He can concentrate it, that's part of his power. And once it hits something and actually fires out in all directions, it will have quieted down to around a gunshot's loudness. Just wait until later on. Rob gets much much louder. Also, the blasts can be raised or lowered to a frequency undetectable by humans, so there is only the force of the blast.

He can concentrate it, that's part of his power. And once it hits something and actually fires out in all directions, it will have quieted down to around a gunshot's loudness. Just wait until later on. Rob gets much much louder. Also, the blasts can be raised or lowered to a frequency undetectable by humans, so there is only the force of the blast.

Because he wasn't supposed to have that much control. We were all supposed to start out lacking control with our powers and such and slowly build them up. That is why i got alpha. Pattern recognition isn't great when all you can do is hack. However, I am going to expand it later to more than hacking cpu's.

Not only that, Dexter has from the start decided to look after others by forming the group, if he did not desire the responsibility of looking after others. Then he should have went buy himself how Red Raven sees it.

So, if Red Raven calmly explained exactly what the maps contained. Would his reaction change? Hate to have failed negotiations over a misunderstanding. Also, Red Raven would not have brought un useful out of date maps and demanded so large a price.
