(You did? By the time I got there, the conflict with the Mages and Templars was at it's peak. Sadly, I never got to catch a glimpse of the Champion. Needless to say, I didn't stay long. Being a Qunari was one thing, but a loose Qunari mage? Heh, I might as well have signed my own death warrant.)

(The Champion was a great man. He tried to stop this before it started. Turns out you can't always control a mage, even if they think they know what they're doing.)

(You did? By the time I got there, the conflict with the Mages and Templars was at it's peak. Sadly, I never got to catch a glimpse of the Champion. Needless to say, I didn't stay long. Being a Qunari was one thing, but a loose Qunari mage? Heh, I might as well have signed my own death warrant.)

(The Champion was a great man. He tried to stop this before it started. Turns out you can't always control a mage, even if they think they know what they're doing.)

Well, some Qun hunters tried to find me because, surprise, they don't enjoy rouge mages turned Tal-Vashoth. So, I got fucked up pretty bad from them, realized I needed some friends out in this world. So I joined the Blades. And it doesn't hurt that we get to see the world a bit.)

We went to Sentinel Ford and fought to defend the place from Loghain, it was the first fight in the series of skirmishes that broke out between the landowners. I wasn't around to see what else happened but I hear he made a big name for himself.)
