Your Industry is pretty low compared to me and China and have deicded to lower your numbers by 1,000, for each catergory in land based Veichles the South is not a heavy Industry it's more focused on Agriculture(I have lived here my whole life and I know) despite more industry being moved in it isn't in any state to have that many tanks due to you just lacking the industrial Capacity.

Your Navy would be lower as well they aren't needed as you aren't fighting a Naval war you are fighting a Land War so a small Naval cut is needed...(2 Carriers and a few of each class)
