Shinji got too many nightmarish visions and his eyes glows blood-red again. Shinji leaves the bench and walked senseless by people.

Yuki slept soundly, dreamless and unaware too all the happenings around her as she laid on the grass. She thought she had heard voices from within her subconsciousness but brushed it off as the whispers of the wind and remained asleep. Or at least she would have until a voice that could wake the dead roused her uncomfortably.
She was still exhausted from the fight prior so her vision was a little blurry as she watched the obscured figure of what she thought was Theriam move away, but even then she didn't move from the ground. Slowly however she realized that there was no pain from the wounds the prior fight had given her. As she moved her arm she opened her palm so see no slash across it that she had received from the chakram.

"Fugahhe?" Yuki murmured lightly with her monotone surprised that there was no wounds. It was slowly then that she noticed a shadow over her, luckily or in this case unluckily it was one of the female teachers who immediately started to quietly scold her, although all she could really do was lightly nod in compliance, she was expecting much worse from the teacher and was waiting for some sort of punishment before her vision lazily drifted back towards Theriam's group.

She couldn't make out the figures but it was a decent group. Although there was nothing she could have done to enrich the ongoing conversation shoe couldn't hear and slowly tried to make out the details of the new arrivals.

Theriam went back to his meditating antics, as he needed to perfect his Ripple training, he continuously made quiet Ruoooooooh~ noises in his meditation, as he needed to control his breath at a certain point, he briefly wondered if an overdrive of Ripples could melt someone internally if it was powerful enough to make the blood boil, he knew he could do that to himself to boost himself for a short period of time, which was extremely useful agility wise and strength wise, as much as he never got to beat his brother, they weren't equal, Theriam always was slightly weaker in muscle mass, so he compensated by being a mastermind of the body, he knew exactly where he needed to hit to hurt the most, or heal the most, he kept that advantage for a good while, but since they stopped fighting because of Heamet developing his art of the Spin, he made up for the lack of muscle mass, and Heamet made up for the lack of strategy with his mother's training in healing, both of them are a deadly duo, and with Ether, they were next to unbeatable, as they could always harass their enemy with small attacks to draw attention, or just attack all the time from all the sides, both of those were valid strategies.

Although the arts of Spin and Ripple are frequently used in healing or boosting oneself, they are also equally deadly, as someone with enough medical knowledge of the body could easily impact with full force on one point and kill the target immediately without even drawing blood, making both of those arts of Aura extremely useful arts of assassination, Heamet and Theriam fully knew this, but as both those arts are really useful in killing Grimm they use it to their full capabilities, and when they'll be able to, use both of those arts to their full extent, as they are now on common ground in terms of power, and strategy.

Heamet was preparing for Avena's answer, as he really wanted to fight someone who didn't hear about the Spin, or didn't know how to handle it, yet he knew she would be able to handle at one point, one way or another, maybe by shooting it, or just dodging. She would find a way, it's not fun if the opponent cannot find a way to counter it.

Avena smirked at the black haired boy who accepted her generic challenge. " Awesome, I like your spunk. I haven't been this excited in a while." Avena said as she laughed with excitement. She then turned her attention to another boy as he talked, looking at him oddly. " Good to see my fans have come to watch me fight, although you talk too much, brainiac." Avena said to the boy. " Anywho...I hope your ready..." She said to the black haired boy as she pulled her hood over her head. She then reached behind her and pulled out a black and grey sniper rifle."...because I'm the best shot in the kingdom." Avena said with a smile as she chambered a round.

"This is going to be highly ineteresting!" Heamet said, shivering from excitement, he was finally going to have a real fight, and that was the greatest thing he could hope for at the moment. He saw her unsheathe her weapon and himself got his balls out his pouches, he turned his pair into clackers and pointed a finger at his head.

"It's on!"

As soon as the black haired boy pointed at his head, everything slowed down in Avena's mind. ethereal numbers and symbols appeared in her field of vision as she focused on the boy's clackers. She was calculating her perfect shot. Trajectory, wind speed and direction, distance to target and elevation were automatically being factored in by her. This was her semblance, calculating the perfect shot in a fraction of the time it would take a normal person. With everything figured out, she was ready to make the shot. In real time, it only took Avena a fraction of a second to look down the scope and fire. The bullet exited the barrel and headed for the metal clackers. Unknown to the black haired boy, the round Avena chambered was a dust round, ice to be more specific. The bullet struck the clackers, exploding into ice that cover the clackers and the boy's hand. Avena already had another round chambered and ready for a follow on shot.

Jackson had also noticed some students fighting in the courtyard, and a certain professor stopping them. Strangely, he recognizes, no, he clearly knows that woman.

"Adelaide?"

Yes, this was Adelaide Silver, a professor at Beacon and Jackson's older sister. She is known throughout Remnant for her masterful skills with two swords, and was a celebrity during her days of being a huntress in training, kind of like that other girl with the Amazon look and crimson hair.

Avena yelled out for anyone to challenge her to a fight, in which Jackson then said, "No idiot in his right mind would want to–"

As he was saying this, another person yelled "Me!" in response. He then changed his sentence to say, "I stand corrected."

Jackson had overheard a girl with dark red hair saying in excitement, "Ohmygosh, sis! That kid's got a collapsible staff!" She held on to a blonde haired girl and continued, "And she's got a fire sword!"

Adelaide then intervened by blocking Avena's next bullet. She then said to the two, "Both of you, if you wish to fight, do it in combat classes, not here."

Avena was surprised to see another person step in front of her and blocked her next shot, which was an FMJ round. Judging from how she spoke to them, she figured that the woman was a professor here at Beacon. " Awww..." Avena complained as she put her sniper rifle back in the holster on her back. " Well, I guess awesomeness will have to wait for now. Next time, friend." Avena smiled as she waved at the black haired boy.

Heamet had teleported out of the way by shooting himself and yet his clackers got hit by the bullet making them impossible to use for the time being, unless he put down his balls.

"Okay I'm dropping them" He said before being interrupted by a teacher blocking the way to his next confusion shot that teleported his upper body behind her.

"Aw. Well another time then." Heamet said, returning to his body and breaking the ice covered clackers by infusing Spin in them.

"Heamet by the way!" He said befire walking off.

Adelaide took a breath of air and returned her sword back in her sheath. She turned her head a bit and noticed Jackson standing there. This girl was probably accompanying him on the airship. To confirm this, she then walked over to her brother and said to him, "Jackson, is this girl with you?"

As he took a moment to look at Avena, he then replied, "Yeah, so?"

"Every time. Every time." Heamet said, at least this time it wasn't his brother that stopped him, but it still was annoying to him that he couldn't have a real fight until fighting class, or the initiation, but that wasn't a close event at all, which was annoying to him, highly annoying.

Theriam, on his side was calmer, even if he got told that he was a brainiac, he always said that brainiac is equal to mastermind, and that he was, so he never really felt any insults thrown at him, that girl was easy to read though, probably the easiest one he met, not that he cared, he only wanted to tell her that he knew about her, and that he could exploit her weaknesses if needed, may it be physical or mental.
He was still sitting next to Yuki, wondering when she'd wake up, he started caring for her like brother would, he slightly wondered if it would go further than this, but brushed the thought off, as he doesn't like to plan emotional behavior, unless he wants to know someone better, he patted her hair a bit when she seemed to wake up slightly, but didn't feel the need to wake her up completely.

Ether on his side went off the pathway and threw his chakrams around to calm himself, as he was angry for no reason again, he yelled and threw his chakrams at full power, and used his semblance at full power throwing countless images of his weapons, creating a hurricane of sorts, constituted of his chakrams, as they didn't hit any enemy or surface, he continuously threw his chakrams, and yet with all the energy he was deploying, he was still in extremely good shape, not even feeling the slightest bit of tiredness, as his Aura was very powerful it was regenerating him, keeping him from being tired.

Ether continued to throw his chakrams around, yet, he was hoping for someone to come and see what he was able to do, despite looking like a shut in and acting like one around people, he was violently opposed to any kind of social interaction except if it is necessary or if someone prt of his family, this family being Heamet and Theriam and soon another person, he was ready to accept said person as it was for work, and that alone made it a valid reason to accept that person, though he surely had disembarked they still did not meet him yet, and that was most troubling.

Theriam waited for Yuki to wake up and patted her head again, her hair was soft and smelled good, if he wanted to, and if he was able to, he would pat her head all day, she truly felt like a little sister to him, yet, he was feeling more than that, he wanted to be closer to her, as those thoughts went back and forth in his mind, he cracked a genuine smile at her face, which was extremely rare, especially for him.

Yuki had watched Theriam among the group before he had walked back to her side, startled when he was walking back towards her. She had closed her eyes and pretended to be asleep or at least that's whats she had planned but reality was a cruel mistress as she quickly fell back unconscious before he even was within a few feet of her.
Although this sleep was lighter she was still aware to some degree, feeling the gentle weight of his hand atop her head, the weight slowly moving back and forth. For a moment she wished she had been born a faunus with a cat's tail and ears so she could enjoy the lavish experience to its utmost degree... although she quickly changed her mind when thinking of all the abuse she would have had to suffer but at the same time the night vision would have been helpful.

So Yuki slowly stirred under the gentle weight of the hand and slowly opened her eyes. The thing that greeted her was the sun light and an obscured face from that light, however being half asleep she thought she had somehow returned to the past from a horrible nightmare and quietly mouthed the words "Father...?" before realizing it was Theriam.
"Afternoon... Too warm... wheres my Ice?" Said Yuki looking around for her ice not knowing of the events that had transpired while she slept.

Theriam continued to gently pat her head, at that time one could have mistaken both of them for a brother caring for his sister, and as he patted her head he felt her move, she was waking up, he looked at with a comforting smile, as he looked at her she seemed to be mouthing the word father, the thought of this made him smile brighter because of the slight misunderstanding, but she was quick to go back to her usual self, being slightly grouchy she complained about the heat of the afternoon, he briefly chuckled, put his cloth back to his neck and spoke up:

"I probably overdid it didn't I? Sorry about the Ripples."

Heamet eyed the pink haired sniper, she was indeed talented, she managed to hit him before he even shot a single nail at her, or at his head, she was talented indeed, though, if that teacher didn't show up he probably would've been able to beat her, just by shooting a nail.

Heamet continued to observe the pink haired girl, how was she able to shoot him without him noticing? All he could do, even when replaying that scene in his mind, was get hit, but only remembered that she only looked for a split second through the scope, he guessed that this was her semblance's doing, she wasn't relying on her actual instinct, making it able to counter it, but how? Unless he started moving at the speed of sound, he wouldn't be able to dodge it, and the only way to do so would be to shoot himself faster than she could shoot him, but charging his Spin took a tad too much time, unless he could relocate the damage by creating one of his holes on the damage she caused, he would have to try that out as soon as he could fight her again.

Theriam looked at Yuki, put his palm on her forehead and overdrive'd his ripples onto her to see if she could use the Ripple like him, as much as it would cut her breathing for a second, he wanted to see if she could try to use it, if she could, it would help her grandly with her arm problem, being a klutz, that was certainly keeping her from doing the best she could with her abilities, as he didn't want her to be sent in a mission she would never come back from, he cared for her deeply, and no Grimm was going to take her away.

Ether continued his fit, creating chakrams all the time, keeping only one or two phantom chakrams each time, he continuously made his phantom form grow bigger, into which at one point he concentrated his whole semblance to create the biggest chakram he ever came to use, he even needed to use his semblance to hold it, as he couldn't do it himself, with the chakram being more than five times his size.

When Avena asked the two on how they know each other, Jackson and Adelaide took a few moments to look at each other. Adelaide decided to speak up for the two. "Perhaps I haven't introduced myself. I'm Professor Adelaide Silver, and I teach combat classes at Beacon."

Jackson added in a quieter tone, "She's my sister." Strangely, they look so different. Adelaide is a wolf faunus, and Jackson is a fox faunus. He looks like the rebel of the two while she looks like a more professional person, at least in combat. How are these two brother and sister?

Avena looked at the brother and sister oddly. Despite being related, Jackson and Adelaide looked nothing alike. Their hair color wasn't the same, eye color didn't match, the way they held themselves, even their Faunus attributes weren't the same. " Are you sure y'all are related?" Avena said as she narrowed her eyes. " Y'all don't look alike. I mean...you're a fox...and you're a wolf. Strange. Y'all fauni are so wierd." Avena said with a chuckle.

Yuki watched Theriam place his hand on her forehead and felt a pulse flow down her spine from his aura and then it began to ebbed and flowed through her being like the waters on a beach. It was gentle and warm feeling emitting from that pulsation but she suddenly couldn't breathe and the gentle pulsation had turned into a stabbing pain which was almost too much too bare, she felt like her existence was slipping, eroding away into oblivion. As she looked at Theriam her eyes panicked and flinched and then as quickly as it had began it was gone.

Slowly she spoke, her voice monotone but quivering.
"Painful... no good...?"

Theriam made his smile disappear for the moment her breathing stopped, but yet continued sending the Ripple into her, he had to go that far to see if she had the power of the Ripple, and unsurprisingly, she had it.
The power of the Ripple comes from the difficulties one has suffered through life, and having lost her family was way worse than him, she had the power to surpass him easily, if she was to be trained, she had extreme potential with the Ripple, he could even feel her Ripple emanate through him, overpowering his own Ripples, though, she was just overdriving because she didn't know how to control it, he still felt she could be as powerful as him, if not more.

"No... Actually, you have the abilities to use the Ripple. You may even be better than I am, even though you are overdriving at the moment, try to control your breathing. Count to five... Breath, let it out, repeat that one or two times and you should be good. I'm proud of you." He said those words as he was patting her head again, if she had the potential, he'll have to train her, not that this was a problem, he was trained all by himself, that was true, but not without notes, he had his ancestor's notes on that art.
He was going to train her like he was trained, not alone though, but he was going to be training her as hard as he could, so that art would never disappear.

Heamet sat in a tree and relaxed, he put his vest on top of his face and started to sleep soundly, he did want a fight, but waiting was too much to bear, so he did the third best thing he could do in his life besides using the Spin, and fighting, which was sleeping.
And so he slept, not caring about anyone, as the initiation would only come tomorrow.

Ether stopped his fit of rage, as he started being calm again, he thought of how he would be able to use the Spin, if he had accepted Heamet's offer, he would've been able to link his chakrams with the Spin, rendering them even deadlier, he pondered the thought over and over again, thinking of how he could go up to Heamet and ask if he could train him.
He finally decided to use the Spin for himself, he wanted to get stronger, and as fast as possible.

Theriam looked at Yuki and spoke with a slightly confused tone while waving his hand in front of her eyes:

"Yuki? At least try to listen please. Yuki could you try answering to me at least?" He was indeed confused, it was like her soul got to Oblivion and had a hard time coming back, maybe he shouldn't have unlocked her potential? Maybe that was a mistake? No, it couldn't be, he never makes any mistakes, no regret, no mistakes.
Maybe she was having a hard time coming back on her normal way of breathing? That was probably it, the Ripple way of breathing is hard to control at first, especially when one's Ripple overdrives as soon as the potential is unlocked, it is surely because of the energy it takes.

Theriam looked around while still keeping an eye on Yuki and saw Ether come up to Heamet who was sleeping, when Theriam suddenly felt a stabbing pain in his head and was almost forced to stand up and go next to the cliff where the pathway started, the water at his feet seemed calm, so calm he could jump into it, his headache made him unfortunately fall down the cliff to meet with the water below.

Theriam closed his eyes, healing his headache that was amplified by the fall then suddenly opened his eyes, flipped his body on his back and spoke quietly:

"Aqua turquoise Overdrive..." while he used the Ripple to change the density of the water, making him able to land on it without harm yet passing through it normally.
Theriam felt himself being calmer and calmer with each second that passed, not because of the lack of air, for he could almost breathe underwater with the way of breathing he uses while using the Ripple, his personal record is about twenty minutes twelve feet deep, he opened his eyes and looked up to the sun through the water wondering if anyone would mind if he drowned at that very moment, but he didn't care personally, everyone he knew was completely aware of his antics, yet, falling through this water made him feel better than ever, he didn't know why it did, but he didn't care, no one does anyway.
Theriam slowly swam back up to the surface breathing normally and being welcomed by a slightly annoyed Ether, after the latter scolded him for two seconds, he sat on a rock and asked Ether:

"Hey Ether, is it important to have a goal in life?" He asked with his monotonous voice.

"Depends. For you, I'd say it isn't necessary, for others, they just need a purpose to live, like that Yuki girl, you showed her that there was more to life than she thought, but yet you are one of those people who don't need to live, who are just here to stay a bit then leave, like our ancestors, no love interests, no kids, just being there for the sake of being there." Ether explained

"I see. That sounds like something you would go by." Theriam said again, his voice was slightly deformed because of the air that got out of his lungs by not breathing by the way of the Ripple.

"I didn't say that you two were dating", Adelaide replied.

Jackson let out a sigh. Geez, she doesn't get it at all, he thought to himself. Sensing that Jackson was losing his patience, Adelaide decide to explain. "I'm his sister by adoption. I was taken in by his father when I was seven. He was still an infant at the time and-"

Jackson turned red. "Sis!"

"-and since then we grew up together", his sister finished.

Jackson let out another sigh. "And there you have it."

Yuki looked at Theriam, he had told her she had potential while he continued to rub her head, his fingers ruffling her hair.
But she was over driving? so he gave her a simple breathing exercise which she immediately started. Deep breath in, hold for as long as possible and then exhale slowly.
It was exactly like when she had gone into shock those many years ago while doctors had tried to calm her down after telling her what her family's fate had been. She repeated the breathing many times over and went well and above what Theriam had suggested. infact se was so concentrated she forgot about everything around her for a few good moments and was left in a partial trance.
and then snapping back to attention silently, her eyes drifted to Ether who had been throwing chakrams walk towords Heamet who was asleep up inside the foliage of a nearby tree.

And then Yuki look again at Theriam again, only to notice him heading towards the cliff face and then falling from it and disappearing. For a moment she was shocked but then let the surprise of his actions leave her mind and slowly stood up, she needed some time alone to herself for the moment, but her unbalance frame causing her to falter a bit which made her stand in silence awkwardly before then looking at were Theriam had fallen. Then waving lightly in the general direction before walking off without any further words towards Beacon, her eyes drifted towards the woman who had seemed to be a teacher with two other students and sighed in their direction.

Possible trouble on the first day... and she had been no different she sighed once again before slowly raising her left hand to her mouth in slight surprise... she was sighing... how odd. But she couldn't understand what had exactly changed so she decided to put the thoughts to bed and then continue walking.

She heard an explosion nearby and went to check on it by curiosity from a safe unseen distance only to find three girls in what looked like deep conversation, and decided to pay it no more mind. Slowly her hand had moved towards her baton playing with its end, silently she was checking its repository however and a silent anger at herself rose... she had used most of the internal dust up... great only a few hours in and she was down a vial of dust as she quickly refilled the baton. She wondered if she should maybe recreate her weapon, The baton as the frame wasn't bad and it had served its purpose, but she had no real range and had to relay on her semblance and Dust for her weapons and armor since the baton while a physical steel rod could still be bent since it was a three piece locking rod, and if the frame took enough damage she'd be out of a weapon.

She wondered if she should design a lightweight transformable gunblade, although weight had to be considered due to her single arm plus the weapons recoil would be a pain in her backside which meant caliber would have to be kept extremely small which meant that penetration power would be weak... As she was lost in theses thoughts however she walked right into a wall and fell backwards onto her bottom into a daze.
