damage. I apologize for the inconvenience. Had I known you were going to be this compliant, I would not have resorted to such measures."

"Yeah... Am I the only one who asks questions first?" She muttered to herself as she flew into the massive bright vortex several miles on the outskirts of the actual floating city. "Holy crap... You're really pissed off..." Said said quietly to herself as she flew closer to see the Infinity Man and Xander still going at it and showing no signs despite the massive damage both of them have dealt to eachother. Xander was beaten and bloody, the entire upper body of his costume was gone, showing only more blood and bruises. The Infinity Man had massive cracks throughout hid entire body. Mostly prevalent on the torso and head. Despire their injuries, neither were slowing down.

Xander got a lucky shot and knocked the Infinity Man on his back with a well placed kick. "I warned you, I WARNED YOU! I'm going to break this planet in half with my BARE HANDS!" He shouted laying into the New God with all of his might. Enough that the mountains many, many miles away were collapsing. He charged up one last punch with the intent to finish the Infinity man off when he felt someone grab his wrist.

"Alright. How about you stop before you kill the poor guy?" She asked. Almost as soon as Xander saw her, he had his arms around her.

"I-I'm sorry... I came as fast as-"

"Shhh... It's okay you big loon. Listen. I love you. I really do, but you need to calm down. Okay? Look at me." She said and looked him in the eye. The one not swollen shut. "I understand that you want to protect me. It's so sweet of you to worry like that. But you gave me these powers so I wouldn't have to rely on you to come and save me. I can take care of myself. I promise. That doesn't mean don't come after me if this happens. Just... Keep calm okay? Unless I am really out of my league. I promise. I will be fine. Take a deep breath and just relax. See? Look. I'm completely fine. Not a scratch. They just wanted to talk."

"But... I saw them take you by force..."

"They admitted they were a bit too abrasive and didn't know we were so will to help. They're not monsters. They're reasonable. I'll take care of things from here okay?" She said and kissed his cheek. "Go home. Take a shower. Get something to eat. I'll be there in a few hours."

Mars saw Kiris blushing at his compliment and raised his eyebrow a bit, confused by her reaction. He assumed he had said something lame or unappealing, but second guessed himself when he saw her smile. Before he could think about it further Xyri came into the room, wearing what seemed to be a new outfit as well. She then said she was having weird dreams, but before Mars could question that, he was interrupted again. This time by ADAM.

"THERE ARE TWO MISSIONS AT HAND." The AI told the team. "THE FIRST IS FOR MISS RANWYNN AND MISTER ASARIN. THERE ARE REPORTS OF A ROUGE CHEMICAL FACILITY ON SMALL SOUTH AMERICAN ISLAND. THE FACILITY IS NOTORIOUS FOR PRODUCING THE DANGEROUS CHEMICAL VENOM. TWO KNOWN GANG LEADERS ARE FIGHTING FOR THE FACILITY, ROMAN SIONIS AND THE CRIMINAL KNOWN AS BAIN." Mars pulled out a flash drive and downloaded the information onto the small computer device that he wore on his wrist, he also uploaded it onto Rocket's computer. "Well, let's get ready to Kiris. We'll have to take one of Elena's jets." He told her, not sue how working with another person on a mission, but it wasn't like he had a choice. ADAM then continued,

"FOR MISS XYRIA AND MISS MORROW, THERE HAVE BEEN REPORTS OF A NUMBER OF ROBBERIES OF LOCAL SCIENCE LABS AND UNIVERSITY DEPARTMENTS. IT IS BELIEVED THAT GORILLA GRODD IS RESPONSIBLE, DUE TO THE DAMAGE TO THE WALLS AND THE GORILLA FUR DISCOVERED AT THE SCENE." ADAM continued briefing the group until all their questions had been answers and it was time for the group to begin their first missions as members of the Young Bloods.

"A science lab..." Remarked Xyri, frowning slightly. She had been born in one of those Labs. She felt memories come back to her once more. It would be... strange. Xyri felt odd already, in ways she had never had to describe before. She wasn't sure if she liked it or not. She sighed, then turned to her partner. "So we're working together today..."

"Kylie Perceval, of Earth?" The Guardians began. "Please, join us in the Hall. We have matters to discuss."

"I... don't know whether to feel scared or glad." Kylie replied, as she followed the Guardians, Hal Jordan remarked from behind."Let's hope she didn't mess up too much..."

Noticing Xyri walk into the room, Kirisvala waved enthusiastically in her general direction, though she did not cease to hide her face under her wizard hat, the red tint on her cheeks slowly subsiding but not yet gone. Her attention, however, was fully devoted to ADAM when he started talking, telling the Young Bloods of the missions available, not that they were all gathered together at last (or at least, more or less together; there were plenty of faces still absent, Elena's among them, the Hadrian realized, but she simply reasoned that they must have had other things to do, and in any case if ADAM only waited for them to be present then surely the AI was confident that they could handle this by themselves, and she had no reason to doubt ADAM when he had been so wise and helpful so far). The last remnants of her flush faded away as she listened to ADAM's debriefing, not wanting to miss any important details. Not counting the Rantu invasion, which had occured before they had become an official team, these would be their first few missions, and she didn't want to screw up or otherwise slow down someone else because of her clumsiness. She suddenly grew quite self-conscious; she was unexpectedly nervous about the missions, that was for sure.

Hearing that she would be going on her mission with Mars, though, she relaxed, and even cheered up a bit, smiling softly. She quite liked his company, even if he didn't really seem to like anyone's company very much, and besides, she knew that if Mars went, then Rocket would be going too. Even if they weren't great conversing, she at least knew that she could put her trust in them completely, and so, her concerns were put to rest, at least momentarily. Turning her thoughts back to the mission itself, she frowned ever so slightly. She didn't know who Roman Sionis or Bain were, and she had no idea what Venom was, so she felt a little bit disarmed here, but she nonetheless renewed her confidence in herself and the team, telling herself that she would be able to resolve the situation or, at least, help Mars resolve it without getting in his way too much, something he seemed to dislike.

Hearing the young man's comment, Kirisvala stood up and turned towards him, nodding and walking after him. "Call me Dragon Mage out there, though; I read that heroes should be very strict about their secret identities." She said. She was well aware that she was probably the only Hadrian around, but even then, the magic of superheroism was the secret identity; to put aside that aspect of the job would be to throw away the game instead of playing it.

"Um... say... Sionis and Bain and Venom... What are all those things? You know, right?" She asked a bit sheepishly.

Eternal Night smirked as she heard the Empty Phoenix's musings, sorely tempted to chuckle and shake her head. Cosmic fire? Few things were farther from the truth. Then again, these two creatures seemed to be quite fond of drawing their own conclusions and trying to deduce things on their own, and in the end, who was she to take that pleasure away from them? No, she would respect them and let them have their amusement. She was having some of her own, after all. However, hearing the Herald speak once again, she began paying attention once more, her face becoming serious once more, though outwardly no change would be perceived, as the only part of her face that was visible were her glowing azure eyes. Native to no universe? Now that was a statement that the Nameless One found odd, quite odd indeed. She knew for a fact that there were things that could exist disconnected from any given universe: the creature of corrupted light that she had fought to the bittersweet end had been one, she had learned after its defeat, and the one who had given the power to win that arduous battle, the one who determines everything, the Autarch of Names, was another such thing. But even so, that type of creature usually stayed outside of said universes, she had learned, and if they were inside of one, their presence was usually a source of havoc. It was, in her opinion, quite an intriguing matter, though the sad chuckle of the Herald of Naught made her intuit the true reason for their presence.

Continuing to listen, she noticed how once again the topic of the conversation had shifted towards her, though she did not particularly mind. She, after all, had nothing to hide. Those to whom she had held any allegiance had long since died, the world that had seen her birth had long since rotten away, and there was little left for her in her universe or in any other. It had, indeed, been quite uplifting to see the young, healthy Earth that Horizon had brought her to, but though there was some sentimental attachment to this mirror of what had once been her home, she could not sincerely say that she felt any obligation towards it. Naturally, she would be inclined to intervene if something were to happen, but that was only natural; she had once been a human being after all, even if she was turned into a Nameless One through her pact with the Autarch. She had no secrets that she was scared to reveal, either, and if she wore a mask, it was to remind herself of the identity that she had lost as a price to give her world another measly century.

Her amusement returned when she noticed the many guesses that the duo was attempting to make at her nature. All sorts of names passed through their tongues as they tried to discern what had been of her name and how she had become powerful, and the reaction they had when they seemed to finally discern the truth about her was so entertaining that the one titled Eternal Night began chuckling as she heard their comments.

"Indebted?" She asked with false indignation, pointing towards herself with a very feminine hand gesture. "No, no, no, you misunderstand. There are no debts with the autarch; he takes what he wants and he gives you what you sought in exchange, and that is all there is to it. If there is a reason I bear the name I was born with no longer, 'Herald', it is precisely because I have no debts with him. The price for this power, I have long since paid." She said, and then simply shook her head. She had become somewhat wary of these two creatures, as they spoke of a master who was to challenge the Autarch, though she put no faith in their words. The Autarch could not be touched by anything that was or was not, she knew that well, but in any case, she refrained from mentioning it, to avoid alarming the Herald of Naught and the Empty Phoenix any further.

"In any case, I have no reason to serve him, friends. No debt, no allegiance, so, there is no need to be wary of me. If I approached you, it was out of simple curiosity. It is not often one sees a Phoenix and a Watcher casually walking together through the void." She stated, barely refraining from commenting how it almost even sounded like a terrible bar joke.

Akihiko looked to the side as he noticed that Akari was doing well, but this almost cost him a very nasty concussion at the very least, as he was soon forced to block a blow from the lumbering blue Oni, Thunder, whose massive fist had nearly collided with his head, which had barely been protected by Kusanagi's edge. The Oni's fist was like the strongest steel, and the young Japanese warrior grunted as he felt the impact: the blue Oni's attack was charged with an unbelievable ammount of strength which was astounding even to him, rattling him to his very bones and causing him to stagger back for a moment, clearly shocked by the blue monster's might. Even with his own corrupted blood, he could not compare to that, not directly, and he knew it. This, however, only made him feel angrier. Half-tainted blood, and for what? Just so that he would be unable to live as a human and too weak to protect them? This thought increased his anger even more, raising his strength, though it still simply could not be compared to Thunder, whose attacks seemed to carry the explosive power of a lightning bolt behind them.

The half-Yokai frowned, his own power increasing another bit, as he saw the wound that he had managed to inflict on Thunder earlier begin to regenerate. After he had lunged forward with Kusanagi's tip coated in concentrated green flames, the Oni had been too slow to move out of the way and so, he was slashed across the chest, not a vital wound by any means, but certainly one that Akihiko had been hoping to exploit during the fight. Alas, that was not possible, and when he realized why, he berated himself for not realizing it earlier. Of course he could regenerate, Akihiko could do it too! It only made sense, though he still wasn't fond of the idea. He'd have to find a way to one-shot him or otherwise nullify his abilities, but how?

Then it hit him. The medallion. The medallion he wore around his neck, the object that helped him keep his true nature under wraps. She knew how it worked, having heard about it once before from his mother, and he knew that it could help him in this battle. He had been a fool not to realize earlier.

Carefully, Akihiko removed his medallion, brandishing it with the hand that did not hold Kusanagi, and then the next time that Thunder tried to attack, the young man swung the medallion at him. Though the logical outcome would have been for the mechanical medallion to burst into a thousand pieces, no such thing happened. Instead, the blue Oni let out an inhuman howl, feeling his hand burned with an intensity that burned far worse than anything it had touch in his life. The Oni immediately reeled back, and taking advantage of this opportunity, Akihiko pressed on with a myriad of attacks that sliced through the Oni's flesh with ease. These did not regenerate, and Akihiko smiled, knowing that he couldd win after all.

The Hungry Queen did nothing but smile at her father. "You brought your friends..." She replied. She looked to her own massive throng, each of them had turned to the voices, now focused on the Nilkin. Though they had never been enemies, relations could be at times strained due to their nature. Then an idea came to her head. Her smile intensified to insane degrees. Anyone who was there would be left to wonder whether or not it was more scary to lack emotion, or to have too much... Before anyone could decide, the Queen put her hands together, wondering how best to turn her idea into works. "Father..." She paused.

"What would you say to a little... Daddy-daughter bonding exercise?"

This was code for joint universal annihilation.

Akira had blocked another strike and then swiftly countered with a vicious clawing to the face. She managed to pop the Oni's eyeball, making her scream. The Akira looked at her hand. <"Damn Oni blood. How will I get this out of my outfit!"> She roared, now rage gripped her. She suddenly sped towards her foe, suddenly firing upwards once she reached the Oni in pain. Suddenly the ogre was sent flying, and then as an absurd defaince of what should be possible Akira juggled her foe with shot after shot. The high power shots laucnhing her ever time. Leaving nothing but a bloody wreck left.

"Teach you not to bleed on me." She sighed. <"You'd think she'd have the courtesy not to bleed on her foes... how rude.">

Doombringer, The Moon

Doombringer fly inside the ship he had been chasing and defending from A Star Saphhire. Once inside he instantly noticed the large population of tiny Birdmen. Looking around he sighed knowing that these things were probably just holding some sort of relic that the sapphire's wanted. Turning around to fly away he was about to leave when he heard a voice "Excuse me". Doombringer turned around to see a fellow human being standing in the door way. Bringer asked her "Who are you?" She responded "I am known as many things. But you may call me... Saviour."

Doombringer shrugged at her name, as he had never heard it before. Now he asked her "What cause is great enough for a star sapphire to be chasing your ship. Are you carrying some form of the violet ring?" Saviour responded "No, but I am carrying something precious with me. I had rescued these little guys from a slave camp and I was going to return them home when that... Woman started destroyi-" Doombringer noticed the flash of Violet light a moment to late. He screamed "Look OUT!" but it was to late. The sapphire had already run her trough with a Violet spear.

Doombringer finished punching the Violet lantern and finally summoned a construct of a hand. Winding up his Construct he tossed as hard as he could hoping she would forget everything that happened. Turning back he entered the ship again where the tiny penguin men had carried Saviour to a bed. laying Saviour down he asked her "What did she want" Saviour eyes glowed blue and she touched her hand to Bringers yellow lantern emblem on his chest. Saviour smiled "You may not be the best choice... but right now you are the only choice. please, if you find a better person or if She says someone is better, give her to them." Doombringer felt a surge of hope that he could stil have a second chance as blue light transferred from Saviour to Bringer. He heard a feminine voice, different from the robotic voice of his ring speak in his head "Bryce Tempus of Earth, All will be well" Blue light pulsated along his body until it reached a point on his finger forming a blue ring construct. But instead of the Blue corps symbol on it, it had a strange 3 beaked bird on it. "I am Adara, and I suppose I have to stay with you for a while" Bringer thought to himself "I'll just dump her on some random orphan." "I can hear your thoughts. Now finish taking these creatures back to their home planet. We will talk about how long this has to last on the way."

"You gotta chill out, bub." Kylie said as other Lanterns apprehended Antioch. "You don't just take a Lantern's ring. You gotta earn it." As she watched the blue humanoid get hauled away, the human Green Lanterns and a pair of Guardians floated up to greet her.

Antioch glared at the girl as he was taken away, knowing that this wouldn't be the last time they would see each other. He walked willingly with the Lanterns, thinking through the weapons at his disposal. If only he could get the Omega Talismans, he would be able to leave this universe and-wait... What was that? There was something in the air, something that seemed familiar, a little too familiar.

"Oh no..." he started, looking around, "You have to let me go, someone is coming and if he finds me, he will destroy this entire universe!"
"Sure, kid, sure." one of the Lanterns said laughing.
"His name is Ephesus," Antioch continued, "He hates me, and will do whatever it takes to see me destroyed."
"Uh-huh," another one chimed in, "And why does this 'Ephesus' hate you so much?"
"Because he's my father," Antioch continued, "I stole his prized possession, a unique weapon, and then destroyed it. He never forgave me."

The Green Lanterns didn't believe him, and took him to a holding cell.

Meanwhile, in the center of the universe, a wormhole opened up. A being who looked similar to Antioch, though blue and purple instead of Antioch's armor. He looked around, ready to begin the hunt for the Omega Talismans. He turned towards a planet called Earth, sensing at least one of them in that general direction. He was about to take off when he noticed something.

"No," he said to himself, "He can't be here, my traitorous son. I must go and destroy him."

"Well, Ms. Perceval? What do you have to say for yourself?"

"I... plead the fifth?"

In the chamber where all the Guardians meet to discuss what's going on in the universe, Kylie Perceval, along with the other Green Lanterns of Earth for support, was seemingly under trial. For what, she couldn't imagine. But they wouldn't just let her go home after beating up Antioch, whose name they just recently learned.

"Let's be more... direct. Where did you get that ring?" The Guardians stayed at a safe distance, believing that the Green Lanterns in the hall would restrain her if she attacked.

"The Yellow one?" When the Guardian who spoke nodded, Kylie continued. "Well, some time ago, I went with a few friends to Hala, the Kree planet. We fought Ultron, and some sentient techno-disease called the Phalanx, some guy named Super Adaptoid, and a Yellow Lantern. When I beat the Yellow Lantern, I scared him so bad his ring came to me."

"You... fought what?" Murmurs were heard amongst the Guardians as Hal asked Kylie to repeat herself.

"Ultron, Super Adaptoid, Phalanx Kree, and a Yellow Lantern. Tamaranian, the ring said." Agape, he continued to stare at her. She's not even a full-fledged Lantern... How?

"And... how did you do this?" The Guardians were more intrigued than ever at this rookie doing such feats.

"Well, it's been a while. But I remember passing out and meeting someone called... Io? Psion?" More gasps and murmurs.

"Ion!?" Hal exclaimed. "Ion helped you defeat Ultron and a Yellow Lantern!?"

"That's it! Ion. He spoke from the Central Power Battery when I passed out, then I woke up and beat people up."

Moments passed in utter silence. "Did... I do something wrong?" Kylie began worrying again, until one of the Guardians appeased her.

"No! You did well. So well, in fact, that we've decided to raise you to the status of a full-fledged Green Lantern."

"Really!?" Kylie was ecstatic as she heard this, while the Lanterns around her were congratulating her. An hour or so later, Kylie emerged from the cafeteria following Hal, who decided to show her around Oa.

"Wow, they've got everything here!" She bounded around, looking at all the different types of aliens. "Everyone too! There are a lot of aliens in the universe."

"And that's why we're here. Green Lanterns keep the peace everywhere, and we recruit anyone with the power to help." A short walk later, and the two humans emerged in front of the Central Power Battery.

"And now I'm a real Lantern..." Kylie looked down at her ring, admiring how it seemed to glow brighter than before. "Awesome!" Hal chuckled, seeing how excited she was.

"And to think, this all started because I needed help. Now, I gotta look out for you. If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to call me with the ring."

"Gotcha Hal. I gotta go home, one of my friends was crying when I left and some guys were prowling New York looking for her. Soooo.... yeah... I'm gonna jet."

"You know? I'm not going to ask." Hal smiled as Kylie took off for Earth.

"Come visit sometime, Hal! It's the big tower with a JQ on it on Manhattan!" Waving goodbye, Kylie set out for Earth using one of the many wormholes that connected Oa to other parts of the galaxy, now giddy with excitement.

Dark God Saga
Part One: Emergence of the Dark Gods
Or The Prophecy Comes To Pass

"There shall once come a day that the Fourteenth Sons of Dark and Light will come together as one in order to achieve a common goal, only to merely survive the onslaught of their predecessors, who desire retribution for the blood spilled upon one of the most holiest shrines of our Solar System, there will be common blood shed amongst brothers, and pain shared equally amongst one another, and on that day, will I make my return and bless my children with the knowledge of the world that existed long ago..."

- Primordial Lord Ouranos, The Last Primordial God

On the homeworld of the Immortals, Mortis fell into a series of great storms, with red lightning devastating the landside, with both the realms of Light and Dark being evenly affected by the ambient energy that was being randomly thrown around, the power of the storm was so great and so unkempt that not even the mightiest demons that guarded Alastir's Throne Room were left unscathed, many of these mighty demons found themselves corrupted by a new type of darkness that this great storm spawned, and this darkness extinguished even the brightest of lights that kept Spera's realm safe from any harm, something bad was happening: Mortis was being attacked by a killer that took no witnesses, striking them down without any hesitation whatsoever, and this power was the near-equivalent of Alastir's own power, possible even exceeded his own. "The time..." A large plume of black, viscous fluid shot out of the massive storm in the form of large raindrops "For our vengeance comes upon the horizon..." The puddles of black fluid began to take shape...

Alastir began a leisurely walk towards General Eiling's office, with many of the Marine Defenders having been killed brutally with the help of his demons, a smile remained plastered on his face as he could sense that the General was personally waiting for his arrival, this seemed all to easy for him, he lasted against Void's power, even nearly backed the formerly Mind Controlled Golden Guardian into the corner and made him call upon the power of the Void, he could feel his power, it was still growing in intensity with each passing moment, the energy that the last few Utopia Planets that remained were amazing to say the least, although he was out of his own realm, it didn't make much of a difference for the God of Darkness whatsoever "What amazing power..." Alastir chuckled, staring down at his hands with a sadistic smirk on his face "If I didn't hold back during that first encounter, then I could have had the power to wipe The Void off of the map and would have defeated Alex without a hitch..." Alastir stopped and processed what he had just said, his power was rising, as was his arrogance and dark personality, these personality attributes were forever linked to his power, and whenever his power rose, so did his arrogance, but there was times that Alastir was in control of his arrogance, but this time, he decided to let his raw emotions flow freely.

General Eiling sat casually on his office chair, he could hear the footsteps of someone walking down the hall, he could tell just by the man's pondering voice that it was Alastir, there had been multiple records of Alastir's powers and origins, but due to his relatively brief appearances on Earth, his true powers had not entirely been recorded by SHIELD databases, but there was enough to know that his main attribute was the power of darkness, to freely manipulate it's powers in any way possible, he had hoped to try and clone Alastir, but those who were involved in the creation of Nightmare had learned their lesson, and to clone a literal god from another Galaxy? That could have been a disaster waiting to happen. Eiling was brought out of his thoughts as a massive black construct took the door to his office right off of it's hinges and nearly crashed into the General himself. Without even flinching, Eiling watched as Alastir entered his office, a dark smirk on his face "Ah, so you must be Alastir, the one who is the God of the Alien Galax-"

"Allow me to interrupt you right there human..." Alastir said with a growl on his face, his black aura beginning to wrap around the frame of the office, his dark energy causing the atmosphere around the two to intensify with each passing second "Do not refer to either Kazuko or Asumar as Aliens, they may be halflings, but they are still interconnected to my race, so insulting their heritage is insulting my title as the Son of Darkness as well as insulting the Celestial1, so it would be wise for you to hold your tongue when you address myself or my species you pathetic specimen of a species." Alastir spat, a black construct latching itself around the General's neck "Who the hell do you think you are, destroying Sigma Galli Prime just because the halflings refused to register with your filth of a government, do you have any idea how much work my predecessors put into that planet, it took more than a single Generation to do such a thing!" Alastir practically growled out. He bared his teeth as Eiling began to laugh at his anger, causing Alastir to send him crashing back into the wall once more "What is so funny mortal, is death really that much of a great release for you?!"

Eiling stared at Alastir with a smirk on his face, it was true that Alastir made his skin crawl, but if he elicited such an angered response out of the god, he now knew that he could potentially have leverage over him "I find it funny at how it took a group of gods to create Sigma Galli Prime, my goodness your people must be we-" Eiling never had a chance to finish his sentence as one of Alastir's hands turned into a sharp black construct, bringing it forward and impaling the General's lung, which would have collapsed almost instantly, but Alastir had other plans in mind for the General, while it did indeed cause much pain, the tissue of the lung began to turn into a deathly black coloration, indicating that Alastir began to slowly corrupt the General's body with his dark energies "Are you going to kill me godling? or are you going to let me go and allow me yet another chance to torment your Galaxy?" Eiling asked smugly, his gaze fixed entirely on Alastir, waiting to see what he would do next.

What happened next shocked Eiling to say the least "No..." Alastir replied bluntly, grabbing hold of the General's neck before slowly squeezing it "I'm not going to kill you... yet." A grim smile began to form on the Dark God's face "You are going to tell me everything you know about the United States' Defensive Infrastructure, Black Projects, Clandestine Operations, Black Sites, Contingency Plans..." Alastir's black aura began to rapidly revolve around both him and Eiling "You are, no, you WILL tell me everything you know about the Contingency Plans regarding every Hero, Villain, and even God that you have data on, you will also tell me of secret projects initiated by the United Nations, and then I will allow you to forever cease your breathing once and for all..." The God of Darkness replied, his red eyes seemingly staring into Eiling's soul before he threw Eiling to a nearby group of Elite Demons "Take this wretch somewhere safe and secluded and then await my arrival." The Demons nodded, watching as Alastir disappeared into a plume of smoke that flew up into the atmosphere.

Cocking an eyebrow at the tow, Hiroshi almost cringed when Supreme Kai began talking, his smooth voice echoing across the small planet.

" This training trip is to benefit the three of you, that much is certain. But overall, the idea is to ready you all to quell an insurgency we have in Hell." Supreme Kai remarked, glancing over the two. " Dabura, who wa since the demon king, has amassed an army, and has escaped hell. They are now gallivanting through the Check-In station and the lower parts of heaven."

The red giant beside him nodded slowly. " This threatens the entire stability of Otherworld. They were sentenced to Hell, but now have not onto escaped, but opened a portal fort others to escape as well. It began with tremors and weird hazed images," His gravely voice paused for a moment, sighing." But we've got a basic time frame. For now, hazed images and tremors, next it'll be some of the older denizens of hell disappearing. Finally, within a weeks time, mall fo reality will come crashing down in Otherworld, most of the population will be lucky to survive. Most will not."

Blinking, Hiorshi scratched the back of his head. " So we better get training and defeat them soon huh?" A curt nod was all he received. " Yes. By the way, I am Supreme Kai, the highest Kai around for now. You can all train at my place for awhile, that should allow us to access your skills and hone them, as well as improve your strength and power."

"Good." Replied Glacia. She nodded. She was ready to get to training. Honestly she wasn't sure if she trusted this. She was helping to reinforce a beucractic dictatorship, which went against a few of her beliefs. Though she supposed heaven didn't have the luxury of democracy which the regular world might have. After all, who would vote? No... this was all a little too new for her to be changing sides, so she decided to stick with the one offering her training.

Training with the strongest fighters out there, in basically GOD's place? "Sign me up!"

Now how could Myosai resist an offer like this? She answered without even thinking, unknown of all the hours upon hours of strenuous training she's have to put in to this to improve her skills. Because, to put it blunt, she'd been slacking off. Last time she heard of Magnus and Odysseus, they were fighting giant monsters in Dubai or something crazy like that.

Was there a catch to this? If they supposedly were gonna have to train to fight this Dabura dude, was he THAT powerful? To be perfectly honest, Myosai believed she alone could be a good match for this guy, and combined with Hiroshi and Glacia on her team, they'd have a field day whooping his demonic ass back down to where he came from.

Though, something was... Off... Dabura's name; something about its striking familiarity sent shivers down her back. Combined with that, she had to rethink whether or not taking Dabura on alone without training was a good idea or not. She wouldn't be taking any chances on this one.

She thought for a moment, remembering what the Supreme Kai told him. Dabura had an army, guaranteed to be cannon fodders or obstacles for their main goal. And she had to assume anything- it could've been a hundred or a thousand guys backing him up. Either way, she had to be prepared.

Another thought popped up in her head, providing her the perfect question. She assumed a more respectful stance in the presence of the Kais, bringing forth her question.

"Uhh, Mr. Kai(s)?" She asked. "You think.. If Dabo-whatshisname has an army.. From hell... Wouldn't he have a bunch of evil Baddies we fought in the past on his side?" She balled a fist, grinning in confidence. "Cause I'm not afraid to fight Mr. Cell a second time."

Garnet watched the soul-destroying bullets fly off from her arcane revolver's cannon, and watched how each of them were either dodged or swiftly deflected, until finally, the tenth bullet managed to hit its mark, grazing the Oni's face. Though such a wound should not have caused too much damage, had it been purely physical, the creature let out a howl of unadultered pain, covering the injured part of his face with one hand while the other held his sword in a white-knuckled grip. Garnet smiled as she saw this, knowing that she had some advantage she could press now, but that had been the last bullet in her clip, and Misery would take a few moments to reload itself. Thus, she decided that she'd go with something else, and began harnessing the power of one of her bracelets, manifesting the skeletal hand of ethereal purple energy and sending it to grab the Oni and bring him closer so she could finish him off.

However, before such a thing could happen, she gasped, her eyes going wide open as the hand dematerialized, her concentration shattered. She looked down and she saw a bloody gash across her torso, not deep enough to threaten her life but worrying nonetheless. This time it was Wind who smiled, the air around his blade having cut Garnet from afar before she could seize him. The blonde woman frowned as she realized this, jumping away to avoid being struck down by another air slash. The wound she had sustained was already healing, thanks to the regenerative powers of the dark mask she wore, it was still an inconvenience to have to deal with the Oni from afar. She had Misery, of course, but it had to reload itself every ten shots, while Wind seemed to be able to perform his air slashes indefinitely, something that annoyed her to no end.

"This is going to be troublesome." She thought as she began adopting a purely defensive strategy, carefully observing Wind as she moved around in order to predict where his air slashes would be directed and avoid being there when they struck. However, though this kept her safe and alive for the time being, it was by no means enough, as she had to think of a way to end the battle and slay her enemy before too long, lest she screw up and die.

Fortunately, an idea came to her soon enough.

Suddenly, she stopped dodging, and as he noticed this, the Oni called Wind smirked, ceasing his assault for a moment.

"Give up yet, woman?" The creature asked.

"You remember that comment I made about you lot being unbelievably ugly?" The blonde woman stated, and the Oni frowned, but said nothing. "Well, I'd like to apologize. I realize now that it's the inside that counts." She said.

Then in front of Misery, a portal appeared. The next moment, ten bullets were spat out of Wind's chest, and his body fell to the ground, lifeless.

Avoiding the fallen demon corpse, Garnet walked up to Masami, who was also done with her battle. "Good to see he didn't hurt you." She commented, before looking around. "I wonder how your sister and that one kid are doing." She stated casually.

The blue Oni was now far more wary of the tiny human in front of him, having become less confident in his ability to crush him as a result of the young man's talisman, which burned him with the slightest touch. He had since backed away, and the cuts that his enemy had inflicted on him were healing much more slowly than before, no doubt as a result of the talisman as well, but he was not yet defeated, and his strength had not left him; in fact, it had been increased by quite a bit. If Akihiko's diluted blood caused fury to empower him, then he, a full-blooded Oni, enjoyed a much stronger version of the same trait.

Akihiko, on the other hand, was just as pissed, but he was beginning to lose that boost of confidence he had received when he saw that the talisma worked wonders on the blue Oni. Sure, it gave him an edge on the fight, but even then it was taking a lot to just wound the creature and he wasn't sure if he had what it took to finish him off.

It was amidst these thoughts that he saw Thunder act. The Oni pounded the floor with one of his massive fists, causing a rumbling that shook the entire room, causing Akihiko to be thrown slightly off balance. Taking advantage of this one moment of vulnerability, the Oni shot forward with a burst of speed and slammed one of his fists into Akihiko's stomach. The young man's eyes went wide as he felt the impact, and he was barely able to hold onto both Kusanagi and his medallion, as he was sent flying away, slamming into the opposite wall with such enormous force that he coughed up a lot of blood. Falling to the ground, he felt himself growing weaker, his consciousness trying to slip away. His strength was fading along with his mind.

But he wouldn't have any of that.

Holding onto his consciousness with his last few ounces of strength, Akihiko looked up, the edges of his vision going black and blurry, and saw the blue Oni charging towards him once more, as if to deal the final blow and end his life. He knew that he couldn't allow this to pass, couldn't die and leave his mother alone and let these monsters keep Kusanagi for themselves, and so, drawing strength from God-knew-where, he raised his blade, the tip pointed towards Thunder, and released all of the electricity that was crackling around it, the lightning being sent forth towards the blue Oni in a concentrated burst and striking him squarely in the chest.

The lightning paralyzed him for a moment, and so, Akihiko, knowing that this was his only chance to win, stood up and rushed towards the Oni. Raising his sword and pointing it towards the Oni's heart, he once again commanded the emerald flames around it to concentrate on the tip in order to improve the piercing power of the blade. He lunged forward, betting everything on this attack.

Time seemed to freeze as the sword pierced the Oni, neither of the two combatants daring to move. But finally, after several moments had passed, Akihiko let out a sigh of relief and removed Kusanagi from Thunder's body, the corpse tumbling to the ground with a heavy thud. The young man allowed himself to fall to the ground on his back, resting at last. His healing factor was already getting to work on fixing him, but with the massive internal damage that the Oni's blow caused, and the damage that his next one would inevitably cause, he would have most certainly died if he had not proceeded with his gambit. An unsavory thought to say the least.

"Sleep, Kusanagi." He said, and the blade seemed to shrink back to its original size, the fire and the lightning disappearing from its edge.

<<I'll have to find the magnetic scabbard I made, too.>> The young man mused aloud as he rested. <<...How exhausting.>>

Hiroshi:

Despite how much he wanted too, he couldn't face palm. They didn't think they were being rude, but if God offered you a chance to become more powerful and home your skills under his tutelage, who were you to question? Selfish as it was, he'd really only brought his companions along as means to become a Super Saiyan III, and training in the afterlife had allowed his uncle to attain greater power, why couldn't he?

" Truthfully, I don't think I can train any of you personally. Even this Acrosians powers outstrip my own. As it is, Hiroshi is the mightiest among you, but Myosai isn't too far behind. You though Glacia, are far out powered by your companions." Supreme Kai commented, striding towards the Acrosian and sizing her up, his position very forward. " If you wish to achieve the power you crave, you will have to listen to me."

Blinking, Hiroshi shifted on his feet. While Supreme Kai's words weren't entirely wrong, being so straight forward to the Ex-Prisoner wasn't best idea in his mind, Hell, even he woudknt do that.

" To answer your question Myosai, yes. Several of hells denizens have joined in his cause. Before we leave, I have a request. I want each of you to power up to your maximums." He remarked. " I will not waste time on anyone who doesn't deserve my training. You first Glacia." He spoke, staring down the Acrosian.

"Sheep Talisman." Antioch whispered through gritted teeth, as the prison he was being kept in seemed to close in on him.

A small stone with a carving of a sheep on its face appeared in his hand, which quickly formed into a fist around it. The weapon collector leaned against the far wall, squeezing and concentrating. Soon, the talisman began to glow, and Antioch's spirit left his body. He traveled all over Oa, planting the name Ephesus in as many Lanterns as possible before heading off to find the one that defeated him. Antioch knew she would be needed, though he wouldn't force her to help.

Ephesus, meanwhile, had landed on Earth. The first order of business was finding the Omega Talismans, deciding that his son could wait. Ephesus knew that this would be their last stand, and he would destroy his only child from all of existence. He landed in New York City, sensing the power of the Omega Rabbit Talisman. This would be an interesting night.

Doombringer, Planet Chicken Man

Doombringer crashed the ship into the giant chicken man mountain. literally. everything here was shaped like these little chicken dudes. It was seriously weird. popping open the hatch Bringer watched as all of the tiny birdlings immediately ran out of the ship at Mach 1. Dazed by this it took Bringer a moment to recover. He heard Adara chuckle within his skull. Thinking to her he asked "What is so funny?" Adara responded "The Universe. No matter how much you see and how much you hear about, you can always find planets like these, and species like those little guys." Doombringer though about that. He thought back to Adara "So first of all why are you in my head? I am no one near the biggest hope of the galaxy. Its only by a miracle that I am not doing sinestros bidding. Why are you in me" As Bringer thought this he stared at the partially opaque Host ring down on his finger. It had Adaras likeness on it instead of the Blue lantern Corps logo. It was also partially clear. Adara responded "Space is Dangerous now, even for an entity like myself. I hide myself inside hosts in fear of those who may... use me. Fear is my weakness. Hence why I chose you" Doombringer scoffed "Miss bird, I'm not your typical yellow lantern. But if that's your excuse ill live with it. Just help me out and tell me when someone better strolls along for you to inhabit. Now I have some business to attend to."

Flying towards Asgard he heard Adara say "I am the embodiment of hope, and even I can tell you that there is no hope in this." Bringer said nothing. Landing on the rainbow bridge he was immediately met by his oh so beautiful wife and a back handed slap across the face. Astrid yelled in her magically amplified voice so all of asgard could hear "WELL LOOK WHAT THE CAT HAS DRAGGED IN. ASGARDIANS COME LOOK AT MY MIGHTY HUSBAND RETURNED" Bringer lay on the floor on how to put what happened to him in a reasonable tone while he listened to Adara laugh in the back of his head.

Xander listened to what Naja said and used his Motherbox to open a boom tube back to Earth. Naja looked at the unconscious Infinity man. "Wow... He did a number on you..." She said and was going to take him back to New Genesis, but as soon as she touched him, he glowed and separated into five separate people. "Okay... I did not see that coming." They didn't look injured, more agitated than anything else. "Are you all okay?" She asked as the tallest one stood up.

"We're fine. We stopped that madman though. So it wasn't a total loss."

"Well... You guys kinda lost. Barely. No offense, saying you did a number on him is an understatement, but he won. Even if by a hair. I'm... His girlfriend. He thought I was kidnapped and can be a bit aggressive. I convinced him to stop and sent him home."

"The understatement of the century." He replied. "Really? It was that easy?"

"Y'know, there are ways to solve things without violence." Naja shrugged.

"He started it! Purely self defense." He argued with her. It was about to continue and escalate until Highfather stepped in.

"Enough! Big Bear. Thank you for your valiant defense of our beloved world. Naja. Thank you for stepping in when you did."

"No problem. I know it might not be your thing, but you can ask for help. I know everything Xander does about the formula. I can help you make it. And, thank you for taking this as well as you are."

"Any damage done can be reversed quite easily. Our technology is superior to anything in your mortal dimension. This was to test one of you, the other just happened to show up. Had he killed anyone, we would have a problem. However, we have received everything we need to know." He said and opened a boom tube for Naja. "You have done enough. Leave New Genesis." He said obviously just trying to get her off, lest risking Xander coming back. Naja rolled her pupiless eyes and left as she was told. Last thing she wanted to do was cause more trouble. Though she was taken back to the Kree that she had left a few minutes prior.

"Sorry about that. Some misunderstandings were had. How's everyone doing?" She asked. All but the first one they injected were staring at various things throughout the lab. Veral, the Kree that was recently cured of his ailment being the only one not doing it.

"They're getting used to their new senses. It's a whole new world for them. Where's Xander?"

"He had something to take care of. Don't worry. He'll be back in a few hours. In the mean time, lets get you guys and girls better acquainted with your new powers."

Xander made his way back to his apartment and took a long shower. By the time he finished, his wounds had healed. When he was done, he looked at his old costume which had been ripped to shreds during his fight with the Infinity Man. "Well. If I'm like this again, out with the old, in with the new." He said to himself, grabbed several colored markers and paper. Using his magic, he created a handful of new costume designs in a few hours, but couldn't settle on which one he liked the best. It was then decided that Naja would have to help him choose.

On New Genesis, the New Gods were examining the data they received from Naja's escape attempts and Xander's fight with the Infinity Man. Upon finishing, they went from confident in their abilities to handle the both of them should they have to, to almost outright fear. "This cannot be right... If these readings are correct. Then... There is no reason that the human should have had the trouble he did."

"Explain." Highfather commanded.

"It's... Complicated. The bodies of both the human and the reptilian woman are exactly the same. They are not completely present in this timeline. Instead, a small percentage of them is in another, which is where they draw their power from. However, that is not what concerns us. The energy they they wield. It allows them to alter the very building blocks of reality itself... If the human genuinely wanted to. He could have erased us from existence with a wave of a his hand. We believe that he's unaware of this ability and instead he thinks that all it does is make him strong. So that's what he is. Given his fury, there is no reason to believe that he shouldn't have used it if he did indeed know about it."

"The human has created something he doesn't understand..."

"Though do not close your eyes every time you lift it," she said, before stopping and looking at him. "You are an interesting man, Otis of the Inhumans, and that is an intriguing idea. Though there already is a Thor Corps of types with the various wielders of Mjolnir. But a Mjolnir Corps, each possessing a weapon forged by myself that is not only Mjolnir, but another, perhaps, that is an intriguing idea. I will think more on it, and I will speak again to you if or when it is done."

"But now," she said, "If you are to wield Mjolnir, you must know the very basics of fighting with it. Do not let the lack of a sharp edge fool you, Mjolnir can be deadily. You must be able to use the appropriate force against different levels of foes in order to or in order not to damage them to the point of death. Come with me, to Asgard's training grounds," Valka beginning to walk.

About half a mile later, they arrived, uncharacteristically alone, which served her purposes. She stood in the center of the training grounds, with no weapons but her body. "Swing Mjolnir as hard as you can at me. No holding back here, as hard as you possibly can. Just walk up to me and swing."

“Fair enough” Remarked the Arcosian honestly. A little annoyed by the Kai’s assertions. She did not come out of prison and into whatever the fuck land this was to be critiqued by a purple mohawk man. “Though this had better be worth my time…” She remarked bitterly, advancing to her fourth form quickly. “There. Now what?” She asked. Glacia crossed her arms defensively. She was more than a little annoyed now.

Hiroshi:

When the final wave of force washed over them, Hiroshi locked eyes with Glacia, his emerald ones boring into her own. Golden energy sparked off of his frame as his formed tensed, visibly readying for his Acrosain companion to lash out in rage.

" Supreme Kai,Maithili all do-" Hiroshi began. " This is your full ability? The full extent of your powers? While you far outstrip my own abilities, you are nothing to the Super Saiyan and Demon you travel with, a problem we will rectify later. Now you Hiroshi, then Myosai."

Golden energies tore at the earth around them as Hiroshi tensed himself, the grass flattening and sharp winds ripping across the small planet. Gritting his teeth, lightening rolled off his frame as the ground around him warped and cratered outwards. Golden fire burst to life around his feet, searing the grass and rolling up his frame, his muscles bulging outwards before tightening against him. Golden light exploded out in every direction, seemingly from the Hybrid himself.

Opening his eyes, Hiroshi breathed in a scalding, furious breath, emerald eyes flicking over the gathered warriors. Glancing at Glacia, he winced, realizing he's shown her the lions share of his power, a time he'd not wished to add upon her bruised ego.

" If you need a name for this, I call it Ascended Saiyan." Hiroshi commented quietly, trying to break the silence.

The Purple Kai nodded slightly, before turning to Myosai. " Now you, surely you provide a challenge to Hiroshi? We've seen you fight him before."

Taro
Taro's mouth, which was now nothing more than a jagged gap in his shadow-form shifted slightly as an unearthly laugh left it, echoing around the chamber as he tore into Frost's shadow again. The oni struggled against the intangible assault. Dark black lacerations opened on her skin where the shadow's claws tore into her own shadow. Drawing on her powers she formed a dozen shards of ice with rained down upon Taro, piercing the shadow and the floor. Taro released a discordant howl of pain as he recoiled from the area, drawing his shadow together into a three dimensional creature of shadows.
With a violent snarl he rushed at Frost, his shadow shifting as his form changed. The shadow drew out into an immense, long, slender viper. In this shadow Form Taro began to wrap around his foe and constrict her, causing the razor-like edges of his shadow-form to cut into her. Frost struggled violently against the constricting, eviscerating foe, but it was little help. Taro held the grip tight, hoping to wear his foe down, but the Oni was not out of tricks yet. An eruption of icicles centered on Frost skewered the shadow snake all over, causing Taro to hiss violently as he released his prey, returning to his own form. The shadows faded from his body as he felt all the welts and bruises from the attacks he had sustained in his shadow forms. But as he glanced at his foe, he smirked in satisfaction. Where he was covered with bruises which lay hidden under his fur, she was covered in bleeding cuts which had an angry black tinge to their edge. The pain would be getting to her now, that, and blood-loss. Taro summoned a little more of his remaining martial strength and dashed towards the exhausted Oni one, final time, burying his sword in her bleeding chest. As he dropped the creature he turned to see how his allies were doing. The human was finished to, something which annoyed Taro quite a bit.

"I wouldn't say I'm nothing..." The arcosian replied bitterly, coming down with a case of vegetta-itus. She didn't mind being outclassed, but this was just insulting. She might have rotted in prison, been a traitor to her species and even been very different to the likes of frieza and cooler, but she still had an arcosians pride to a degree. Sure it was a stupid, almost childish feeling, but Glacia, like most of her race, had the vice of arrogance to contend with. This stung at that pride. "And how exactly do you plan to "Rectify" things?"

The Builder War
"Calm down, people," he's with us, Craig said, raising an eyebrow at Manifest. "Glad to see that you're still alive and well. You gonna get up?..." he trailed off, turning his attention to Hadrimmelis, activating controls that gave everyone inside the ship a 360 degree view, allowing them to see any action occurring. Activating his com, he spoke to the heroes still lingering outside. "I want everyone inside, ASAP. Shields to maximum after everyone's inside," he told the ship AI, not being sure of what would occur, but not wanting to take any chances. And then, the earth of Hadrimmelis began to shake, Craig, having a bad feeling about this, activated the teleportation arrays, beaming everyone aboard the bridge. He placed one hand on the joystick, and waited, slapping his other hand to his eyes as a blinding light emerged.

And then, all of a sudden, a dragon bigger than the one that had aided them emerged. The sound of jaws dropping could be heard all over the bridge of the Infinite Venture, Craig having to physically close his mouth with his hand. "But--- that's impo--" he stuttered, before shutting up as everyone glared at him as they eagerly awaited what would happen next. Craig, seeing that the eyes of the World-Dragon promised death to the Builders, started to fly away to a safe distance, the inventor shaking his head all along at the impossibility of the whole thing. One the heroes grabbed some of the popcorn, Superman using his eye beams to heat it up immediately, another one providing the butter. Craig, racing to his individual room, grabbed one of the boxes of doughnuts he had stored in his refrigerator, Craig holding them out to Superman, who had become the team's microwave for the moment, the Man of Steel heating them quickly. Nodding, Craig reclaimed his seat, and scooted it forward, munching on several doughnuts as he witnessed the wrath of Hadrimmelis being unleashed. And when it was all said and done, the heroes looked at Spiderman first, who was licking his fingers of the buttery popcorn. "Hey! You would do the same."

The bridge fell silent, and Captain Marvel looked at the World-Dragon. "Damn. We might have a chance after all." Craig, nodding, leaned forward, seeing another being approach the World-Dragon. As it grew in size, Craig pulled out the Orb of Cognition, his invention telling him that it was a creature made out of slime. Literally.

"Now I've seen it all," he muttered, rubbing his forehead.

"Damn." Manifest whistled. "I mean, I had more or less guessed what was going to happen- But that was still impressive as hell." He mused for a moment. "Have to say though, the slime creature was unexpected." He rose with a grunt, still slightly sore, and approached Craig. "Our friend there is a World Dragon. Hadrimmelis is its name. When it sleeps, a planet forms around it. When it's awake, it's a primordial force of creation and raw power- And if that creature considers itself a threat or a match to her, we need to get the hell out of here." His voice became sombre. "Have you ever stood beside two Gods and watched them fight, boss? I'd rather not find out what its like to be ripped apart by cosmic forces."

"As for seeing everything..." He summoned the Manifest Blade directly for a moment, staring at it. "No. You haven't."
