2. When you google your RPC's power and found out that said power actually comes from your favorite game/story/lore? (This is subjective, since a lot of powers have been created before, and sometimes fireballs can make an interesting RP if you use them correctly)

3. If you referenced your character from another's lore, how related are the two? If you can match over 50% of the lore, you may need to swap out a bit more.

... this isnt finite list, but it is a mental check that I go through when I create my RPC.

what about fireballs?

In Asia, there is clevet idiom for your situation. If you dont feel like you have done anything, chances are that I am not talking to you.... unless I am, in which cade everyone is confused.

Then i'm confused because the only two people that I know that are using Halo look a likes is me and Denmark (the elite). BUT neither one of us has referenced anything halo. I look at my creature and "Say wow that thing would be completely useless in a fight" so then I ask what can I do to not make let this thing be slaughtered in the first page, so I go back to a quote "Brains over Brawn" so I base it off those two things.

There is nothing wrong kickstarting your creativity with whats already there... you dont have to reinvent the wheel each time. However... ask yourself what you are going to do with said race yoi created. If you are RPing mythological creatures exactly how original lore have said, then you may have copied too much.

Similar to generic races. If your "Navi" (since no one has done Avatar this seems appropriate) is going to be slinging trees, domesticating flying reptiles, and singing about communicating literally with nature, then they may be too similar to the original.

they DO have a avatar one....

Ah, as you might have read, I have a creatur very similar to the pegasus, and I'm obviously not going to use the Greek myth for that, however I liked the way they were portrayed in a show, so they might be a bit too similar to that. Especially since I thought they would make for interesting characters in this rp. Although now that I think about it, the lore about them there was rather limited, so I don't really know whether to go back and change things up a bit now...

Species name: Qui clamant, Those who Scream, The Children. (I'm open to another name. I'll take suggestions.)
Species starting climate: I'm a tad unsure. Suggestions ?
Species characteristics: The Children are a bipedal, reptilian species, averaging at 8 meters and 210 pounds of muscle. They are primarily nocturnal, and possess the ability to see in a variety of spectrums.

All specimens are voracious carnivores, and prefer larger prey. They incapacitate this prey with the use of a specialized throat organ, roughly the size of a shoe box, that produces sonic waves. These sounds often cause brain hemorrhaging, seizures, strokes, and a myriad of other afflictions when heard by those not adapted to it. Once their prey is incapacitated, or rendered weak, the Children tear into it with sharp, three inch claws, which secrete a mild paralytic agent, furthering limiting their preys ability to defend itself.

The Children are able to alter the texture and colour of their skin, and often use this when they hunt. It is common place to have prey tread upon a specimen, which would then jump up and devour it in quick order. When not hunting, this ability is used to create a myriad of designs and patterns upon oneself, in order to identify ones clan/pack.

Civilization name: The Great Pack.
Civilization characteristics: The Children don't really have a unified, central government. Instead, the Children exist in dozens of packs, semi nomadic family groups, often comprised of dozens of different families. These packs often hold massive meetings, in which many prey creatures are killed, pack alliances are made, and debts and feuds are settled.
The various packs are ruled over by the dominant packs, whose sphere of influence encompass various areas.
Name of starting settlement and its short history: WIP.

Not done yet, but I'd like some review.

If you're looking reptillian, it might be wise to go for a warm climate, but not too warm. Swamplands perhaps?

I'm not planning on them being aquatic, or semi aquatic. So swamplands are a no go.

Could this be viable in the treelands, or the rainlands ?

Since there is even more peeps, I think i can apply for co-op without going over-op.

I would like to help you especially with helping with the apps and initial screening process before you give ultimate approval. Either way, could I help so you can get some sleep??

To clarify; it's probably worth mentioning that when I say natural science, I mean aside from the magical realism Hark adds himself. As such, if you're looking to deviate from physics, check with his head canon first.

I am getting similar problems for apps as well.

I am going to notify those that need fixing to fix these things eventually.

But since this is temp... the worst you can get is reset of lore if you didnt follow every rule.
