We don't really do Houses over in Scotland, just Clans. Nilesy is a MacKay so I already have him. I can just have their chief as Lord Niles MacKay. I can't find any Clan Whittens, but we can pretend.

Hmmm. Interesting. Coptic yes? If it were 1800 yes, but in 1700 I'm not sure that a European royal house would marry outside of the continent. Should you become more relevant, take on Egypt, Genoa, whatever, perhaps. It's all about prestige and maintaining our legitimacy.
