Well I have no say with how Starlight or G-Tech plans on doing things...but separating the terms really just makes a super weak class of orcs who are already fairly weak

And there are still five more Nazgul...if you want you could be teamed up with mine who is attempting to take Northern Eriador with a thousand orcs and arcs at his command.

I like playing the neutral guy that attacks the strongest guy keeping things balanced except growing his own power. Nazgul are completely subservient to the Dark Lord.

Race: Maiar-ish

History: These two Istari, originally servants of Oromë in Valinor, were dispatched along with their companions to strive against Sauron and his designs on Middle-Earth. They were sent eastwards, beyond the lands of Mordor and Rhûn, but returned before they had intended, having heard that Sauron stirred in Moria. Both arrived in far eastern Rhûn around 3015, and there set to gathering those who would resist the call of Sauron that the two warn of. When indeed the word arrives and the levies are summoned to Mordor, those few who were willing to travel with the Istari back to the West to see Sauron defeated fled as the Wraiths arrived to rule. Following the River Running northwards, the band attempted to aid in the defense of Erebor but was forced to abandon it. In desperation, Alatar took half the band to Lórien to aid Elvenkind directly, while Pallando returned to the shadow of the Mountain– partially to see what good he might do, and partially out of concern for what might yet lie in the North unknown to the Free Peoples.
Alignment: Good, because pretty colours.
Goals: Harass Khamul at Erebor and, more broadly, assist in the defense of the West.
Other: Feed me cookies.
How active will you be?: More active than Orodruin.

History: Amsden is one of the four remaining rangers in Bree. He decided to stay and help Bree against Bill Ferny and his Half-Orcs, rather than follow Aragorn and his fellow rangers, deciding that there are battles to fight in Bree. He knows of the Council, and encouraged Drogo to go, but Drogo insisted that he was not leaving Bree. He is preparing for his journey to Rivendell. Who knows what perils await him?

Ah, well if goblins were different they would have been considered forces of Mordor.

There is already a semi-neutral group of orcs, but essentially they are just orcs who are enemies of everyone including Sauron.

Given the expansion of Mordor there isn't really huge opportunity for the existence of neutral factions, more just good factions that aren't as friendly to their allies

Appearance: Facial Appearance
History: Lloyd was born in a small farming town just outside of Bree. When his family had a fairly bad crop it became increasingly evident that this farm wouldn't be able to be passed on to both Lloyd and his older brother. When Lloyd's father passed away due to sickness, the young man set out to make a life for himself. At first this just meant that Lloyd was a sort of hunter, or more accurately, poacher. However, whenever the opportunity showed itself Lloyd would do what he could to help out the folks in and around Bree. By doing this his name became known throughout Bree-land, while not many knew of his deeds and the name was not know out of the small area, people knew Lloyd the Wayfarer was someone you could trust. Lloyd enjoyed this fame of his and became intent on somehow spreading it to a larger scale.

After rescuing a fairly wealthy hobbit coming out of Bree from two bandits, the hobbit informed the guards of Bree who started approaching him with jobs. Every now and then when Lloyd stopped by in Bree he would be informed of some trouble on the fringes of Bree-land outside immediate grasp of the guards, which Lloyd would act upon. However, one day proved news of Elrond's alliance and council arose in the far West and being that Bree was one of if not the only Human settlement in the West and one that had not fallen, so Bree felt it was best they send some people to represent "man" or at least those in Eriador. Due to Lloyd's traveling nature, he was sent ahead to confirm this council and alliance along with ensuring the road was safe ahead.
Alignment Good heavily leaning towards neutral...his heart is very "human" so corruptible.
Goals: Make a name for himself
Other: So this character is just in case Zedekiah doesn't make it to the fellowship as Zedekiah's first stop is the mines of Moria, so very likely he won't make it. That way the fellowship numbers don't diminish, if Zedekiah does make it, then this guy will probably just wander around and see what sort of trouble he gets into.

Youngish dragon only around 30-40 years old. 12 feet long. Breathes fire. Weak around the underbelly like all dragons. Blinded in his left eye by an accident as a hatchling.
