Perhaps! Thanos and Darkseid will continue their battle until DS emerges as victor, but we pretty much need everyone on board to convince Doom to hit the reset button. Generally, since he's not that evil anymore in canon, he'll probably invite many of the interlopers/survivors on Battleworld to discuss their future much the same way that Alex and Naja did, and they elected to settle on one of the many countries. Mad Max refuses.

As I've said before, in the secret wars thingy retreat, defeat, even death can ultimately be irrelevant as all that has to happen in the end is Doom to be convinced to restore the multiverse.

They can, but Zephy, but Ember can feel people's body temperature so there has to be an abundance of heat sources for her to lose track of someone, and Zephy could by instinct sense someone breathing so gain, have to be some decoys or you'll have to hold your breath.
