Het, would it be godmodding if the Dragonborn used the Slow Time shout? Or the Become Ethereal shout?

I would not thank so. I rarely used the shout myself but To me It's not godmodding.

I haven't even gotten it yet, either of them. But, I probably shouldn't say this, but one could argue that the Thu'um is godmodding, as I've heard countless times that it is a form of reality warping when you can slow time by merely uttering three words.

Well, it was Lydia that was stabbed, the Dragonborn is almost fully covered, head-to-toe in dwarven armor, so the knife probably wouldn't harm him.

I would be if he/she could use it over and over with no sort of CD effect in place.

Me and Discord have agreed on her death, which will piss the Dragonborn off, oh, and Discord, would you be mad it the Dragonborn defeated the Witch King and trapped his soul in a Soul Gem?

Yeesh, wouldn't want to use the weapon enchanted by that gem. Every time you swing it it'd try to chop your head off.

He'd probably just use it for bragging, he'll hold it up in the open so Sauron can see it and say "This is all that is left of your loyal Lieutenant, surrender, or a fate much worse shall befall upon you!"

Very..Also it is debatable weather the witch king still has a soul, but yeah. He is not going to die in this fight.
