• One of Frieza's scouts reports Mad Max, and Freezy-Pop sends out some members of the Ginyu Force
• Mad Max vs Burter and Jeice: Max stomps worse than Goku due to his power set
• He finds information pointing to Super Kami Guru as the guardian of the Namekian Dragonballs (after everyone gets their upgrades), goes to him
• Guru refuses to give Max any information, and after a brief scuffle with Nail, Mad Max absorbs the lifeforce of the Guru (thereby becoming guardian of the Namekian Dragon Balls as well)
• By chance, Mad Max meets with Frieza, and the tyrant wants to battle. Mad Max generally ignores him to search for the rest of the Dragon Balls.
• Freezer ain't having that insult, and beam-blasts Val, sending Mad Max into a rage.
• He battles and defeats Frieza, absorbing tons of energy from the tyrant and Namek itself - causing the world to explode soon

Then, after that battle, he leaves with Val's body.
