Yeah but you will not have the power to step up on Areca alone, neither will I but me an Acrea have some history against one another anyway so why not.

Techs from past eras dont count. techs from present era count as 1. Techs from future count as 2.

The destruction of his fleet qualifies as the total destruction of the civilization, the only survivors assimilated by you? This isn't New Zyras, and that's not how it works.
