Ain't going to enlist, at least not today. Army nearly screwed me over, and I ain't into that. I said fuck it, and I'm gonna talk to the Air Force tomorrow. I can ask about a waver to fly, get more benefits, I can still go to school, and I get better housing and food to top it off. Besides, if the Army isn't hurting for personnel like they say it is, then they won't care if the Air Force gets a guy. Artillery is cool, but sleeping in a hole for half the year ain't my thing, and if I wanted communications, I'd just work for anyone in my town.

And fuck Combat Medic. I hate blood.

Best is how short the training is so you won't be at your battle's throat half way through training. Granted you usually arrive to your unit as a fuzzy [E-1] but still, more time to learn as you go. How long is your contract?
