The majority of my navy will be cutting you off from them, you will have to attack me in turn with your navy. Your little missiles will be shot down by the AEGIS system. I will destroy every power producing facility in Albania, then I strike at their water supply, then I carpet bomb their cities, then the Lancieri move in. Boom subjugated. Occupy for a year, break their moral, transfer to Serbia while still dominating Albania's economy(to protect ethnic Albanian).
