The Lannisters and Baratheons can probably defeat the Tyrells and Martells. Where do the other stand?
The Tully's seem to be pro-Targaryen, judging from their post. I doubt that the Starks will side with the Lannisters, considering they probably still remember the Red Wedding. Not sure where the Arryns stand, though I would hazard a guess that they are neutral.

Do not kill Aerion out of mercy yet please, I'm working on my (insanely long) post and part of it is Renly grabbing the man and demanding he tell his men to surrender. It'll be quite an emotional post for Renly and it'll be all the better when Ser Davos still gets thrown from the Holdfast.

As a side note I don't think I'll be able to post in the IC today as I'm away from my computer but I'll get it up by tomorrow.

In my next post a half-dead Oberos will be committing suicide, while the Royal family will be arriving in Sunspear at day 12. If anybody has any objections to that date, let me know, it seemed like a reasonable travel time for the ship.

Why is he killing himself? We could offer medical aid if you'd like.

He believes that you would torture him, geld him, force him to turn against his family etc. No amount of words would convince him otherwise, considering the fact that you have essentially caused the death of his hero (Aerion), caused his family to flee to an uncertain future and almost killed him.

I've already gone through the science, don't worry. Aerion's loss of blood coupled with his relative fatigue means his muscle cells can't preform aerobic nor anaerobic actions, respectively, with his muscles fast enough to, say, draw a dagger and kill Tywin. Further, Tywin's natural instinct of surprise, coupled with his top-heavy body, means any attempt to cut him with this dagger would mean he'll topple backward and avoid your blow. While he may be cut, he'll live, and Aerion will be restrained.
