Just an fyi I had to take Belgium out of the currency union between Belgium (and Luxembourg), Switzerland, and France and abolished the Belgian franc and replaced it with the Belga (all of this actually happened in 1926, I just made it earlier due to civil war). I am attaching it to the British pound as the Belgians actually did, but hope to attach it to the United States Dollar, mainly bc Conference of Brussels and such. Plus, the Columbians are not really suffering from post-war economic woes like really any European nation is.

All is found in the third segment of this post about de Vil's reforms.

If anyone who is well schooled in economics notices anything that would well not make any logical sense, please let me know.

Also if you did not pick up on the meaning of de Vil and the intent for the character by my OOC comments, the second segment should do that for you.
