Anyway, since Ajetta now has a new scouter, a little bit about power levels:
I'll use the same formula as in DOTM: Infinite War for calculating the power level of a character, in the case that I scan one, link soon. Basically, they only measure destructive capacity of a character, being the arbitrary readings that they are. Any other powers or stats don't count.
If you have epic powers that hax you up and put you above the leagues of normal characters, but you have shit actual destructive capacity, then you will still have a low power level. That's just how they work.

Holding back is also possible.
