What. For some reason I had you pegged as around Astro's age.

I'm older than you. I can vote and buy firearms! :D

Huh. Does that mean I come off as mature?

Hardly. I doubt Anderson would be pro-life to such extremes.

I'd be deeply disconcerted if any of the two came preaching in my parish, definitely.

Ditto. Which would be worst, the insane fanatic vampire hunter or the guy who goes out of his way to make sermons that completely ruin your desire to live? Actually, that wouldn't work, because I'd be too busy orgasming to Kirei's voice to actually listen to what he's saying, but still.

Possibly. Though now that I think about it a good portion of my reasoning must have been since you and Astro were chatting about trans unions at your school and I just assumed that you were both in university because of that.

Think about getting Communion, or worse, Penance from Kirei.

It doesn't help that Penance is already a pretty unnerving thing.

Communion is daunting when you're not baptised, by the way. It's like, "Everyone else gets a cracker and grape juice, but you're not special enough, so I'll just mark a cross on your forehead with my thumb and pray for your damned soul."

Also, Ash Wednesday has always struck me as really unsanitary.

He'll baptise you with Angra Mainyu. And for Communion, too, where do you think he got his "wine" after Gilgamesh drank it all?

I have no clue how they're going to make Rentaro, Taiga or Kirino capable of even standing up to Accelerator ... Well, it could be entertaining. Then again, Taiga technically qualifies as a loli, against whom Accelerator is harmless, and Rentaro can summon an army of them, so maybe they could be up to something there.

Then there's the fact that Kirito is capable of serious harm only in a virtual environment.

But that's the fun about crossovers.

Yeah, in a real battle, Misaka and Pre-Network Accelerator would dominate

Yeah, in a real battle, Misaka and Pre-Network Accelerator would dominate

"Pre-Network"? Even Post-Network Accelerator would absolutely and effortlessly curbstomp all the other characters in there simultaneously, and that's before he gets the upgrades to his system and without taking into account his angel thing. And in whatever virtual reality benefits Kirito and the Accel World guys, too. Misaka and Tatsuya would pretty much one-sidedly massacre everyone else - again, all at the same time - except for each other. I mean, this thing is so laughably unbalanced that it might actually be pretty funny.

That might actually be a good matchup...

Misaka vs. Tatsuya

Accelerator could probably reflect Tatsuya's magic, and he can definitely take on Misaka, so he isn't in there

Arguably, the most threatening person in the lineup for Accelerator is Miyuki - Tatsuya could have a shot, depending on how his "magic" gets interpreted, but he's an assist anyway (whatever that means). She can probably bypass his automatic defenses, which means she'll have between 0.5 and maybe six seconds (depending on whether Accelerator has his knowledge of magic or not) to do something before he picks up a city block, stops the Earth's rotation to power up and wipes her out of existence. So, depending on her equipment, she might actually be a minor threat.

As for Misaka vs Tatsuya ... As I see it, Tatsuya has more raw power, but Misaka has more versatility. A good matchup indeed.

The way I see it, if Tatsuya can't block a railgun shot somehow, he is finished. If he can, Misaka is finished.
