Personality: One might say he has a forceful personality... a very intense man who knows what he wants and gets it. He's not cruel or immoral, but a little self-centered.
Personal belongings: Enchanter's Staff, Lorekeeper's Vestments, Coins totaling 1 sovereign and 3 silver in value, x3 Lyrium Potions
Bio: The Gallows of Kirkwall has always been famous for its mage specialist in the school of Force Magic and Senior Enchanter Conan Regis was widely considered to be the best such mages in the city, which means the world. He was born to a couple that moved to Kirkwall from Anderfell, their life was hard and young Conan essentially spent his formative years in the streets of the city working as an errand boy. One day around the time of his 13th birthday a couple kids his age that were trying to become members of the Redwater Teeth decided they were going to rob Conan at knife point on his way home and take the copper coins he was paid for his work. Conan was quick on his feet and tried to run from his muggers but took a blind turn and ended up in a dead end. With no escape and no way to defend himself Conan panicked and swung his satchel at one of them and the impact sent them flying backward more than a dozen feet, the other boy ran away and had left the alley before his friend even got back up. Soon after he was tested for magical aptitude and brought to the tower at The Gallows.
Though he didn't know how to read, write, or basic math, he was a bright and apt pupil and was able to quickly learn the basic lessons necessary to understand the fundaments of magic. Over the years Conan learned as much as he could, quickly rising in prominence as an apprentice and being allowed to take his harrowing only 4 years after being brought to the circle. As a fully fledged Mage in the circle Conan decided not to take part part in the politics surrounding the circle and templars and threw himself into his studies, taking up force magic as a specialty path. He worked tirelessly for years to develop and hone his skill, rising through the ranks to Enchanter and then Senior Enchanter and was even looked too as a possible successor to Orsino as First Enchanter some day. All that speculation proved to be idle however when the Knight-Commander of the Templar in Kirkwall ordered The Right of Annulment on the Circle. Naturally the Senior Enchanters including Conan were among the highest priority targets and he was forced to defend himself with magic - he killed men for the first time that night as he made his escape from the city of Kirkwall.
Now Conan wanders, refusing to take a side in the conflict between the Circle and the Templars and looking for a place where he can do the most good.

God, I feel like an ass now...

And honestly, talking about this, I'm inclined to let Saint have Arsam again.

I would totally play Arsam again (obviously) either way - accepted?
