Yes and no; it represents the general hopes of the German Government with regards to Russia and Austria.

The plan at its most ambitious assumes that all of Germany's eastern Allies will co-operate and Austria will only split in half after a short dispute.

A more realistic version assumes that infighting will be constant and that Austria is completely unsalvageable.

The funniest part is that you think Ruthenia or Lithuania will survive realistically :P

On a more serious and non-sarcastic note, Poland should comply with Germany whenever the plan goes into effect, so long as nothing too unexpected (i.e random Soviet invasion of Poland or a communist revolt happens) occurs.

Sure I hate myself for it, but fuck it, we invited this. It's sad, but at some point you just stop caring. People can scream and cry but nothing will ever get done about it. When was it last that a shooting incident like this (or any other) actually made people legitimately search for answers or try a new approach? None that I can think of, It's been the same people, shouting the same expletives with the same people dying.

I hear they have good internet over in Scandinavia.

I leave you people alone for a few hours...

In the last thread, there were almost no deployments by Europe to Archangelsk. The BESIEGING force numbers not even 50,000. It would take several MONTHS to assemble a force that size there, all by ship under Red fire, and feeding them would be a nightmare, even if Frunze's army starts to fall apart. After months of assembly, half of them are going to starve to death.

Seriously, people, please...

Interestingly enough, I never used to be edit these maps using Google Chrome, because the sidebar wouldn't appear and stuff.

Germany could slide into democratic socialism with one vote.

Legislate some stuff into the constitution that could be used as a buttress for ownership rights (libertyish stuff) and go like LSD in Scandianvia (Liberal Social Democrats) who are about as close to socialism as you can get without actually being socialist. Have that be a firm point, though, so moderate socialists are drawn away from the fringes, despite it not being true socialism.

The German government's unofficial opinion is that it has absolutely no chance of retaining independence; i.e. this isn't because of any German policy.

I am not going to give up on Moldavia's independence. I would agree on some kind of deal, like the organization of the United Principalities of Moldova and Walachia that was proposed in the Treaty of Pari. Two rulers, two governments, same foreign policies and armies, or something like that at least.

How come 205,000 men are on the CW map then?

First, I don't know the difference between Moldova and Moldavia. I am with the "Republica Moldova", with the capital at Chisinau. A little bigger then Moldova today.
Yes, I have 50.000 men in the army. The others are militia and conscripts.

Actual trained soldiers could be around 2%, militia, more; perhaps 5% added on. Any more than that, and you'd be risking the stability/existence of your state, though some circumstances might induce you to do that.
