France politely denies Russias offer for an alliance due to their relations with china and chinas bad relations with our ally korea but we hope relations between our two nations increases.
France also declares that it will attend the friendship games.
In Libya the referendum is 67% join france as a colony and 33% said stay independent.

We're neutral with China and Korea.
