Artefact Description: The Ring of Hahvulon was crafted a few years after Harkon made the deal with Hahvulon. It was imbued with a bit of Hahavulon's own power. The yellow ring, which bore his symbol, could bring the fear of any creature into reality. It reads the mind of the target, and makes it see its greatest fear, no matter what it is.

Well if they're immigrants or travellers it makes very little sense that they'd do such a thing and ruin any chance of coming back to the Empire. The Empire is a sleeping giant. If you awake it, there will be hell to pay

Race(s): Caelum Vampires
Patron God(s): Caelum, Ashur

Brief History: The Caelum Vampires were originally Stel-natus who married into the Vampire civilization. Their children were born Vampires, but continued to worship Caelum along with Hahvulon. They rejected the nomadic lifestyle of the Harkon Vampires, claiming a large bit of land south of the Great Uls, which became known as the Deadlands. Around six-hundred years ago, they began to worship Ashur as well, believing he would help them to hunt better meat than their Harkon counterparts. They stayed in tribes and lived under the same hierarchy as the Harkon Vampires. In the past three-hundred years, other races of Vampires joined the Stel-natus vampires, becoming Caelum Vampires themselves.

When Hahvulon ordered the worship of a new Pantheon, and the abandonment of the old Pantheon, the Caelum Vampires refused. They broke away, reorganized their lands and became the Kingdom of Caepire.
Geographical area and key features: The area sough of the Great Uls and west of Aldrizor. It is a tropical area, with a very long river.
Other details: The tribes had already created large towns and cities, so they simply converted into townships and elected a Governor for the various tribes, or cities as they were now called. The Governors met up and divided the land into thirteen provinces, each with three Regional Governors and a King was chosen.

Like all other Vampires, they lack the ability to fear. They know when it is smarter not to attack, etc. but never feel fear. Using magic, they copied the Ring of Hahvulon and asked Caelum and Ashur to bless it with their powers. It would be known as the Ring of Caeshur, and would be an heirloom for all Kings to come.

They also hold a strong belief that Hahvulon will be redeemed.

Well I am in the lead to be elected next Co-Chief of the Pantheon, along with Vardaelia. Caelum is about to die, he is preparing a successor to take over the Job as God of the Sun and leader of the Stel-Natus.
