I'd say fairly stacked. The only reason humans were promoted to higher ranks in C-Sec was because the Geth killed so many agents in the attack on the Citadel.

I'm not planning on raiding, But I do need cerberous files to get jack on my side.

Simply handing me some files to give her to get her under my payroll and such would save a lot of trouble, and it's not like you can't just adapt to counter anyinformation she gathers. Hell, maybe we could be the new answer for the collector problems, we're an organization who hates the same people you do, and if you just provide enough incentive, we can help you do things.
