They're being cut because I don't want China, without thorough RPing, to gain a foothold in the Americas when it has a ton of other colonies. I don't want Japan to own Alaska because, again, I'd like to have Asian nations RP colonization. I know that whether or not Asians had the capacity and ability and willingness to colonize is debatable, but I am siding with the "no" side on this one.

I have, or I have at least tried to, moderate most issue, be it on here or through TG. However, I am a junior in high school. I know Bujahla can't understand that, so please, have some leniency because I stay, on average, 2 extra hours at school and a solid 3 hours doing homework. I am trying to let peer review help me out, and I have appointed people to help me deal with the apps and stuff. So, Buj, I humbly disagree with the assertion that I don't moderate on other issues. I'm sorry I can't find the minutiae or spend time addressing issues I've already addressed.
