These countries will remain under self-government with the advisory of Argentina as their capital country, while having the newly formed South-American Mega-Country's (Name in the works) capital located in Asuncion, Paraguay. Think kinda like a United Countries of South America kinda deal.

Nation's Ideology/Goals:
With recent developments towards the end of both the war against Germany and Japan, Australia has recently been refocusing its attention on the ongoing Europe-Russia conflict. With Australian personnel still embedded within several United Kingdom RN and RAF units (particularly Bomber Command), debate has been ongoing whether to recall these servicemen or reform them as part of an 'expeditionary force' to assist the allied effort in Eastern Europe. However, the scars from World War II have barely begun to heal and Curtin is unsure whether a battered, yet unbowed Australian public will be ready for any conflict so soon after the last.
The Australian Parliament has not yet re-established diplomatic relations with the “de-Nazified” Germany. Justifiably so, as the horrors committed under the Nazi regime and the relatively new (albeit, imperialistic) government headed by Wilhelm III still leave Germany's foreign policy in doubt. As of this time, the former consulate to the then-Weimar Republic has volunteered to head a diplomatic delegation to Germany, in order to (it is hoped) renew diplomatic relations between these former enemies ...
Differences in history:
Historically, the 60 year-old Prime Minister John Curtin suffered a severe heart attack, derived from both the strain he had experienced while leading the Australian wartime government and a number of other factors; he died on the 5th July, 1945. In this AR, Curtin is still well enough to see out both the war and his first four years as Prime Minister; should his health continue to hold up, he will stand for the next election in 1946.
On a minor note, in this alternative post-war timeline, the RAN is considering purchasing either an ex-RN Queen Elizabeth class battleship or the modernised battle-cruiser HMS Renown from Great Britain once they are decommissioned from service. This was an idea that had been historically considered before the war, but was abandoned in favor of additional vessels to bolster the RAN's compliment.

There were three. The first when we expelled you from the Concord, the second when you went communist, and the third was more of a nuclear bombing than a real war.

Because of that, Germany is not allowed to take more lands from Mexico anymore or Mexico will tell it's friends!
