Well Epirus is supposed to be one of those small Greek states in Greece vying for influence and whatnot in the Mediterranean. A few years down the line, one of your Kings, Pyrrhus, supposedly takes the throne and goes to war with Rome (thus giving us the term "pyrrhic victory") in order to make Epirus stronk.
