After the US fell aparr mosr shipbuilding companies (a few are based in Oregon) probably fled to Canada or somewhere else, but I suppose a few may have stayed. I don't have a large shipbuilding industry but its nonexistent either

Then that answers your question. Corporations and companies would most likely flock to Canada or Mexico, depending on whats in their best interests, so you guys might have more advanced technologies than IOTL
