Religion: The Inca still worship the god's of old, and the Church of the Spaniards has no control over them. Though a few citizens here and there worship Christ in there small communities, the vast majority of the Inca still give praise and sacrifice to the old Gods. Suprisingly enough, due to a large influx of Aztec refugees, the god's of the Aztec are slowly gaining importance in Inca religion and culture. Already, the religion of the Inca is much more bloodthirsty, giving up many sacrifices to Inti and the gods. If things stay this course, the gods of the Aztec will take hold of the Inca.

Hey, traders, just a quick reminder: trying to take control of the deserts with 18th century logistics against nomadic tribes is painful and costly. Coastal Libya is less of an issue, but getting control of the inland won't be pretty.

(Also, Persia, those lands joined the Khanate over 300 years ago. Some exile communities I understand (I can't imagine some didn't pack up and leave) , but those lands are pretty well integrated into the nation by this point. Just like I probably have exile communities of Muslim Armenians, Azeri, Sunni Kurds, and Turkomen in my nation: but they'd be fairly small and even all the men cobbled together can't form a major army)

Odd, I thought Germany existed in the 1700s as it's own country. How strange. Well is there anything that isnt based in India or switzerland, that I could use, or are those the only ones left? For me, India would be a last resort in any roleplay. Not a big fan of that country. It's culture is just really weird. More importantly, is there anywhere in europe that isn't allready taken? I've allways wanted to do an rp where I could control a nation with the combined culture and history of Germany, Russia and the Czech republic.

Theres that land next to italy. I think it was Slovenia? maybe. You could have the combined culture of the slavs, germans and italians. Though, you'd probably just get kicked around. In the Americas, you could probably be like a Gran Columbia or Argentina, or perhaps some sort of colonial enterprise of the Europeans. The Dutch East and West India Companies, etc

Well if the american columbia isnt allready taken, sure. I love the building architecture in bioshock infinite.

Considering this is alt-history, they very well could be.

Latter is a definite no; Bioshock Colombia is late 19th Century architecture and this is 1705, a lot earlier.

That depends. In our RL world, Argentina is a bit of a mix of Spanish and Portuguese elements, although it only became independent in the 19th century. Your Argentina would be a bit of your choosing, really. What is their cultural heritage? What nation settled those lands? That'll all be very important. Most of the architecture will be wood and stone, as those materials are easily obtained for the building of colonial houses. Some bricks in the riverlands, perhaps. Large marble buildings in neoclassical styles (Bioshock Infinite) would only appear in the US in the 19th century, while we are at the beginning of the 18th.
