Short Bio: Henri was born on an inner world in the Seran Federation known as Vandria. Vandria was one of the first worlds colonized outside of the Core Worlds and was done so only for the ability to do it. Beyond that, Vandria was a world very similar to Frontier. Because of this, Henri's only real career path was to sign up with the Marines and join an expeditionary fleet as soon as he was of age. A decade of this any Henri only learned how to shoot and lead others into what little combat they saw, which wasn't much. After a decade of this, Henri dropped out and picked up work as a bounty hunter. He was immediately noticed by a local mercenary group known as Starlight Battalion, and he was offered a spot as a team leader with a group of friends he had worked with either in the Marines or freelance. Soon, he, his friends and partners Dueseel, Tea, Krys, and Em'Nari were a well-oiled bounty hunter team specializing in being sent to what Henri referred to respectfully as "shitholes." And so it was, this group of bounty hunters rode along in a repaired ship Reaper's Messenger together. And now, Henri finds himself on the planet Frontier, landing at a small spaceport known as New Washington. He told his partners to stay behind, since he assumed he could to this job himself, so he took the group's LAV and drove to New Berlin on his own to get a murderer and get the rather sizable bounty on his head, if the exchange rates could be trusted.

Handicaps: He's missing his ring finger and pinky finger on his right hand; a car accident made sure of it. This makes aiming with his hand fairly problematic, but he manages the problem by using his left hand to stabilize the shot. Ludo is not blind but a loss of his glasses will make identification of others and work harder.
Short Bio: Ludo was born to a couple that had immigrated from Earth to the new planet to look for more work and better opportunities. This did truly benefit the family and bring in some much needed revenue for the new growing family. Throughout most of his childhood life Ludo had it pretty rough like any other kid in New Madrid; they all had it rough. Even when life was hard he pushed through the muck and continued on with school, but of course he had to get a little dirty. Early on he had developed a habit of hacking school security systems and changing grades for other students, but this did gain him a little heat from the school. This business went on until the end of high school when he decided a clean record was better than a prison one. After sending out applications to the local job market Ludo was able to land an okay job working in a computer security firm. That job didn't last as long as he would have thought, he once again decided to hack into a heavy grid. Ludo did manage to sell off most of the company secrets before the police broke into his office.

With Ludo now in custody he had been offered an agreement by the New Madrid law enforcement. Of course any sensible man would take the deal and work his guilty butt off, and that's what he did. For years Ludo worked his fingers to the bone to help repay the law enforcement for what they did for him. This was a good run in all but it all came to an end when a high speed chase led to Ludo losing two fingers and his partner burning to death in the car. He was given the option to leave and he took it, but of course not before clearing his entire criminal history off of the police records. After his early law enforcement retirement he took himself and began the only sensible thing to do, bounty hunt. Ludo was pretty good on this new job, but he did always put a twist on what he did for himself. He clears peoples records if they're only wanted for minor law breaking offenses.

Origin: Born in South Yangtze District on the outskirts of New Beijing; was raised abroad by employers.

Transportation: Jusrin being employed by one of the larger New Beijin crime syndicates, he has since begun operating as a freelance bounty hunter on their behalf. While his employers may remain nameless, their actions are hardly underhanded or indiscreet. He owns one of perhaps few operational overland vehicles developed for competitive usage on certain illegitimate courses in the dunes surrounding much of the South Yangtze District. Gaining incredible advantages in speed and mobility, the bike is a DIODE type motorbike and runs off of a rechargeable energy pack stored within the bike's main block. It does have spare petroleum tanks for usage when energy levels are low or a need for extra speed is required.

Gear: Justin wears traditionally Asiatic clothing with a twist. Underneath all of his dark clothing is a thermal dispersion suit. This suit alone makes it possible for all the heat in his clothes and on his body to disperse instantaneously through geo-ground points on the soled of the suit's foot-covers. This is capable of rendering him nearly invisible save for his feet in conditions where thermal imaging equipment is needed. He also contains a few extra tricks up his sleeve as is usual for a bounty-hunter of his class such as microchip database nodes capable of allowing him to interface with old tech and judging most civilian's reactions to interrogation like a human lie detector. This gear does come with it's setbacks however and often he stays hidden during the day due to the incredible heat the suit can reach in direct sunlight. Direct sunlight or photonic emissions can also disrupt his incredibly bad it's eyesight and loud noises can disrupt his hearing and stun him more easily.

He wields as a primary and signature weapon dual ninjatō blades which are both capablemof superheating along the blade-edges due to micro-filament conductors within the thin metal blade. This gives it an ability to wound even when the blade is dull or broken. He also carries a single antique M1911 Sidearm and in reserve a specially built Mosin Nagant 79 heavy rifle. While being a rather traditional design, it is based off the legendarily rugged and powerful Mosin Nagant designed in early world Russia back on Earth.

Former Occupation: Was trained as a political assassin at the behest of his employers whom found him on the streets already well-indoctrinated into the world of hunting and killing for fun and profit as a Samurai-Gladiator. This occupation usually is held by children of varying ages within the New Beijing Underground and pertains to incredibly intense fights set up between enslaved or indentured children whom were either sold, kidnapped, or found in the Underground. He had already logged 12 Fatalities/28 Incapicitations/3 Knock Outs by the time he was recruited making him roughly 36th out of a 5,000 Gladiator league.

Likes/Dislikes:
Likes Food, Money, his Blades, his Bike. Touch them without his express permission and expect to lose a body part. He relishes a good hunt. He hates losing prey, but does respect a basic honor code.

Handicaps: Moving long distances over long periods of time. Adapted to urban hunts, he is more built to slowly sneak up on prey and unleash a devastating attack at short ranges. He's also impatient and generally hates having to rely on anyone for anything he believes he can do himself.

Short Bio: Born to a family of 12, being the 13th child he was seen as a bad omen and promptly sold into slavery on the Underground where he was bought by a young trainer of Samurai-Gladiators. Growing under the tutelage of a few older children whom he saw as his adopted family after being abandoned by his biological one, he watched as the years went by and one-by-one they were killed off by other child-slaves. Eventually becoming old enough to fight as well, his first fight was against a seasoned veteran of the arena, and when the veteran saw it was but a rookie, he opened himself up to counterattack in his first strike. One smooth slice through the abdomen later and Justin Fong, received the name of "Hún Dāo" meaning "Soul-Blade".

Fighting viciously and furiously from that point on, he grew in notoriety and became a well-known fighter until the age of fourteen when a Syndicate Scout found and recruited the young killer for a more direct and fulfilling line of work. Quickly proving himself in multiple joint operations carried out with fellow syndicate assassins, he soon gained a following and managed to obtain his freedom from syndicate life so long as he pledged a portion of his bounties to supporting his home syndicate. Dedicating the rest of his money, he secretly partakes in the slave-liberation movement, finding work in various places around Frontier and securing those joins so he can buy and free various other child slaves in captivity in the Underground fighting pits.
