Nightmare was born with it. Eon stole his time powers from the rest of his race. He was born with some small temporal powers, but managed to collect the rest of the Chronians' by force, killing them in the process (an unintended side effect, but Eon was indifferent). One day, we'll have Nightmare, Eon, and Frost all meet together much like this:

Eon is a mad-thinker and more humanoid, like Doom, and wears armor. Not much else in common.

There's an idea...
A Villain whose mere presence kills all rabbits around him by teleporting them to an alternate dimension in which rabbits cannot exist, so they simply poof out of existence.
That would be his only power.

Now for his costume, he wears a full body yellow suit with slits for his nose, mouth and eyes.

Backstory:
Brian is a very unique individual, having been born with such an extreme form of Autism, he lacks proper social skills but at the same time he boasts an incredible intelligence and his brain functions at higher levels than normal giving him abilities that exceed that of normal humans.

Due to his lack of social abilities, he has lived a relatively sheltered life and continues to live with his mother, but because of his overfondness of his sedementary lifestyle he has fallen in love with the idea of being a superhero like those in his favorite comics. Having also been bullied in his upbringing, he adopted the name that once was used to shun him as a symbol that he will henceforth be strong in the face of fear and injustice.

Powers and Abilities:

Genius level intelligence - The foremost of his abilities is his genius intellect, being able to compute data that would normally take long lengths of time in a matter of nanoseconds, in a very proficient way

Ultra-perception - He can detect everything to an insane level of detail, capable of identifying even flaws in diamonds with the naked eye.

Telekenetic abilities - His high mental capacity has allowed him to develop a very limited use of telekentic abilities, allowing him to move small objects around at high speed, however this ability only becomes useable when he is under intense pressure such as when in a life or death situation. As his use of his ability progresses, so too does the power of the ability progress.

Photographic memory - He remembers everything he ever sees

Incredible senses - His hearing and sense of smell are far above that of a normal person.

Weaknesses:

Physically he is a very out of shape and weak human being incapable of lifting heavy amounts of weight and he is incapable of running for prolonged lengths of time. Furthermore, he suffers from severe health problems and is morbidly obese, factors that are a major obstacle for him in his pursuit of justice. Furthermore, he has a narcassistic personality and is easily enraged.

Destructive Capacity: Will transition from street level up to solar system level as his powers progress.

Speed: 1 m/s

Durability: Below Average Human Level

Lifting Strength: low end of average human

Striking Strength: Class H

Standard Equipment: Flash light, suit, extra pair of undies, & bus fare.
