2? How about 1, and you can have the other one partially made out of mithril. I don't understand why you would have mithril weapons in stead of mithril armor, but oh well.
And perhaps you should consider dropping one of the clans, b/c from what I can see, you've got a lot of fortresses and characters that will be hard to keep up for anyone, including yourself and me.

I can keep up with them, no worries, and if i really get to busy to keep up with them all i'll drop one. Just know that most of the characters won't do much aside from heading into battle if needed. They are just the "royal family" of these clans.
Anyhow, how about one axe and one shield? that alright?

And here I was under the guise that G would give me and Bree a page, maybe even two if we were lucky, of respite. I was sadly mistaken . . .

I doubt the Orc parties will get as far as the Shire for some time, to be fair.

Pfft, you get to solidify your hold on the Hobbits with an external threat. If anything, I'm doing you a favor :P

My apologies, Great OP. He shall arrive at Rivendell shortly. I trust Gandalf will greet him there?

Out of curiosity, what are Northern Orcs doing in Osgiliath/why are they trying to rescue men?

A. They aren't from the north north, like Gungabad. They're from the tribes near Mordor
B. They're targeting the train, not the contents

A. Wait, I thought they were Orcs of the Grey Mountains. Where are they from?
B. Ahhh, cool. That makes sense then. Rescuing men, not so much :P

A. Mordor-occupied Ithilien(...? That little patch of land) about 38 kilometres north of the Black Gates.
B. Haha, I know.

EDIT:

Oh shit did I target your train? Crap, I gotta redo my draft.

Hmm, north of the Black Gate is the Brown Lands and the Gasping Dust; to my knowledge nobody lived there prior to Sauron's settlement during the War of the Ring. I suppose there could have been Orcs there, though it does seem a bit far-fetched that they were so close to Mordor and not under the Dark Lord's sway.

Yerp, I'm Mordor. Any Orcs you target in my lands are, well, mine.

You were going to wipe out a prisoner train four times your number in a brutal fight?

I mean, that's cool if that's how you want to roll, but it doesn't seem likely.
