In no particular order. It's all very confusing.

Speaking of the Pacific War, you might want to keep an eye on the Philippines. They are trying to take away your territory of Indochina from the Japanese and create a Union with it. This would piss the French off. Keep that in mind.

If they invade, then France will go to war against them, fighting along side Japan. If the rest of Europe supports me, since we seem to be on good terms, that should be enough to keep The Philippines in check.

Now take the Filipinos. Much weaker then America, especially after the Soviets and Mexicans pulled out of Japan. Yet somehow they captured Kyushu with only 38,000 casualties. This is, quite simply, unrealistic.

Threatening nations isn't how you get them to stay out of conflicts. Japan threatened China. It led to the First Sino-Japanese war.
