History/Description: Jung Jun was born in 1943 in Seoul, Korea. His first two years of life were hard as his family tried to survive in japanese held Korea as the US pushed the country to its brink. The end of the war was welcome to his family as the fighting was over but also because Korea was finally free of Japanese rule though the country was now divided between North and South. Jun grew up a relatively normal life after the war, going to school, trading with US soldiers for scarce luxuries like candy and coffee for his parents. On the eve of the Korean war, Jun would leave the country for a prep school on the coast of the US that his family hoped would make sure Jun would succeed later in life. He was taught english their and other valuable skills but his home country was ravaged while he sat there unable to help his homeland.

The end of the war something that jun welcomed as he learned he family safe having fled seoul early in the war and taking refuge in Pusan. Her would finish his tenure of schooling at the age of 14 and returned to his homeland where he spent the rest of his years till turning 18 in a korean school. Upon his 18th birthday, he did a unexpected thing and joined the ROK wanting to ensure that if their northern brothers ever tried to invade the south again, he would be able to help stop it. Jun rose through the ranks quickly reaching the rank of Daewi by 23 but his rise stopped their. Jun's first assignments mostly revolved around serving as a translator at US military installations across the country. His skills with the english language from his time state side was invaluable when talking with the american soldiers.

It was his skills with the english language that led to Jun being deployed to vietnam in a bid by SK to help their ally, the US, in defending Vietnam. He would be embedded with Bravo Battalion as he was a much needed translator for US forces as few would speak Vietnamese and English as second languages.

i saw that everyone was in alpha so i went bravo thinking it would need people but if only alpha is moving out, i will switch to them
