Hola, thinking of doing a rebel group(prolly Islamic) in the Caucasus area. I just wanted to get stuff straight. Russia is still Soviet Union? Do they still control Armenia and Georgia and all wether the soviets are around or not? And there is a civil war there as well?

The soviets exist but have been pushed to the Moscow area. The Caucasus area is one of the places where groups are rebelling against Moscow although you could do a breakaway nation there if you want too.

Yeah maybe a caliphate consisting of Chechnya, Dagestan, and Ossetia and all them. Idk I was thinking of something like ISIS but only up there and a different name.

Meh, wealth is only relative. Since everyone is poor and small, China being not as poor and bigger means its much stronger. TBH im not really interested in playing it since we lack a Japan, a strong US rump state and the Russians arnt enough deterrent being divided and all. Can i change the OP's mind about not splitting the US into so many statelets? We dont have enough people playing great powers as it is so wiping America's political influence completely is a detriment to the RP.
