Your person had a radio station no? He was probably rambling on about vampires on there as well. And Providence has assets in Rat City, so they definitely would have heard it.

I wish to ask, would you be willing to do random events on are characters? Like say the response of the townsfolk of Arcadia to me instituting martial law, or a random bandit ambush on (insert character).

As far as I know there really weren't witnesses. If you took all the info available at the mayor's office before you fled you know as much as anyone else (alive) does.

Where does it live?: Swamps, rivers, lakes, and bayous.
Is it dangerous?: Yes
Is it Carnivorous?: Yes
Describe the animal and any unusual traits or abilities it has: The devil gator is a rare type of mutated alligator that haunts the wetlands of Louisiana. The scales on top of their heads by their eyes have grown outward to form a pair of distinct hornlike shapes which is where their name comes from. Devil gators behave like their normal cousins but they are much bigger; often between 25 to 40 feet long, they have tougher hides, greater strength, and often give off enough radiation to cause radiation sickness if someone sticks around too long.
Despite the danger devil gator hunting can be a lucrative gamble for the skilled or foolhardy. Devil gator hides are thick and tough and can be tanned into a bullet resistant leather almost as tough as combat armor and some tribes stretch it over old world hubcaps to make excellent shields. Devil gator teeth are used to make weapons as well, the best warriors in the Amazon tribe often use clubs that are studded with rows of the teeth as weapons and javelins and arrows tipped by the smaller ones. Even the 'horns' are valuable as decorations, but all the parts first need to be treated with Rad-Away or extract from the wand blackroot before they are safe to use. Devil gator meat is inedible because of the radioactivity.
-Huge Alligator with devil horns
- Radioactive
- Scales are resistant to damage
- Valuable scales, teeth, and 'horns'

Name of Plant: Wand Blackroot
Submitted by: SaintB
Where does it live?: Brightly lit areas around marshes, ponds, creeks, and rivers.
Is it dangerous?: No
What kind of plant is it?: Flower/Root
Describe the plant and any unusual traits or abilities it has: The wand blackroot is a plant that can grow as high as 5 feet tall that is native to Louisiana and Texas marshlands. Its identified by its dark green leaves with white smooth almost furry bottoms and by its flowers that grow at the top from tube-like growths at the end of its stalk. Perhaps unsurprisingly wand blackroot's roots are the valuable part of plant as they can be boiled in water to create a tea that helps relieve the symptoms of radiation, it has the same effect when chewed but also causes violent stomach pains.
-Roots heal some radiation poisoning.
