Not yet. Considering she won't be revived for a significant period of time (took cerberus 2 years if I remember right). Until that time, all of the ME:2 squadmates are off limits. The ME:3 squadmates who aren't in ME:2 are free game however.. and I plan on bringing at least one of them into the light.

Negative. The OP calls for you to not use ME:2 squadmates as leaders. This is so that they can be either used by the OP in events, they were all quite busy at this time.

However, I do think Garrus will be on the Citadel losing his job currently insisting that something be done about the reaper threat.

Can we research brand new technology or new upgrades? Like if I want to research a superior VI for the Elcor soldiers do I telegram OP and then finish some kind of task?

Do Research Centers have to be built on planets or can they be built on Major/Minor stations as well?

Orson, you do know the Council does get reports about the Krogan DMZ, right? I don't think they would like it if Turian troops moved onto the planet without Council authority.

Eh salarian player mind explaining how you Smuggled weapons to my krogan Rivals the whole point of the Krogan DMZ is suppose to prevent us from recieving weapons every ship entering Tuchanka is searched and scanned they even have battlestations above scanning the atmossphere at all time, so not sure how that is possible i also kinda feel like you are taking alot of liberties controling my Rival clans or is this just me?
