Summary of the above lists: Greece is always kinda unstable, Cyprus is actually doing pretty well, Thailand is basically a military dictatorship most of the time, Laos and Cambodia are not as populist as they claim, and the future of the Two Sicilies is still sufficiently undefined that I haven't hazarded anything other than monarchs.
