Well, er, no. See, Politics are currently... Delicate in the Balkan Region. Nationalist and Pro-Independence Serbs are rioting in Belgrade, there are Marcist Revolts in Bohemia and Slovakia against Austria-Hungary, a Hungarian Independence Movement is gaining power, the Croats are carrying out killings in order to gain independence, the Italians want to spread Socialism into the Balkans, Britain is trying to gain influence there, and Rumania and the. Ottoman Empire have border tensions. I'm Rumania, by the way.

As you can see, there are a lot of problems.
