Just 1 point and its infrastructure. I guess we could collaborate to build the railroad. Say 5 of us contributes 0.2 RL day worth of investment to make it.

Technically speaking the New Strausberg (Iron Despotism) and I just made it... If you want to hook up a line to it you will have to get his approval as well as mine. You have mine if you sell some weapons or pay a fee to connect it. Otherwise open negotiations with my goverment about starting your own line.

All right then. I'll trade Medicines to Neo-Goffsill for Railroads while trading Industrial Machines to Leto for Physics...

Though I don't know if the rules are good this way. Perhaps we should limit each nation to make a total of 1 tech share at one time to limit things from getting out of hand.

Erm, Electricity isn't supposed to have much practical use in the current tech level. Its just for the telegraph really. Notice the techs in tech level 3 that put it to use.
