I was unable to post today because my chars are caught up in a conversation, to which I am waiting for a response. Afrren will soon be going to Rivendell for the Council-along with Lloyd the Wayfarer, who has invited himself. And Drogo will be discussing the resistance to Mordor with the King of Micheal Delving.

Had a look at the strenght list, just two notes though.
Only "greater" spider is Shelob, if there are others that you would consider "great" spiders, it probably should be lowered in strenght.
Half-Trolls are still a very much debated issue, in the lore they where only mentioned once and it still isn't clear wether they are just ugly humans or some kind of mix between humans and a troll race. It was said that they where stronger then regular humans, though i doubt they where as strong as in the strengt list

Quite so.

Though, the Dwarves/Shire/Bree also could muster respectable forces.

The Great Spiders are some of the descendants of Shelob. They are the larger of the Mirkwood spiders. The listing of Great Spiders is to differentiate them from the farther descendants of Shelob, listed as the lesser spiders. Also, Shelob is not the only greater spider. Shelob was a child of Ungoliant, who killed the Two Trees.

Certainly respectable. You're 25% of the Elves of Imladris in numbers, after all.

Have you decided Mordor's number's G-tech? Don't need locations, as that'll take a long time, but just the total would be good.

If you're sure. If anybody's interested, over Christmas break I'll be setting up a Super Smash Bros RP based on Subspace Emissary from Brawl. Not quite as intense as this, but I hope it will be fun. If anyone is interested, they could comment on this thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=323627

Yeah, but believing that they can stand against a Dwarf is rather unbelievable in my opinion.

Miles west of Dale is the only real location that has been named, but Gróin will become part of the fellowship so i needed somebody to pick me up from there becouse technically the Dwarves of the east do not know anything besides a war in the west (Well, the Stiffbeards know about Erebor and they sended Gróin to investigate it)

Anyhow, please don't stop them, its just a way to make it logical for Gróin to join up with the fellowship.

Mario, beaten down, bloodied, the taste of iron in his mouth and with the ring of a recent explosion in his ears, bowed down in the Endless Sands of the arena. His fist was driven deep into the dusty floor, which provided little support for his broken body. In his neck, he felt the cold blade of the Master Sword connecting with his skin, softly, gently, like a girl petting a kitten. The blade was not unkind, but the situation made her icy touch unbearable. Horrifying.

“Link, for the last time. I beg of you, reconsider. We are brothers, you and I. We need not do battle any longer!”

The blade stopped strafing for a moment. Mario could feel it shake, the vibrations in the handle translated perfectly into the tip of the weapon. He dared not look up, afraid the smallest of movements would provoke his adversary, his brother.

“I thought… I thought we were, Mario. I thought we were the closest of friends. I would have followed you to the bitter end, to whatever end. I would have slain Bowser myself, had he but touched Peach in a way that discomforted you. I trusted you more than I did myself, Mario. So why you, Mario. Why did you have to throw her off that floating platform? Did you have no pity on her? Did you not see her kind heart? She was my princess, Mario, as Peach is yours. How could you?”

“I had no choice, Link. I had no options. It was me, or her. Her attack on me was unprovoked, I did not known how to handle. I could not think. I fought her, she fought me, and she received the short end of the stick. Coming to think of it, it might have been better for me to die there. This moment is worse than the seven levels of hell that awaited me down below”

Mario let his hand go through the sand of the arena. He felt a bit of strength being drawn back to his crippled and maimed body. Link had given him quite the beating, as if all the fury of the Turtle Island had been translated into his sword arm. This theory was not even as far-fetched as it sounds, for did Link not destroy every obstacle Mario made? Was he not hit time and time again by fire and ice, and did he not continue on undeterred? Mario was downtrodden, hopeless. He knew where this was going. Then, he felt something, hidden beneath the sand. A cold handle, with pieces of rubber. It felt heavy, but at the same time it radiated a huge amount of power unseen by all. But Mario felt it, and slowly, he started digging, trying not to rouse any suspicion from his victor. He, however, seemed to enraged to notice.

“Yes, Mario, you should have died there. It would have saved me the trouble of doing it myself. Not to worry, Old Friend, I will try not to enjoy it. This is my promise, as you made yours to protect Zelda from whatever harm. I promise also Peach will come to no harm. This too, is my promise. Goodbye, old friend”

At that moment, Mario felt the steel of the Master Sword cutting down his back. A powerful thrust Link had given to it, and it pierced Mario’s shoulder with a vigour unknown to man. At that moment, Mario clenched his hand around the handle he had just found in the sand. Immediately, all the power leaped into his body. He felt strong, invincible, alive. More alive than he had felt in the past days. From the sand, with little effort, he drew the handle, which revealed itself as the handle of a Smash Hammer, Greatest Weapon of the Ancients. There was little time. Mario pulled the hammer above his head, and struck with the force of a God in front of him. Link stepped back a pace to avoid being hit by the terrible weapon, but to no real avail. A second time, Mario pulled up the hammer, and with the vengeance of a devil he forced it down upon the sands, throwing down Link to a dreamlike state betwixt death and life. A third time Mario lifted the Smash Hammer, and this time, it struck Link with full force. Mercilessly, the defender of the Triforce, Bane of Ganondorf, was thrown in the air, ever higher, ever further, disappearing out of sight almost in an instant. A red flash followed, lighting up the midday sky like a show of fireworks. Mario dropped the hammer immediately, and turned his gaze skywards.

“May you be reunited forever, my friend. I am sorry”

He even went to Dale and took a look into the burned down city as mentioned, though since Rhûn and the Stiffbeards have no issues with one another i figured it be alright ;)
See the first post of Gróin as a reference, if you want me to include a small encounter with some soldiers of Rhûn for story sake i could do that.

Nah, i meant that i could include such encounter in my first post, where Gróin was still alone, before he met up with the men of Dale.
