Well, her 'illness' (at least on the basic level; gossip can blow anything out of proportion) is somewhat understood. She's extremely introverted, can barely hold up a conversation with most people, doesn't want people looking at her, and either flees from or lashes out semi-violently at those who try to force her to accept their attention. Now, the exact cause of nature is probably up to the imagination, and here are a few options some people might be whispering.

1. She's plain old mad, having enough screws loose that its better to keep her locked up (Partially true)
2. Her blasphemy has resulted in a demonic force possessing her weak soul. (False)
3. She runs a deep carpet cleaning and dam-repair service, but hates herself for it and is paranoid of being found out. (False)
4. She's actually a blatantly obvious bastard or adopted child from some foreign local who can barely speak Westrosi and is trying to put up as good a charade as possible.
