The Commonwealth is also separate from the Concord, and therefore you can't say that they are automatically part of the Concord.

It works the same way as Australia: There are a Pro-Britain and Pro-America factions. It all depends on who wins at the polls.

They are, technically, part of the Concord. That doesn't mean they can't leave and join the American pact, but they are a concord member under Britain

I'm looking to, if possible, apply as the Commonwealth of Australia, but I'll need to get a handle on this AR, post-WW2 world first. I can see the names of three big power-blocs being bandied about, but I haven't been able to make heads or tails of the post-war timeline so far.

Plus the fucking Luftwaffe. Cuba isn't on your side anyway, so wtf. And you can't fucking teleport massive fleets and randomly place divisions wherever you want

1. We annexed Cuba after the first war with Mexico. It's a German protectorate.
2. The divisions in Cuba are paratroops. They can be flown in. It's not teleporting, but aircraft can deploy them in under a day, they're not teleporting
3. The North Atlantic isn't American water, the German fleet will be patrolling northwest of Britain
4. The Kaiserliche Marine is stationed in Kiel. In the Atlantic. And North. I merely put them out of port.

Alright, so next question: would I have to base my military equipment and statistics on 1944 or post-war figures, since the war seems to be practically all but over (unless the bru-ha-ha in Russia is still ongoing?)

In the meantime, I'll knuckle down and get reading. Wwith luck, I could get to grips with how this world war was, for the most part, resolved.

I guess the big power-blocs is the Concord, USA and USSR, except the USSR has been disbanded. Also, what are you playing as in this RP? I am the Mexican Empire.

No idea yet how sharply from history they'd be diverging, but since the diversion point is half-way through '44, I doubt there'd be much wriggle room open anyway for any key divergences.

Ah, the best I could hope for was if PM Curtin didn't have that heart attack in '44 (he passed away in '45) and lived out the rest of his term of office. The rest, I imagine, depends on how things have played out.

There are two power blocs, with a third being tossed around as an idea
There is the Washington Pact- which is the USA and Turkey, along with some Irish rebels.
There is the Imperial Concord- basically a monarchist alliance. Influential members are Germany, Britain, Japan, Italy, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Spain, and others that I'm forgetting.
Finally, the Philippines has been considering an Asian alliance
Basically, Germany overthrew hitler, made peace with the west, had a little civil war, and eventually crushed the Soviets. America hasn't done shit, Britain nuked Mexico, and Mexico still think they're important. And now Ireland is revolting.
