Yes, but Scandinavia and REA hasn't met yet. REA knows about Scandinavia, but Scandinavia doesn't. I do an IC post soon.

Is there a map of what is still available...available? I'm super interested in playing. Also, can someone give me a brief synopsis of what's going on in-game? Maybe a telegram to not spam the forums up so much.

Here's a map, claimed territories are coloured and white ones are unclaimed

As for a brief synopsis I believe I can't provide that since I rarely read the IC thread.

I can't respond without a war and if I don't I'll appear weak. I may just send some anti submarine ships and helicopters and send jets to intercept and force the TU-95 to land

You can ground it, but you aren't allowed to take it after it is on land... It'll return back to USSR tho.

I got an idea. Instead of grounding, you could tell them over radio to turn around and go back to the USSR.
