Luckily his mother came out with only minor injuries, but his father caught the worst of it all. The damage done to his father's had left him an amnesiac paralyzed in his arms. Since then Leon spent most of his time after school helping his mom take care of his father which prompted him to take an interest in medicine and criminal justice. Hector poured himself a drink, well Jack Daniels to be exact. He was tense however that would change soon. The President was about to deliver a major speech and he wanted to see it.

The seal left and there was Jackson sitting in a desk that appeared to resemble the Oval Office. However Hector really knew that he was in NORAD and this signal was coming from an untraceable source.

"My Fellow Americans are world has greatly changed in the last 48 hours" Jackson began with his hands clenched together and with an almost stoic yet peaceful tone in his voice.

Jackson continued "The question if we are alone in the universe has been answered. Extraterrestrial forces with technology that we yet comprehend threaten the capitals of all World Powers. All existing problems can not even contend with this gargantuan threat. But will we allow this force to frighten us into submission. "I understand that these scenes might be frightening of animals turning D.C into a perpetual zoo, people around the world actually greeting the aliens, and looting everywhere. You might think has the world gone to madness but I am here to tell you I now how you feel. I watched as nations scrambled to do something for protection even if it would be viewed as irrational" Jackson paused and recollected on his thoughts.

Luckily his mother came out with only minor injuries, but his father caught the worst of it all. The damage done to his father's had left him an amnesiac paralyzed in his arms. Since then Leon spent most of his time after school helping his mom take care of his father which prompted him to take an interest in medicine and criminal justice. At the age of 18 Leon enlisted into the U.S. Army and worked as a combat medic until he saw a poster for the OPC and requested a transfer.
