well... the point is that we are reaching 30 peeps. Even with people who are hiatus, that is still too many in my opinion. It gets complicated and hard to navigate around the thread with this many people around.

Probably.... you should be the last one to join. Really. I may not be op, so i dont have powers to say anything, but for the decency of RP and for the sake of OPs who will need to burden the stress... we need to stop recruitment until we can get a decent stat of who is still around.

Which of these races should I roll with ?

1. Large, carnivorous insects. Think of the Judas from the Mimic movies. Giant cockroaches, for all intents and purposes. Apex predators.
2. A race of carnivourous vines, governed by a rudimentary, instictual mind. Flesh eating kudzu, basically.
3. 8 meter tall humanoid reptiles. Apex predators.
4. Parasitic brain slugs that infect you, destory most of your brain, and use you like a puppet.
5. Semi humanoid, rather large, terror birds. Apex predators.

I was literally just thinking that I remembered that from somewhere. Now I remember. It's a book or somethig about children who transform into animals and aliens and stuff and they fight a race of parasitic slugs who are invading Earth. Fun times. Also the slugs have time travel and try to help the nazis win WW2. I remember that.

Also, Sangheilli are traditionally militaristic(Ala Halo), but I want to possibly make them a more peaceful race. Would Maad establish relation with a more peaceful society? It will be hard, as the Sangheilli are a proud race who have a long history of military dominance. So changing the perspective of an entire race will be hard. Also, the Maad look suspiciously like Humans... That might cause problems. (Well, I think they do)

We will trade. But no alliances. We don't trust outside nations enough to do that.

Also the Doulas are grey. They have an organ that is basically a camel hump. They look human, but are not.
