It might work. The Sniper's job under Wily was essentially as an enforcer. And everyone was scared of him er... it. He had a terrifying presence. (probably still does.)

Powers and Abilities: Hulk Smash, the thunder clap, Infinint strength (considering the angrer he gets the stronger he gets) He can breath under water, Dynamic Durability... some of the powers, the stuff I put included, can be found here.

Weaknesses: Beings more powerful than him, anything that can calm him down, he's unstable (meaning anything can tick him off and make him switch sides for a bit), gods

Destructive Capacity: cityblock-world (depending on how pissed he is)/ stret level for bruce banner

Speed: below average, but he can jump amazing distances.

Durability: very durable-nigh-indestructible (again, depends on how pissed he is)/ average for bruce banner.

Lifting Strength: street-moutain (how pissed determins it)/ average for bruce

Striking Strength: Class MJ-??? (depends on how pissed)/ average for bruce banner

Stamina: I have no clue how to determine this for the Hulk/ below average for bruce banner

Super strength, super speed, regeneration (reaching up to mid-godly in some incarnations), durability, multiple personalities which make him highly resistant to psychich attacks and soul-based attacks, mystic senses, his strength and power are directly proportional to his anger, or, as the old saying goes, "The madder Hulk gets, the stronger Hulk gets", can create massive shockwaves with thunderclaps, as Banner he has a genius intellect that can create incredibly advanced technologies, highly resistant to magic - based attacks, immune to nuclear and radiation - based attacks, resistant to transmutation and other such matter manipulation powers, can touch energy as if it were solid and tangible

Weaknesses: If he is not sufficiently enraged he transforms back to Bruce Banner, with only base human stats (although he has shown the ability to maintain the transformation in varying emotional states) Beings more powerful than him, and gods.

Destructive Capacity: At least island level+, ranges up to planet level+ (his power varies based on his rage, during Planet Hulk, he was keeping continental plates from breaking apart).

Range: Greater than human melee range due to his size, thunderclaps can reach up to kilometers in every direction, by attacking the ground he can reach potential planetary range

Speed: At least hypersonic in jumping speed (has overtaken jet fighters and ICBMs), massively hypersonic+ reactions (should be at least equal to if not superior to The Thing)

Durability: Planet level+ (His regeneration makes him very difficult to kill since his healing factor can bring him back from greater forces)
Lifting Strength: At least Class Y+, increases exponentially with rage (capable of holding tectonic plates together, creating earthquakes across the entire Eastern Seaboard with a stomp, lifting and throwing mountains, smashing asteroids and planetoids to pieces, breaking through planet-moving energies, etc)

Striking Strength: Starts out around at least Class YJ+, ranges up to Class XKJ+

Stamina: As long as he remains angry it is virtually limitless

Standard Equipment: The ubiquitous invincible purple pants

- Bedrock rush: He digs his fingers into the ground, and as if he were about to lay out a bed-sheet, pulls a sheet of rock from beneath the opponent's feet. He shakes it rapidly to make them loose their footing. The enemy often falls into deep ditches followed or has boulders land on them as a side effect.

Wait, aren't Imperial and Alternian Navies engaged already? I thought the two fleets were already fighting? My last post wasn't trying to destroy the scouts, they were engaging the actual fighting ships, not the scouts.

The Alternians and Cybertronians are on Cybertron, waiting for the Imperial attack. The Imps and The Master's forces are around the planet from Megaman, I think. Nobody's engaged in combat yet, save for the scout ships that were murdelated in what I can only accurately call overkill.

As anyone with eyes/psionic abilities could tell the decoys were decoys (a bunch of prime warships just sitting there, not moving at all while others were attacking kind of gave it away)

Aet, I don't know how not devoting an entire fleet to hunting down three scouts gave the decoys away. Two Heavy Cruisers and six Destroyers was overkill for the job and that was a horrid waste of resources. Not using everything st the beginning is basic strategy. Tactical Reserves and overextension are a thing ya know. :V

(OOC: it seems like firing hundreds of physical missiles per nanosecond would leave them without ammo after about a millisecond, but whatever)

Being able to make ammo on the spot and the fight not even lasting a second helped a lot in that department.

Also, I'm lazy! Who knew?
